Learning about Self-Awareness. Spiritual Intelligence. What is thought? What is thinking?

I consider that, approaching these subjects that we are dealing with here is something that requires each of us to approach them in an intelligent, enlightened, very lucid way, and it seems to me that this is the first problem because this is exactly what, in general, most human beings don't have. That explains all our difficulties in having an appreciation of a subject that involves the awareness of your own Being, the comprehension of the Truth about yourself. Because human beings believe they know themselves, they think they know who they are, they are very sure of their conclusions. And what are these conclusions? The conclusions they have received from this society, this world, and this culture.

There comes a time when you perceive that you're very sure of yourself. Note, be sure of yourself in the midst of confusion. How, in a state of confusion, how is it that in a state of emotional disorder and great mental confusion, in the midst of all that, we feel aware of the truth about who we are? Notice how the mind works.

The mind has a way of functioning in us – notice, and I want to touch on this here with you – it has a way of functioning in us within models, patterns, forms, shapes that are already very specific, already very delineated, very determined. That is how we function psychologically, that is our conditioning. It has already been seen in psychology, but it has also been seen in philosophy. Note, theoretically we may know something about it, or even know a lot about it, but this theoretical, conceptual knowledge solves absolutely nothing. We remain within the same scheme, in the same way.

Here, I want to work with you in this meeting, and this is the purpose here in this channel, we are working with you on the Awakening of a new Consciousness. This consciousness we know is the consciousness that lives within this regime, this format, this conditioning that is clearly known in both philosophy and psychology, and yet we haven't solved any of it. We need to get rid of this conditioning.

So, here we're talking about psychological deconditioning, the end of this continuity of this movement of the “I,” this movement of the ego, this movement of the sense of someone present here at this instant, in life. Thus, that's our proposal here for you within this channel. We have online meetings, we have retreats to work on exactly this: a contact with life, but free from this programming, this conditioning, this format of being someone.

It seems to me that, there is nothing more important in life than comprehending it. We cannot have the comprehension of life based on a conditioned intellect, a conditioned mind, within a life programmed within these values we receive from a society, from a world that is in conflict, in disorder, in confusion, in suffering, precisely because of this model of mind present, of consciousness present in the world.

It is necessary and urgent, fundamental for each of us, to know the truth about who we are, the presence of a new Consciousness. Now, how do we approach this if we're already approaching it based on these old principles we've received? So, this requires a heart inclined towards it and a mysterious action of the Divine Presence making it possible for each of us.

If you're here on this channel following this speech, if you've already returned to this channel and are watching other videos, it's because something in you is awakening you at this moment to the investigation of the truth about who you are, precisely to the breaking of this pattern, this model, to what we've been calling here “the Awakening of Spiritual Intelligence.”

The Truth of this Intelligence is the awareness that there is a Presence in life, and this Presence in life is within this new Life, where there is a new way of feeling, acting, and moving in the world, there is a new way of living, possible when the mind is free, possible when the intellect is free from all forms of conditioning. Then, we come into direct contact with the awareness of what we are.

Here we are exploring with you, investigating with you various issues. Some have called them the fundamental issues of life. We have a playlist here on the channel about these fundamental issues of life. The truth is that these issues are countless, and without a comprehension of these issues... And it's interesting that it should be said here: they are issues linked to this pattern of mental conditioning, psychological conditioning, conditioning of the mind, which includes this conditioned intellect, feelings and emotions also within a conditioning, something so common.

We live our days, our lives, as if this were the most natural thing in life. Although in the midst of some levels of suffering, it ends up that we seek help, but only when these sufferings are too blunt, acute, very, very strong, because, in general, we lead our lives in the usual way, in the midst of all this psychological complexity in which we find ourselves, without a deep investigation into all this.

But now, here, at this moment, you who are here on this channel following this speech, I'd like to ask you a question. We've been asking questions, people write and ask questions, and I'd like to ask you a question: what is thought? That's one of the questions, that's one of the issues. An issue is an unresolved problem. What is thought in you? Have you ever realized it? Is it possible to perceive how thinking works inside you?

You may have perceived that thoughts happen to us. We don't control them, they arise. Some thoughts are good and others are bad. At times we have good memories, at other times we have bad memories. And along with these thoughts, sensations accompany them, feelings, emotions, and along with this an element of wanting or not wanting, of will. The psychological condition present within us, due to this conditioning we find ourselves in, is one of restlessness because we don't know what thought is.

And there's another question very close to this: what is thinking? Most people, in a very superficial way, say that thought is present because “I” am thinking, it is present because “I” remember. See how strange our view of thinking is. We don't perceive that this very expression “I,” this pronoun that we use, is also a thought.

I ask: who are you? Then you say: “me”. Notice, when you say “I,” why do you say “I?” You say “I” because you address yourself from a thought, from an idea that makes you feel like you're the “I.” But what is the “I?” We don't know what the “I” is. So notice: what is thought? We don't know. What is the “I”? We don't know either. If you're going to describe this “I” to me, you're going to say your name and your story, but your name and your story, just like the pronoun “I” is just a thought.

What is the truth about you? You don't know, just as you don't know what thought is and how it works inside you, why you think what you think, why you think what you don't want to think, why you think and want to get rid of this or that thought and you can't. If you were the master of your thoughts – we've said this here in several speeches – if you really were the thinker of these thoughts you have, you would only have thoughts that you would choose to have, and these thoughts would naturally be happy thoughts, and not filled with worry, anxiety, guilt, remorse, producing various forms of fear.

The fears within us are present because of the thoughts we have. Observe this calmly. It's our connection with the movement of thought that sustains psychological frameworks that frighten us. The more loaded a person is with frightening thoughts, the more fearful they are. You see, all this is very basic. The quality of the thoughts you have, first of all: they're not thoughts you produce, they're thoughts that happen, and the quality of these thoughts determines your inner states of joy, lightness, tranquillity or restlessness and heaviness.

The truth is that we don't know what thought is. We don't know that thought is what appears because of a memory or recollection that comes from the past, and we don't know how to deal with it because we don't know how to be aware, aware of the thought when it is present, with its accompanying sensation, emotion or feeling. That's because we don't know anything about this learning about ourselves. The moment you start investigating the truth about yourself, you'll become aware of all this movement of thought and what thinking is.

Thinking is the mechanics of thought, but these mechanics of thought are not something you do, but something that happens in this mechanism, in this body and in this mind. This is part of the mechanics of the brain. We need the awareness of thinking, but we can dispense with the model of stuck thinking, tied to this programming, which comes from the past, from psychological conditioning. Here, in this speech, we don't have time to explore this, but we have a playlist here on the channel, we have several playlists, and these are the subjects we cover here with you. All of this is revealed in this approach to learning about Self-Awareness. Later, take a look at this playlist here on the channel.

What is the truth of this learning about Self-Awareness? Becoming aware of the movement of consciousness in you, of this old consciousness, which is the consciousness of the egoic mind, which is the consciousness of this thought pattern that comes from the past, the comprehension of this being aware of thinking. We need to have a real approach to ourselves, that's what brings about the Awakening of this Spiritual Intelligence, which is Divine Intelligence.

Some people talk about this Spiritual Enlightenment or this Spiritual Awakening, and they also use the expression the Awakening of Consciousness, but they are theoretical. And it's very clear when they speak, because they speak from the intellect. A clear view of this subject shows you that without this real basis of comprehension of studying oneself, there is no such thing as an experience called Spiritual Enlightenment.

Enlightenment or Awakening is not an experience, it is the Blossoming of Wisdom, due to the Awakening of this Intelligence, this Spiritual Intelligence, something only possible when there is a vision of Self-Awareness. And there are various elements here to be investigated, and that's what we've been doing with you in these meetings. We are addressing various themes directly linked to this Blossoming of the Intelligence of God, of this Spiritual Intelligence.

Without this real basis, we don't have, for example, the awareness of Meditation. People practice meditation, but the practice of meditation is not Real Meditation revealing itself. When there is Real Meditation, Meditation reveals itself here and now, at this instant, in this looking without the observer, in this “becoming aware” without that element involved in it, which is the “I,” which is the ego. When this observer, when this thinker, when the sense of “I” is not present, we have the Blossoming of Wisdom, we have the Awakening of this Intelligence and the real comprehension of what thinking is.

So, we're with you investigating all this, working on it here with you in these online meetings on weekends. Saturday and Sunday we're working on it. You can find our WhatsApp link here in the video description. Getting closer to yourself, investigating the truth about yourself requires work at this instant, getting closer to the truth of who you are, the truth of who you really are. Then, Saturday and Sunday we're together. You can find our WhatsApp link in the description.

Besides, we also have face-to-face meetings and retreats. So, that's our work with you here on this channel. If this is something that makes sense to you, go ahead, leave your “like” here and please, subscribe to the channel. If you've already been watching and have watched several videos, but haven't subscribed to the channel: do it now and please, leave a comment. This supports our work, so go ahead, and subscribe to the channel, OK? And we'll see you. And see you next time!

Joel Goldsmith. The art of spiritual healing. What Spiritual Intelligence is. Master Gualberto.

GC: Hello, everyone! We are here for another videocast. Once again, Master Gualberto is here with us. Thank you, Master, for being here.

Today, I will read an excerpt from Joel Goldsmith’s book called “The Art of Spiritual healing.” In an excerpt from this book, Master, Joel Goldsmith makes the following comment: “(…), because God within us is an omniscient intelligence.” Regarding this subject of intelligence, can the Master share his vision of what Spiritual Intelligence is?

MG: Look, Gilson, this issue of Intelligence is something that helps us understand what it really represents. We call “intelligence,” see, the ability, knowledge, experience, and the skill to learn new things, based on this principle of knowledge, ability, and experience. This is what we generally call “intelligence.” We have divided intelligence into mathematical intelligence, spatial intelligence… There are several forms of intelligence. And here, your question is about this Spiritual Intelligence. Look, Gilson, in my opinion, there is only Intelligence.

So, Real Intelligence is this Divine Intelligence. You can have all kinds of knowledge, experience, skills and the ability to learn things, in this or that specific area of life, and still be a person, a “someone,” carrying some level of dissatisfaction, disorder, contradiction, conflict, and suffering. Therefore, you can be a scientist, a mathematician, a chemist, with a degree, a postgraduate degree, a doctorate, a master’s degree and still continue to suffer from envy, jealousy, emotional dependence, attachments… still living internally in conflict, due to desires that contradict each other.

So, the Truth of Intelligence, in my opinion, is the Freedom to live in this Divine Awareness, which is the Awareness of God. If this is present, the sense of “I,” of the ego, is no longer present and, therefore, none of what we have just mentioned exists for that human being, that human being, that person free from the “person,” from what we know as a human being or human entity, as we know it. For that one, there are no more problems, complications or suffering. The Nature of your Being, notice, the Nature of your Being is the Nature of God; in It there is Truth, Wisdom, Comprehension. It is only in this sense that we use the expression “Spiritual Intelligence.”

Here, the word “spiritual” ... We are pointing out, when we use this term in these meetings, we are pointing out something outside of thought, something outside of the known. It is only in this sense that we use this expression. It does not have the old connotation of “spiritual,” in the sense of common spirituality. Thus, the Truth of Divine Intelligence, of this Intelligence of God, is the religious life. Also, once again, this expression is not in the sense of the practical life of organized religion, of belonging to this or that so-called “religious” group, with its beliefs, dogmas, rituals, ceremonies and spiritual, mystical practices and all sorts of things. Here, we are pointing out to you the possibility of a free life, in this Awareness of your Being. This is Wisdom! A life free from attachment, free from desire, free from fear, free from suffering. So, yes, there is the presence of Wisdom, of Real Intelligence.

So, we were born, Gilson, to realize This in this life, to assume this Truth in this life; for a life in Love, in Happiness, in Peace, in Freedom. It is when, in that moment, you are a free human being, a happy human being, because your life is no longer the life of a person, but is the life of Truth, it is Divine Life. This “sense of person,” as we know it, which sees itself as a separate element and apart from life itself, separate and apart from God, is no longer present.

So, this subject, Gilson, of an approach of what we are is something fundamental. This quality of Spiritual Intelligence is only possible in life when there is an understanding of oneself. Studying yourself is being able to study the other. You cannot understand the Truth of who the other is, as well as the Truth of what life is, without first having an understanding of who you are. Here, we are proposing that you discover the life of relations. Note, there is a possibility for a life of relations. We do not have this life of relation. Our life is isolationist, separatist. We are centered on the movement of this particular “I.” Even in this relationship with the other, this self-interest in ourselves places us in this isolationism. In this self-centeredness, there is no true relationship.

See, it is very strange to hear this, but this is exactly how we are living our days – your contact with your husband, with your wife, with your family, with the world around you. As long as this sense of ego, of “I” remains... and, see, as we have just said, no matter your background, your education, what you have received from culture, if psychologically the sense of “I” is present, if there is no vision of the Truth of your Essential Nature, of your Divine Nature, your model of relationship with the other is not a real relationship, it is a mere relationship, where you are living in this self-centeredness.

In relationships, the husband is interested in himself, in his own things; the woman is interested in herself and in her own things. So, they have a physical, emotional, sentimental, romantic, and also sexual encounter, but each one is living within their own psychological program of existence. Each one is burdened with their own fears, concerns, their own ambitions, internal conflicts, emotional and psychological disorders. This is due to this model of self-centeredness, something that makes us live a life in this isolationism. There is no contact of relation with the other. You do not know yourself and you do not know the other either. It is a contact between images that fit together, between people who seek to understand each other. But how will you understand the other if you do not understand yourself? How will you give Love to the other if you are still waiting to receive something from him or her?

So, our psychological condition, Gilson, is one of disorder and, therefore, of confusion and suffering, because we do not know ourselves. And if we do not know ourselves, there is no Wisdom, there is no Intelligence. The beauty of a meeting like this one is that we are, with you, investigating this, seeing the possibility, in this life, of realizing the Divine Truth, which is the Flourishing of God. Some call this “Awakening” or “Enlightenment.” It is the Divine Truth, it is the free Truth, it is the Truth of your Being, it is the Nature of God, here, in this moment, naturally present in relations. So, yes, we have the truth of relations when the “I,” the ego is not there, because we have the presence of Love, of Happiness, of sharing this Intelligence.

GC: Master, we have a question from a subscriber here on the channel, Luiz. He makes the following comment and asks: “Give me a tip on how to direct myself towards True Meditation. I don’t want a philosophical tip, but rather a practical tip.”

MG: It’s interesting when you say, “give me a tip.” See, Realization requires the presence of the awareness of Meditation, and the awareness of Meditation is possible when the foundation is present. So, if you want a tip for this awareness of God’s Revelation, which is Meditation, the tip consists of this approach of the Truth about yourself. In general, when people want to discover a technique or a practice, they want a way to get closer to meditation, but they don’t understand that the basis for Real Meditation is the ground ready for the flowering of this Awareness of God. So, in general, an approach that people have for this so-called “meditation” is to de-stress, to calm down, to relax, to feel a little peace, “bliss.”

Meditation is not that. Meditation is the awareness of the revelation of That which is this Divine Truth. It is what reveals this Unlimited Space, yes, of Love, of Peace, of Happiness, but the basis for this True Meditation is Self-awareness. It is not a technique, a relaxation practice. It is about learning about yourself, discovering how you function, becoming aware of your reactions here and now, moment by moment. In addition, there is another element present within this approach, this Art of Being, of assuming the Divine Truth, which is the presence of Grace. The beauty of meetings like these here is that they bring you closer to a real look at your reactions and give you contact with something outside of the known, which is the Power of this Grace, which is the Power of this Presence. It is That which makes this great event possible, which is the flourishing of your Being through Meditation.

And it’s interesting when you say, “Don’t give me a philosophical tip.” See, everything we’re doing here in these meetings is precisely discarding this whole idea, this whole concept, this whole model of language structure, of word structure, because we don’t really need any philosophical concept, any philosophy, any theoretical concept. To truly get closer to ourselves, all we need – and that’s what we’re doing here, together – is to learn to look directly at what’s happening to us, because it’s when you become aware, when you verify yourself, when you perceive what’s happening to you, that you perceive this model of separation, of duality, of contradiction that thought sustains here within you, sustaining stories, representations, images, memories that come from the past.

So, this work here consists of a direct look, where this Divine Presence, this Presence of Grace, makes a complete emptying of all this psychological content possible, which is the content of the “I.” That's why we've been telling you here about the importance of online meetings, in-person meetings, and also retreats, because there's something present in these meetings that we don't find in a video. Look, we have hundreds of videos, thousands of videos, and in them, yes, we're giving you tips on how to get closer to all of this, but there's something present in these online and in-person meetings, and also retreats, that we don't have in these videos. So, here's the big tip, this big tip.

GC: Master, another question, from another subscriber here on the channel. Actually, from subscriber Maria. She asks the following question: “And is suffering necessary for us to achieve Self-awareness?”

MG: Your question is very interesting. Note, if the presence of suffering were the basis for Awakening, the human being would have already awakened. Note, the condition of suffering is like a present pain. When you feel pain, it's because there's some level of disorder. It is clear that if this pain is present, it is signaling the need for treatment, for care, but pain in itself is only a sign of a disorder. So, when you feel your body hurting, if you feel pain in your foot or hand, naturally, you feel inclined to resolve it, because it is uncomfortable, it is painful, and it is clear to you that you cannot keep this pain. You have to solve this issue of pain before going out with this hand or foot. So, the body is asking for attention, asking for treatment, asking for care.

So, this contact with suffering, yes, is revealing, but it is revealing a disorder. We need to have direct contact with this disorder, with this problem. We have to have an approach to eliminate this condition of pain, of disorder, of problem. So, in this sense, suffering is a sign that you are not in your Natural State. The time comes when you realize this. The time comes when the urgent, imperative need to deal with this becomes very clear, and here we are, with you, showing you how to truly get closer to yourself. This “me,” this “I,” this ego, living as it does, in its egocentric isolationism, within a psychological condition of disorder and mental confusion, everything it has produced and has been producing for millennia in humanity and in your life now, at the moment, is confusion, disorder, problems, suffering.

We are here to realize the Truth of That which we are, to become aware of this Divine Reality. So, suffering has this place, it is this sign that we are living alienated from the Truth about who we are. And what we “are,” in this model of “being someone,” is the condition we are in at this moment, in this disorder, confusion, and suffering, but this is not the Divine Reality, it is not of the Nature of God, which is the Reality of this Being. So, here, we are in life to Awaken, to go beyond this psychological condition, where egoism, fear, desire, and all these complications are present. See, all of this is the absence of this Wisdom, this Intelligence, as it was stated a moment ago.

So, it does not matter what the human being has achieved, is achieving or may yet achieve in life. As long as the sense of separation is present, as long as this illusion – which is the illusion of this ego-identity – remains present in our lives, there will be suffering, we will have all kinds of problems, due to ignorance. The beauty of an encounter with Truth, the beauty of an encounter with That which we are, is the end of the “I,” it is the end of the ego, it is life in Bliss, in Happiness, in Love. Here, when we are faced with the different situations that we have to go through or live through, it is necessary to learn to have contact with this without this element that separates and interprets or evaluates what emerges, from this false center, this false identity, this model of “being someone,” of “being a person.”

What is the most efficient for this Awakening, for the Flourishing of this Truth, is what my Master called “Atma Vichara,” self-enquiry. Atma Vichara is the investigation of what we are, it is when we learn to look at this “I.” Here, the question is: “Who am I?”, that is, what is this “I” at this moment? So, what is here at this moment? It is envy, it is fear, it is jealousy, it is anger… When we come across this or that situation in life, we feel like this. What is this “I”? What is this “me”? This artificial psychological condition of existence centered on the “I” is what is feeding this condition of suffering.

Here, we are telling you that, in this life, the Atma Vichara of Ramana Maharshi, having this approach of this new perspective on these reactions... See, this is what we are discussing with you in these meetings, in these videos here on the channel, in these online meetings, in these in-person meetings, in these retreats. We are showing you how, in this life, to realize That which is You, assuming the Truth of your Being, for a life in Love, in Freedom, in Happiness, where there is no more suffering, because there is no more ignorance.

GC: Gratitude... gratitude, Master. Gratitude, we have now reached the end of another videocast.

And for you who are watching the video until the end and have a real and sincere desire to delve deeper into this knowledge, we invite you to participate in the meetings that Master Gualberto provides. The Master, by the Grace of his Master, already lives in this Awakened State of Consciousness, and in these weekend meetings, which are online Satsangs – there are also in-person ones and retreats – the Master, in addition to answering our questions directly, shares this State of Presence in which he lives, and we end up catching a ride on this energy of the Master's Presence, and in this ride, it becomes much easier for us to be able to observe our thoughts. Many times, we take this ride in this Silence, which is plenitude! So, here is the invitation.

In the first comment, pinned, there is the WhatsApp link to be able to participate in these meetings.

And, Master, thank you for yet another videocast.

Learn about Self-awareness | What is true Mindfulness and Full Attention | Atma Vichara

When you become aware of the importance of being aware of your reactions, of giving that Attention to those reactions – and giving Attention to them means being able to look at how you function internally, psychologically and, of course, how you respond externally in your actions, gestures, words, behaviors – when this happens, you are faced with the opportunity for the Revelation of the Truth about Yourself.

When someone turns to this work, the first thing they realize is that they are unaware of the Truth about themselves. Here we know nothing, absolutely nothing, about who we are, about what we appear to be, what we demonstrate to be, what we believe to be and what we make others believe about who we are. We are unaware of this.

So, discovering what is to pay Attention to these reactions is discovering the Truth about this Full Attention to oneself. So, when someone asks what mindfulness is, you see, some people take mindfulness or this approach to full attention as a technique or practice to better deal with the situations of the present moment without all the suffering that the past represents psychologically within us. But this is seen as a technique, as a practice, as something that you practice.

Here, what is mindfulness, the truth about mindfulness? The word mindfulness means this alertness of the mind, the mind in its state of awareness of itself. So, there is great beauty in the real, experiential understanding of this awareness of approaching yourself, about who you are or about what you represent yourself to be at this moment. Here together we are watching a playlist about learning about Self-awareness.

Our emphasis here is to discover the difference between learning and merely acquiring information, knowledge and experience. So, you acquire information, knowledge and experience, and act based on this information, experience and knowledge. The real way to learn is not something like this, it is not something mechanical. This is the way the brain naturally acquires knowledge, experience and the ability to deal with life's issues.

Yes, this has real importance within this context of life as we know it, but there is a new way of learning that does not consist of accumulating information or acquiring knowledge. This way of learning requires the awareness of this moment, of what is here and now. Looking at what is showing itself at this moment.

Something new happens inside you when the brain quiets down, when the mind becomes aware of its own movement, when it simply becomes aware of this movement that it has. When there is this awareness of the movement of the mind, once the mind is aware of its own movement at that moment, it becomes still, it becomes silent. At that moment, you are in a new state, which is the state of Attention to your reactions. So, this is a moment of alertness, a moment of mindfulness.

You are walking down the street, you are talking to someone, you are watching a movie, you are having lunch, dinner or a snack and at that moment, at that instant, there is only that moment for this awareness of yourself, so the mind becomes aware of itself at that moment. Everything continues to happen, but there is no psychological, internal, inner involvement within the experience. At this moment, there is a break in the continuity of this movement, which is the movement of the past. This movement of the past in us is a movement of the “I” in us, of this “me.”

Your evaluation, notice, is based on criteria that you carry, that you have. These criteria are based on memory, and this makes you have conclusions about what happens, conclusions about the moment, evaluations about it. And if this is present, the state is the common state of the mind stuck in the old and ancient movement of continuity. We have just put here, in different words, our psychological condition of ego identity.

Why is anxiety present, fear present, worry present? Why is guilt present, regret present, sadness present or this so-called joy, this euphoric thing due to the fact of remembering having just received a gift? Why is this present, why do we have these states? We have these states because the psychological condition of functioning in us is the condition oriented by the movement of thought.

Since thought is nothing other than a movement that comes from the past, forming images, pictures of pleasure and pain, you are always as a someone, someone in time, someone in this moment. This is how we are someone, and this sense of someone is the continuity of a psychological condition guided by this movement of past, present and future. Thus, there is no awareness of this moment.

Note how simple and at the same time very complex all of this is. There is a simplicity in the statement here, but there is also a complexity of understanding here, because psychologically our way of approaching these subjects is quite complicated. Life is now, here, totally here, and yet we are subjectively stuck to a psychological pattern of existence in time.

This is how human beings work: either they are in the past or they are in the future, due to the movement of thought itself and everything it represents when it arrives; because thought carries sensations, it carries the story linked to feelings, emotions, pleasure, pain, and our psychological life is within this condition. And why are we living like this? We are living like this because we are living in this sense of separation, in this mental conditioning, in this way of being someone separate from life, from the totality of life, alienated from this moment.

So, life is happening here, at this moment, and yet our way of approaching this moment is from the past, it is from what was, of what will be. We are always between the past and the future. Here we are with you working on learning about Self-awareness, on uncovering this psychological condition for something new, for something unknown, for something possible in this life and that some have already verified, which is the awareness of Divine Truth.

So, learning about ourselves, studying each one of us, studying ourselves, when this is present, in this contact with the other, in this study of oneself, we are facing a moment of revelation, of understanding how the other works, once we understand how the mind works. Our psychological condition is one of disorder and, therefore, of suffering, because we are living a life centered on the ego.

So, an approach to what is true Mindfulness and what true Full Attention, this means looking at each one of us at this moment. Just looking, bringing all this energy of Attention to this moment. Thus, we abandon this internal psychological dispersion, of orientation towards the time pattern “I am not, but I will be,” “I do not have, but I will have,” “I cannot, but one day I will be able to, I will achieve.” As long as this movement exists within us, there will be no awareness of life in this moment, of what it reveals here and now.

What we have recommended here for you is: become aware of this moment, become aware of your reactions. This does not require any technique, practice or effort. When there is a real interest in studying oneself, in self-observation, this occurs naturally, this happens. When you speak or when a thought is present or a feeling arises, it arises in that moment. We are never dealing with the past, we are only dealing with the moment.

Thought has a model of representation of history, that means, of what was; the model of thought does not deal with what is, but rather with what was. So, one of the most complicated things about human beings is precisely trusting in thought, because thought does not deal with reality, it deals with speculation: it speculates about the future, it interprets the present and it guides this interpretation of the present and this speculation about the future based on the past, but the past is just history, memory, something dead.

So, notice how interesting this way of functioning we have is, our life, based on thought, is grounded in something that has already happened. We are constantly, due to inattention, which is the lack of awareness of this moment, of what is happening here and now, vivifying that which is no longer, that which is not real. The past is something dead, but it receives life due to this inattention present in all of us.

The point here is that we have been conditioned, educated, programmed to continue the movement of the past, which is the movement of the “I.” This feeling, thought and sensation of being someone present in you is present due to the past. Here, this moment reveals life without the “I,” but thought interprets this revelation and places a present identity, an element that comes from the past.

So, we are constantly sustaining time that thought constructs: “I am not happy, but I will be happy,” “I have no peace, but I will have peace,” “there is no joy, but I will find joy,“ one day I will achieve love.” We are always looking to the future, comparing what is here with what will come, with what will be. This is how thought works, comparing what is here or what is not here with what was. So, we live within this psychological condition of lack of awareness of being.

So, what does it mean to have an approach to life as it is? It is to abandon the illusion of the idea of someone present. The idea of being present in this moment is a thought about yourself. You identify with the body, you identify with the mind, you identify with history, with all the memory, with all the past and, thus, you place a present identity here.

When you look at someone, if they are a known person, you see them from the perspective of thought, you treat them from the perspective of thought, you feel about them from the perspective of thought. So, what do you have about them? Absolutely nothing, just a projection of your own ego. This is how our relationships with the world around us, with the people around us, this is how our relationships with ourselves are.

The various psychological conditions present in human beings, in their relationship with themselves, in a mistaken way, as occurs due to the presence of the past, which is thought, which is this model of self-image that they have, puts them in situations of emotional disorder, mental suffering, and conflicting states. Here with you we are working on ending suffering, ending this illusion, this sense of “I” that sees itself as separate from life.

So, a new mind is necessary, so a new mind is something fundamental, a new way of perceiving, listening, feeling, acting, moving in life. Discarding this sense of “I,” this illusion of ego-identity is the end of this egoic mind. So, at this moment, there is Something beyond the mind, the presence of Something that is beyond the known, which reveals itself only when we have put an end to this illusion of this old condition, which is the condition of the ego.

Here in these meetings, we are working with you exactly on that. On Saturday and Sunday, we have meetings, they are our online meetings. So, through questions, answers and within contact with this self-investigation – what Ramana Maharshi called Atma Vichara – we are working here with you, on this channel, to get closer to Atma Vichara, this self-observation, this look at this whole movement of the “I,” this disposition for the revelation of Self-awareness. So, we are together on Saturday and Sunday. Here in the video description, you can find our WhatsApp link to participate in these online meetings on the weekends.

In addition, we have in-person meetings and also retreats. If what you just heard makes sense to you, here is the invitation. Leave your “like” here and subscribe to the channel. If you have already been watching these videos and have not yet subscribed, here is the opportunity, and take advantage and leave here in the comments: “Yes, that makes sense.” Ok? And we will see you. Thanks for the meeting and see you soon!

The fundamental questions of life. To learn about Self-Awareness. What is meditation? Atma Vichara

Here, in this meeting, we have an expression that I want to work with you on: the expression is “Atma Vichara.” Ramana Maharshi, the sage of Arunachala Hill, shared this vision of life with those who approached him. He addressed to them the importance of approaching themselves through Atma Vichara. There is a way to directly approach Truth, Reality, the Nature of God, and that way is by accessing the Reality of your own Being. This requires looking at oneself.

We are not usually looking at ourselves, we are looking outward. Our purpose in life is to accomplish things, to achieve things, to obtain and gather things. Very few people are occupied and involved with what we have called here “the fundamental questions of life.” A question is something to be solved; you cannot put a question aside. A question left aside is still a problem that you intend to forget. As far as life is concerned, this is a deception, a self-deception; trying to forget that which needs to be seen, understood, clarified, and solved.

Thus, this question of who you are – and therefore the question is “Who am I?” – this is the most important question in life and we cannot simply turn our backs on it. Human beings spend 80 years of their lives accumulating assets; movable assets, immovable assets and relationships. So, we have these inanimate assets, which are movable and immovable, and these animate assets, which are our relationships. Thus, we live accumulating things around us, and we forget or try to forget this basic question that we are here in life to solve, and the question is: “Who am I?”

This is exactly the question that resolves who God is. You were born – listen to this carefully – you were born for Love, for Peace, for Happiness, for Freedom. And you don’t find this out there, in external achievements, in these movable and immovable assets, inanimate goods and in these animate goods, which are relationships. As people we gather things, we gather people around us. Note, family is part of these people, they are around us. We gather animals, just as we gather material goods, so we live collecting things, acquiring things, obtaining things.

We do not know the truth about who we are, this Reality beyond the body and beyond the mind. Especially because we mistake ourselves for this body and this mind and we see ourselves as an entity present in life. And, for us, life consists of this confusion that we, as human beings, get ourselves into, in these different relationships. Relationships are with people and relationships are with things, with objects, with situations, and with places. So, we see ourselves as an entity present within this experience, this so-called “life” as we know it. But what do we know about this life? Absolutely nothing! Only what we are living, which are the different problems that we face.

Thus, without comprehending this situation, which is the situation of the “I,” which is this basic problem of “who I am,” we have many other unresolved situations. They are present because we are living in a condition of ignorance, of absurd ignorance about who we are. And if we do not understand the Truth about ourselves, we do not know the Truth about the other person with whom we have been living for 15, 20, 30 years. There is no Peace, there is no Love, there is no Freedom, there is no Intelligence in our relationships, because our relationships are conflicting.

It all starts with the very fact that, internally, you are restless, you have internal problems with your own thoughts, with your own desires. And it is easy to confirm this: human beings have concerns. So, notice: the inability to deal with situations in life when they arise, puts us in an internal condition of worrying about them, and the presence of this worry shows us that there is no Intelligence to deal with life without producing conflict, problems and suffering. Since worry is a form of suffering, it is a form of problem, it is the absence of this Intelligence to deal with the matters of life.

And why does it happen? Because we do not have the awareness to deal with ourselves. How can we comprehend life as it is, as it happens? How can we deal with life, exactly as it shows itself, if we do not know how to deal with our reactions, with our own thoughts, feelings, and emotions? They are always contradicting themselves, we have internal contradictions, we are dealing with images within ourselves, producing emotional disorder. The fact is that all of this is present because we have never investigated anything about ourselves.

All our energy is available to achieve things, to obtain things and to deal with these things in the best possible way, so as not to lose these things. This is another interesting element present in this identity of the “I,” of the ego, in this ignorance about who we are: we do not just achieve things, we do everything to keep them with us. As human beings, living in this sense of the ego, we are possessive, controlling creatures, loaded with attachments. Naturally, if attachment is present, insecurity is present, and we have the presence of fear. We do everything to achieve and then we do everything to not lose. In this doing there is effort, struggle and everything to obtain something that will one day inevitably go away.

Let us comprehend this clearly here. There is nothing that you can take with you. There is nothing that you can take with you because there is nothing that is really yours, not even this sense of this “I” is yours. This is an imagination of the thought about who you are – about who you are and what you have, and what you control. There is absolutely no control over anything! (laughter) Nothing is under the control of the “I,” of the ego, and yet we are living in this fantasy. This is the condition of inner contradiction, of disorder, confusion, and suffering. There is nothing – I say again – there is nothing in life that can make you happy.

The Reality of life is Happiness, but life does not consist of this idea of the “I” with all that it has or believes it has. The Reality of life is the Reality of God, and this Reality is present when the sense of the “I” is not present. This represents the end of everything that is known, of everything that is monitored, controlled, possessed by this imagination, which is the imagination of the ego, of this “me,” of this “I,” that believes it has these things, possesses these things. Note that all of this is within this principle of ignorance, of illusion regarding the Truth about who we are.

Here, with you, we are approaching how to learn about Self-Awareness, discover the Truth about yourself – just that, discover the Truth about yourself. Once you have realized this, become aware of it, life, this external life becomes light, without conflict, without problems. We still have challenges arising, but they are answered not from this illusory center that is the ego, but from a present intelligence that knows how to deal with everything that happens without fear, without desire, without conflict, without attachment, without this sense of control, therefore, without this effort.

A life free from the ego is something indescribable, it is life as it is, in Beauty, in Grace. This coming closer to oneself requires the Presence of this art that reveals who you are. So, Atma Vichara, something that Ramana Maharshi shared in his days, we are working here with you. We are showing you how to come closer to the Truth about Meditation and, therefore, bringing you the answer also to the question: “What is Meditation?” We do not dissociate the comprehension of the Truth about ourselves, which is Self-Awareness, from the coming closer to the awareness of God, which is Meditation. This requires the presence of this self-observation, this looking at these reactions, which is Atma Vichara.

We have several playlists here on the channel that delve deeper into each of these subjects. In fact, these various fundamental questions of life are all addressed here, on this channel. Because our proposal is a life of Wisdom, a life of Grace, Beauty and Truth. This requires, in this life, Liberation, the end of ignorance, the end of illusion. The true solution to this question, “Who am I?” One thing we have been telling you here: there is a very well-known phrase, in some way you have come into contact with this phrase and we think it is a beautiful or very philosophical or quite spiritual phrase, but we know nothing about it, it is just theory. And the phrase is a very old phrase, from the ancient Greeks: “Man, know thyself.”

Note, we have many theories, many beliefs and many ready-made phrases. We repeat them, we think they are beautiful, we think they are something interesting, something intelligent to say, and so we repeat them, but we have no direct contact with them. We know nothing about this encounter with the Divine Truth, with the Truth of this Being, with this Reality of God. We are living within programming, and here on the channel we have worked and shown you what this programming is. It is the programming of psychological conditioning, mental conditioning, where we are alienated from the Divine Truth, living in this identification with the body, with the mind and with everything that culture has given us, in this feeling, also, and thought of being someone present in life to conquer things, to accomplish things.

Here, with you, we are approaching the Divine Reality, the Reality of God. This Reality is that which is present when there is this true Intelligence, which is Spiritual Intelligence, which is the Intelligence of God. Some call this state “Spiritual Awakening” or “Spiritual Enlightenment.” It has nothing to do with everything you have heard out there about this Awakening. It is an encounter with the Divine Reality, but this encounter with this Reality is something present when the sense of the “I,” of the ego, is not present.

So, we are working with you on the direct path to this vision. As we said at the very beginning: there is a direct path to this Realization, according to Ramana Maharshi, and that direct path is Atma Vichara, that's the answer – and now it is clear to you: it is not intellectual, it is not verbal, it is not something presented only as a concept, but in an experiential way – the answer to the question “Who am I?” Then, there is a comprehension of the Truth, of That which is Real, when this illusion of this sense of separation is not present. We are here for That, which is beyond the known, to assume That which is beyond the recognizable. It is paradoxical, but it is exactly like that.

The Presence of Divine Reality is the absence of someone to know anything, to see oneself as someone in the world and needing the world for something. Here, together, we are exploring this with you, going deeper into this with you: the Truth of this Divine Revelation, the Truth about what Meditation is. We have a playlist here on this channel: Real Meditation. Note, it’s about Real Meditation in practice… There’s another playlist here on the channel, which I recommend for you to watch, it’s “The Truth about Self-Awareness.” What is the Truth about this? How can we approach this in this life? This is Atma Vichara.

Here, on Saturdays and Sundays, we are together. We have online meetings on weekends. Here, in the video description, you can find our link to participate in these online meetings. So, we are together for two days, working on this with you. In addition, we have in-person meetings and also retreats. If what you've just heard makes sense to you, here is an invitation, go ahead, leave your “like” here and subscribe to the channel. If you have been watching the videos, several videos, and have not yet subscribed, please, subscribe to the channel too; don't forget this time. Write here in the comment: “Yes, that makes sense.” Okay? And we'll see you. Thanks for the meeting and see you next time.

The importance of Self-Awareness. Recurrent depression. Vipassana meditation. Advaita: Non-duality

Here, our meetings consist of real discoveries about who we are. Why is this so important for each of us? Because without it we have no way of becoming aware of life. Learning to live is the most important thing in life.

This is about learning what we are in the context of living, without which there is no Truth, no Wisdom, no Comprehension. Note that this is what explains these various inner states we are returning to time after time, time after time, and we want to get rid of them permanently.

For example, we have this issue of recurrent depression, but we also have recurrent anxiety, recurrent jealousy, envy, the present pain of wanting to have what the other person has, the pain of desire, also recurrent, the pain of recurrent envy. All these internal states are states of suffering. An answer to this question of how to get rid of it is not a technical answer, like the answer to how to drive a car, how to fly an airplane or how to ride a bicycle. This requires another approach from each of us, and that approach is psychological.

Fear is that element present in our lives that is a shadow, that is always by our side following us through. Human beings have lived in fear for millennia, we have never learned to deal with fear. This anxiety is fear, this depression is fear, this anguish is fear, this worry is fear.

The various psychological states that sustain unhappiness, conflict, problems and suffering in us, we can only have real contact with when we let go of all ideas about them. This kind of approach is quite delicate. It's not like approaching a technical problem, a technical issue to solve. We must have a new way of approaching each one of us.

Notice that when we have a technical problem, if I don't know how to drive, I need to get into a vehicle, into a car, and take the first lessons in an experiential, practical way. I can't just theorize about how to drive a car, I need to be in a car figuring out how the gears work. I need to acquire a sense of space to drive between other cars, to make a turn, to pull over next to the curb, to keep my distance from the car in front. All this requires a direct, very practical, very experiential approach to the subject.

We have a big problem here, of dealing with these non-technical but psychological issues, such as fear, jealousy, envy, depression and anguish. It's just that we don't approach them in a practical way, we stay in the field of ideas and theories. Furthermore, we put a totally illusory element present. This element is what really keeps us away from the comprehension that requires a direct experience of this subject. I'm referring to this psychological element.

We're always postponing this issue. So, we may have some improvements, but they are only improvements, palliative states of temporary absence of that pain, that problem, that suffering, but then it comes back. As long as we don't face the problem directly, and here “facing” the problem means confronting it, dispensing with all theory, all concept, all idea, all thought about it.

Notice that this is exactly how we've been doing it. We have the thought about depression, the thought about fear, the thought about anxiety, but we never come into direct contact with the feeling, sensation, emotion, with the pain it represents. To drive a car, we have to be inside the car, with our hands on the wheel, learning to use the gears and pedals, acquiring a sense of distance from that car to other cars, it has to be moving. When we're dealing with psychological issues – let's perceive this together – we don't do that.

We are constantly postponing, avoiding contact with the pain, with the suffering that fear brings, that the thought of worry produces, that the image, created by thought, that sustains a pain, brings. We don't come into direct contact with the experience of fear, envy or jealousy. We don't really know, in practice, how this works.

Look how curious our model of psychological behavior is. We feel the pain, the suffering, we feel the problem, we have a name for the problem, we have a thought about the problem, but we don't know what the problem is because we haven't come into direct contact with it. We have ideas, I'll repeat this, we have thoughts about how to get rid of it, how to reduce this present psychological condition, this condition of psychological pain, of psychological suffering, and we apply them.

In general, we do something like run away from the pain when it's present. So, we do this thing of naming it, we have the name of it, we have the thought about it and we have the expedient of how to alleviate it, diminish it, not suffer so much from it, by running away, escaping. We don't come into direct contact with the experience. Look how delicate that is.

So, the person knows that they have this problem of depression and it is recurrent, anxiety and it is recurrent, anguish and it is recurrent, worry and it is recurrent; theoretically you know, in thought, with an image about it, that it is fear, but you don't come into direct contact with the thing itself because when it arises you run away, you escape. If we want to get rid of psychological conditions of suffering, we have to become aware of what this represents experientially, and this requires the presence of Self-Awareness.

We have to know ourselves, know how these states are processed within each of us, without giving it a name, without having a thought about it, a theory about it, an idea of how to get rid of it, abandoning this model of escape from this condition, as we have generally done. Human beings run away to drink, run away to religious beliefs, run away to any kind of distraction from something that might, for the moment, temporarily, take them away from that pain, so we never come into direct contact with it, so there's no Self-Awareness, there's no comprehension of how it happens.

Here we have emphasized to you the importance of Self-Awareness. It's essential to get closer to yourself, learning to look at this internal movement of thought, of image, of mental formulations that bring this or that state to the fore, to the surface, at that moment. So, the state arises because of a thought model, an image, a mental formulation, and this needs to be seen when it arises at that moment. Then, that's having an approach of the truth about yourself, of how this model of separating the “I” from the non-“I” is processed.

The “I” is the idea, it's the thought, it's the belief, it's the image, it's the mental formulation of that state. The not-“I” is that state. So notice, within us there is an illusion, the illusion of this “I” and the not-“I,” of the one who thinks about it and the one who feels it. This is present because we don't know the truth about who we are. Thus, there is this duality, this “I” and the not-”I,” the one who is afraid, depressed, envious, jealous, the one who has this pain, this suffering, this problem.

We want the one who is the “I” to get rid of the not-”I,” which is this condition, this problem, this suffering, this pain. We don't realize that we are facing a single game, a single condition, which is the condition of this “I” that sustains this state. This state is not separate from the “I.” We've said this here and we have several videos on the channel investigating this with you, that an image you have is you in the image, a thought you have is you in the thought, emotional suffering is not the emotion or the suffering separate from you, you are the emotional suffering, a worry is not something separate from what you are. This is very basic, but it can only be seen when you get closer to yourself, look at this process in you, sustaining the psychological condition of the identity of the “I,” of egoic identity.

Thought is not separate from the thinker, feeling is not separate from the one who feels, pain is not separate from the one in pain, there is no such thing, but we have this belief because we live based on the illusion of thought separate from the thinker, on the illusion of feeling separate from the one who feels. So, what does it mean to come closer to yourself? It's being faced with this learning about yourself.

It's quite interesting how we behave. We have different ways of escaping, we've just put some of them here for you. Drinking is one of them, going to the cinema, the theater, dancing, dating, but we also have other ways. We can get involved in mystical, spiritualistic, religious practices, all of which help us to temporarily avoid this condition. As well as practicing this so-called meditation that people do. They do vipassana meditation, yoga meditation, zen meditation. Note, the truth of Meditation, be it vipassana, yoga or zen, is not for that purpose.

The Truth of Meditation is for the Blossoming of your Divine Nature, for the end of the ego, for the end of the “I” and, therefore, for the end of this model of separation between thought and the thinker, between feeling and the one who feels. The Realization of the Truth of That Which Is You in Your True Being is the end of fear, the end of depression, the end of envy, the end of jealousy. Notice, we are telling you that this is the end because it ends when this sense of the ego ends.

As long as it is present, these states of conflict, contradiction, problems and psychological suffering will be present because the ego will be present, the sense of “I” will be present. So, you may have improvements, but there is no definitive end to these conditions that arise because of conflicting thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

Here we are working with you on the end of the “I,” the end of the ego, the awareness of non-duality, the vision of the Truth of That Which Is You in Your Being when Real Meditation reveals itself. Here on the channel, we have an extensive playlist about this Real Meditation in an experiential way, in a practical way, and this requires the presence of Self-Awareness, because without Self-Awareness, there is no real Meditation.

So, the truth of Meditation is revealed when there is Self-Awareness. Without Self-Awareness, no technique or practice or model of meditation will work because the Awakening of your Divine Nature requires the comprehension of this egoic movement and the end of it. Then, we have an end to this illusion, which is the illusion of the “I” and the non-“I,” the one who is distressed, separate from distress; depressed, separate from depression; worried, separate from worry. Notice, we are dealing with a model of duality, of separation, of illusion.

The Truth of That which is God, your Being, your Real Nature is the end of it. The Comprehension of the Reality of all this is what we have dealt with here on the channel as Advaita, non-duality. So, I want to recommend these playlists to you here. Take a look here on the channel at this issue of Advaita, non-duality, Real Meditation in a practical way and the Truth about Self-Awareness. A direct look at all this illusory movement of this “me” is the end of it.

So, that's our subject with you here on this channel and also on our other channel, called “Marcos Gualberto.” Take a look later, here, in the description of the video, you have the link to our other channel. In addition, we have something much more relevant, which are these online meetings on weekends. Notice, Saturday and Sunday we're together, through questions and answers, working with you. That's two days together in one weekend. You can find our link in the video description to join the group and get closer to these online meetings on the weekends. Okay?

We also have face-to-face meetings and retreats at certain times of the year. If what you've just heard makes sense to you, touches you on some level, here's an invitation: go ahead and leave your “like” here, subscribe to the channel and say “Yes, that makes sense” in the comments. And we'll see you. Thanks for meeting us and see you next time!

Joel Goldsmith | Conscious union with God | Unity with God | Real Wisdom | Master Gualberto

GC: Hello, everyone! We are here for another videocast. Once again, Master Gualberto is here with us. Thank you, Master, for another videocast.

Today, I will read an excerpt from Joel Goldsmith's book called “Conscious Union with God.” In an excerpt from this book, Master, Joel makes the following comment: “You must feel a conscious union with God. God is all-inclusive. And since God is all-inclusive, you and I must be included in God's being.” Master, can you share your view on this issue of union with God?

MG: Gilson, here we come across a mistake: this idea of unity, this idea of union or unity with God. This is because we start from a principle that is already mistaken. The mistaken principle is that there is a real separation, a true separation between what you are and what God is, a separation between you and life. So, people talk about this union with God, this unity with God or this oneness with God; something that will one day be realized.

Note: there are already two things here. The first mistake is the idea seen as real: the idea of separation. There is no such thing as separation, because there are no two things like “me and God,” like “me and life.” There are no two things, so this duality is a mistaken principle, it is an error, it is an illusion. And the second, here, is the idea of an attainment, tomorrow or in future, of this unification, this union, unity, or of these two things meeting and becoming one.

Starting from a clear vision about this, all thought is, is a projection of the world where the “sense of someone” sees itself present, separate from life, separate from the other, separate from God, because the truth is that there is a present Reality, and thought does not reach this Reality. And all that thought has done, and has been doing for millennia, is to maintain a story about itself. See how curious this is: this feeling that you have of being someone is associated with the story that thought builds about a character that it says to exist, which is the thinker, but we are faced with a construct of thought itself.

So, thought separates itself, creating an identity that is, in fact, part of itself. It is a mistaken movement, an illusory movement, an imaginative movement of thought itself to construct this thinker. Thought separates itself, it constructs the “I,” the “me,” the thinker, situates this thinker as being the very constructor of thoughts – which is not true, because thought is nothing other than a movement of memory.

See how important it is for us to have a real approach to this, to undo this illusion of separation, this duality, in which you exist separate from life, separate from God. What there is here is thought, and thought is just a response that comes from the past due to the presence of a memory, of a recollection. See, we are faced with something that is chemical, that is physical, that is material – I refer to thought. This reaction of the brain, this response of the brain, in this representation of memory, is thought.

We are faced with something that is sustaining the illusion of an identity. So, thought sustains the idea of the thinker, that is constructing thought, while, in fact, it is just thoughts that are emerging here, now. So, when you say, “I am thinking,” what is present at this moment is not someone thinking, it is not a thinker thinking, it is just thinking. The movement of the brain itself responds to stimuli.

I ask your name and the brain is in charge of finding that answer, and it comes quickly. Some answers come quickly, others take longer. All of these answers arise because of the presence of memory. If I ask you a question and you have an answer for it, it will come, but it is not you who will bring this answer, it is the brain's mechanics, it is the movement of thought. So, there is thinking, there is not the thinker; there is the mechanics of thought. That is how we function, that is how thought works! So, there is thought, there is not the thinker.

So, this feeling-thought “I” is something that thought, thought itself, is constructing and sustaining, creating for us this illusion that we are present when a reaction happens, when a response arises. The only Reality, listen... the only Reality present is Life happening as It is; this Life is God! This element that separates itself, that sees itself as a separate element, is thought, creating the illusion of an identity. It is this illusion, this illusory identity that sustains itself by creating problems, sustaining dilemmas, conflicts, disorder and suffering. That is what disappears – just that disappears – and that which is Real is revealed when there is this Awakening.

So, you ask, “What is your vision?” You see, the only Reality present is God. This feeling-thought “I” is creating confusion of an entity separate and apart from Life itself, in its egocentric movement. This is what has created all the suffering in humanity for millennia. As people, in this sense of “I,” of the ego, we are envious, ambitious, greedy, possessive, arrogant, full of fears and desires. This is because we see ourselves as an entity separate and apart from Life itself. This is the condition of ignorance, of illusion about who we are.

A vision of the Truth about us is the end of this illusory identity, this false “I,” this “me,” this illusory, mistaken center. This is the end of egocentrism, of conflicts, of desires, of fears. Then, we are facing Life, being Life itself, because there is only Life! That's why it is not a union with God, but awareness that God is the only Reality, and this sense of “I” is part of a dream that thought is constructing. And if this is no longer present, Life is as It is. This is Liberation, this is the Realization of Truth, this is the Awareness of God. Getting closer to this requires Self-Awareness, it requires the awareness that reveals this Truth, which is Meditation.

GC: Master, we have a question from a subscriber here on the channel, Claudia. She makes the following comment and asks: “Rationally, I understand everything I have been learning, that there is only one and that we are all one Consciousness in action. However, I would like this understanding to transform into a real, genuine and permanent feeling, that would help me overcome the challenges of living here in the form and, most of the time, identified with it. Would the best path be through meditation?”

MG: Notice, it is a long question. Now, some things are interesting here in this question. The first thing we need to be aware of is that we need to Realize the Truth. It is not about having a theory, or a concept, or a belief about It, but about realizing the Truth, and you realize the Truth not to live well; you realize the Truth because Truth is Liberation, it is Liberation from all complications, from all disorder, from all confusion, from all suffering, because Reality, Truth, is That which we were born to live, to become aware of, to assume in this life.

Therefore, a real approach to the Truth about ourselves requires a new way of studying our reactions in the practice of living, here, in this instant, something moment by moment. Awakening means leaving this psychological condition of dream, of sleep, of confusion, where thought is establishing a form of world or a possibility of life for itself. So, we are faced with something very, very radical, which is the breaking of this psychological condition of the “I.”

Here, a mere understanding or intellectual approach does not help. Here, the desire to simply find a more adjusted, more reasonable, sensible and pleasant life does not solve the problem. What we need, in fact, is a complete break from this old condition, for something new present, for That which is indescribable, which is the Divine Life present in this moment. It is something much greater than overcoming challenges. It means living free from the sense of this “I,” this “me,” which faces challenges, which has to always overcome obstacles, which has to always go beyond these so-called “challenges.”

Here, it is a question of a life free from the sense of separation. Since this sense of separation is something that thought is establishing as a pattern, as a rule, as long as it is present, there will indeed be all kinds of misfortune, complications, adversities, problems and challenges. When the sense of “I,” of “me,” of the ego, is no longer present, there is no more conflict, disorder, problems, obstacles, barriers, difficulties or challenges. And how does this become possible? By having an approach to oneself, learning how to look at all this movement of the “I.”

Then, this is naturally released, it is liberated from us for the Realization of the Real Divine Life. Gilson, this work consists of emptying all this psychological content, which is the content of the “I,” and part of this content is all types of knowledge and information that it has, including at this level: at the level of concepts, verbal structures and theoretical knowledge about this subject. All of this is still part of this old structure, this old conditioning. All this training that we have at the intellectual level is insufficient. So, emptying all this is necessary. Awareness of the Reality of That, which is beyond the mind, is necessary, and this is what we are working on here with you in these online meetings, in these face-to-face meetings, in these retreats.

GC: Master, we have another question from another subscriber here on the channel. He makes the following comment and asks: “Master, I have always believed in the God that religion taught me, but I see that it is just a belief. How can I overcome this belief?”

MG: Yes, Gilson, they are just beliefs, they are just concepts. See, on an emotional, sentimental level, can it bring comfort? Yes. Consolation? Yes. Especially in some difficult moments in life, belief consoles, comforts. But notice, don’t be upset by what I am going to say here: it is also just another way of alleviating this pain. This does not solve anything! The pain diminishes and you temporarily escape from this pain. So, this consolation, this comfort becomes an escape mechanism.

In general, people seek this a lot, they want to be comforted and consoled when they are in some level of suffering. Here, we are proposing an end to suffering. So, a belief is something that can comfort, console, bring you hope. But for whom is this hope? For whom is this comfort, this consolation? It is still for the “I,” for the ego. Here, we are dealing with the end of the ego, the end of the “I.” This is something that becomes possible when you are beyond beliefs, especially this belief, because it is just a belief – note, it is a belief, it is an idea. This does not change anything internally on a real level!

Reality is not a belief. Reality is Reality. If It is present, we do not need belief; and if It is present, there is no longer any need; and if It is present, there is no longer any need for consolation, comfort, or hope. When there is Real Awareness of God, suffering ends, because attachments end, fears end, desires end, and all forms of dependence end. In other words, without the sense of the ego present, there is no longer any need for consolation, comfort, or hope. This is something present because of the ego’s need to temporarily have relief from its pain, from its contradictory state of suffering.

To break with the ego is to break with beliefs. When there is Wisdom, this Wisdom is Vision, it is not intellectual understanding, it is not theoretical belief, it is not an image, as all beliefs are, images of thought. Note, beliefs are images of thought. We no longer have any of this when the presence of Truth is present, which is Real Intelligence, Real Wisdom. The Vision of Reality dispenses with belief… It is the Vision of Reality! And the Vision of Reality is present when there is no longer illusion, when there is no longer the sense of separation, when what is present is Truth.

The point is that we are educated, taught – as she herself puts it here – within religion, in which we were educated, raised to have beliefs, to believe in God, but this does not change the fact that, despite this belief, we are still suffering, we still have problems, we still have this sense of ego present within us, we are still aggressive, violent, possessive people, attached to things, emotionally, sentimentally, to objects, to people, to our own conclusions, dispositions, ideas, concepts, opinions and beliefs. And all of this is basically suffering.

So, despite all the religious teaching, all the training we receive, this training is at a merely intellectual level, of theoretical conditioning. In life, in practice, we are still the people we are, carrying the weight we carry. The good news here is that this person is not the Truth of That which is You in your Real Nature. Your Real Nature is the Divine Truth, it is the Truth of God. That is why, in this Realization of this Truth, if That is here, everything disappears! It takes over life; It is Beauty, it is Love, it is Freedom, it is Bliss!

So, Gilson, getting closer to the Truth about ourselves is something that becomes possible when we learn how to discard this sense of “I,” of the ego. This is the great lesson we receive here in these meetings: how to learn about ourselves, how to go beyond this conditioning that we have received, which makes us live only in theory, in concepts, in ideas… and this solves nothing! You, in your Natural State of Being, are beyond the known, beyond time, beyond thought, therefore beyond the “I” and everything that culture, society and the world represent.

So, this is the Vision of Truth. This dispenses with, completely lets go of everything that was given to us by culture, because all of this is still part of this structure of thought and, therefore, of ignorance. A direct look at God is a direct look at Life without the “I,” without the ego. So, this is the Awareness of Truth. For this we were born. This is why we are together here, proposing to you a work in this direction.

GC: Thank you, Master, our time has come to an end. Thank you for this videocast.

And for those of you who are watching the videocast until the end and have a sincere desire to delve deeper into experiencing these truths, we invite you to participate in the meetings that Master Gualberto offers. In these meetings – which can be held online over the weekend, in person, and also as multi-day retreats – Master Gualberto is available to answer our questions directly. In addition and most importantly, because Master Gualberto already lives in this so-called Awakened State of Consciousness, he ends up sharing this State of Presence that he lives, and in this sharing, we end up getting a ride on this Silence, this Grace, and this Power that the Master lives. And this is an incredible facilitator for us to be able to investigate ourselves, to be able to observe thoughts, to be able to get to know ourselves. So, here is the invitation.

In the first comment, pinned, there is the WhatsApp link to be able to participate in these meetings.

And, Master, once again, thank you for the videocast.

Learning about Self-awareness | How to deal with fear? | Real Meditation | What thought is

The way I see it, the main element here, for all of us, must necessarily be a heart-to-heart encounter, which requires the presence of a possible communion. In general, we do not know how to have this level of approaching when interacting with people.

I want to explore some issues with you here. One of these issues also involves this issue of communion. Note that your contact with people is not free contact, but it is a contact, in general, committed to ideas, committed to beliefs, to concepts that you have about him or her, or about what is happening in the world or in life. And in this contact, in this relationship with him or her, there is always a divergence of ideas, opinions, and conclusions. So, we are very inclined to live like that.

Here with you I want to touch on the beauty of this encounter with new learning, which is learning about ourselves. There is nothing more important in life than the awareness of life itself. This awareness requires learning about Self– awareness, because only when you know yourself, understand yourself, can you truly situate yourself in life within an encounter with the world around you in this state of communion.

Communion is the fundamental element in Peace, Freedom, cooperation, and the presence of Love. If there is the Truth of Love present, there is communion. In this communion, there is the presence of compassion, of cooperation. Here with you we are working on this truth of understanding who we are. So, learning about ourselves is fundamental.

In general, our contact with the world around us, the contact with him or her, is the contact within this old affirmation of separation. If there is this separation, there is no such encounter; if there is no such encounter, there is no communion. The world is in conflict, people are unhappy and living within a conflictual relationship with each other. And why does this happen? Because we are, internally, distant from each other, and all this attempt to unite people has not worked, all this talk about loving our neighbor or living in harmony with him or her has not worked.

We have many problems in life and they are countless, but they have a common basis, and I want to address this here with you. What is the common basis of all these problems that we have, including in our relationships, in the lack of this communion and, therefore, this cooperation, this compassion, this intelligent freedom to deal with the other? Who is it that has sustained all of this? Ignorance, the illusion about ourselves, about how we function.

So, I want to talk to you here about the end of fear. You see, I have come here with you countless times touching on this issue of fear, but our emphasis here is different from the emphasis that people want to get involved or want to have regarding this issue of fear: they want to get rid of fear. Here, we are becoming aware of what the end of fear means. It is not about someone getting rid of fear, it is about freedom from fear occurring with the end of fear. It is not about someone getting rid of fear, but it is the vision of what fear means, what fear represents. It is not fear for someone, but what someone, in fear, means.

So, what is fear? How can we really see the end of fear? So, the question is: how to deal with fear? Note that we have different forms of fear. I don't know exactly which one you are interested in studying here, which fear you want to address or would like to see being discussed here, but whatever form of fear you would like to investigate, all forms of fear, the only difference between them is the objects or the way they are expressed. But fear itself is fear, there is only fear.

The different forms of fear, in the plural, are diverse in relation to people, situations, events and objects. This is the difference in the variation of fears, but fear is one. So, here, the question is: How to deal with fear? To have a direct approach to this subject, we must first ask what thought is. And why? Because thought is the element within you that, when present, speaks to you of fear. There is no fear without the possibility of thought.

If you are walking down a street and a car is coming towards you, at that moment you have no time to be afraid. You move away, you get out of the way. You are in a moment of danger, but it is a moment in which there is no interval between that possible accident and you. So, at that moment there is no room for fear, but rather for a movement of self-protection, something instinctive, of self-preservation. This fear or fright is not fear, it is an intelligent action of escape, of fleeing from that accident, that danger.

Human beings have suffered for millennia from various forms of fear, but it is fear where thought is present. For example, the fear of death. You can only be afraid of death if you have a thought about death, about the afterlife, about what can happen during death or at the moment of death, but it is thought that is producing this. Without thoughts about death, there is no fear of death.

You cannot be afraid of getting old without images of thoughts about old age, the fear of getting sick without images of thoughts about illness. You cannot be afraid of a person without the memory of them. Notice how simple and tremendously fascinating it is to understand that everything in us is linked to thought. Thought guides our lives as people, how we see ourselves, how we feel about ourselves.

So, our big problem is not how to deal with fear, but rather how to deal with thought, because thought is the basis of fear, it is the cause of fear, it is the sustenance of fear. It is the cause because it is the image, it is the cause because it is the factor without which there is no fear. So, here, we can learn how to deal with thought and, therefore, with fear.

Notice how fascinating this clear understanding of all this is. It is not just about fear, it is about the pain of rejection. When do you feel rejected by someone? When you remember that person. The anger at someone. When do you feel angry at someone? When memory is there, creating a condition of suffering in fear, anger, rejection…

Thought element guides our psychological condition of existence, so we have to investigate the nature of thought, the structure of thought and how to remain without it. Yes, that's right: how to remain without thought. Is there a possibility, in life, of life happening, but in such a way that a response to that moment is possible, but not based on this psychological condition that we know, which is of life guided by thought?

So, this approach we have here, this way we have of approaching all of this is something that gives you the basis for a free, happy, peaceful and, therefore, harmonious life, with a real possibility of communion with others, with life, with what happens, without fear, without this feeling of rejection, without this feeling of anger. Here, we use three examples, but there are countless, all linked to the presence of thought in each one of us.

So, what is this learning about Self-awareness? It is verifying how you function, how thought creates representations within you of how life should be, or could be, or should have been. Everything here that we present to you involves the importance of a life without suffering, free, peaceful, happy, and this requires the absence of the ego, the absence of the “I.”

So, how to deal with fear? Discovering how to dispense with the movement of memory, because, you see, at this moment, there is no need for any mental image about the future. The mental image of the future is the continuation of the present movement of unconsciousness with regard to life as it happens at this moment. Therefore, all these present forms of suffering, disorder, confusion and problems, all these are things arising within each of us and being sustained by this non-observation of our reactions.

Looking at a thought and allowing it to complete itself… Look, listen to this: allowing it to complete itself, we don’t do that. We don’t do it because when a thought arises, you immediately become confused with thought, because behind this movement of becoming confused with thought there is the belief that this thought is real when it appears. It is not real, it is just a representation that is coming from the past, from a memory that has not been completed. So, this memory comes, this thought arises and when it arises, immediately, you immediately identify with thought. At that moment, you lose yourself by being the observer separate from thought, the thinker in thought.

So, the observer is like this element that is observing thought as someone separate from it. This thinker is like the element that is separating itself from thought, but it is this element that is producing thought. So, when the thinker is present, the observer is present, the observer observing thought as an element separate from it and the thinker as an element that is producing this thought. So, this is real, it is very real.

This movement that we have just described to you is nothing other than the movement of the ego, of this sense of being a person that you have, that you carry. What are we proposing to you here? Observe, just observe this movement, be aware of it when it arises. Becoming aware of it is to not separate yourself from it to be the observer, to be the thinker – to be the thinker when thought arises, the observer when the image arises, the one who feels when the feeling arises. So, at this moment, you are in this learning about yourself.

So, what is learning this Self-awareness? It is discovering how to bring this Attention to this moment to be aware of your reactions, without getting confused with them. So, when a thought arises of fear, it is seen, of sadness, it is seen, of worry, it is seen, but it is seen without this observer, it is seen without this thinker.

Here we have just shown you how to approach this Self-awareness. This is what gives you the basis for Meditation. And what is this Meditation? It is allowing what is present to present itself without an element that is involved with it, and what is present is nothing other than something that came from the past in this format of image, thought, memory, remembrance.

You may ask: “But how is this issue of Meditation, as you place it?” Meditation is this, it is being aware of your reactions, without getting involved with them, in that moment; allowing it to show itself, present itself, be seen and complete itself. Because when a thought arises, it is only an apparition that can be seen without the observer, and this belief that someone, who is the thinker, is producing that, is not real.

There is no thinker producing thoughts, just as there is no observer to see the image that emerges. This image is something that comes from the past, and this thought is something that comes from the past; this past is only the record of the memory within you. There is no one producing it, there is no thinker producing it, there is no observer producing it.

Notice the beauty of following this. Allowing this to emerge and not find continuity, which is this “I,” this ego, means to not feed it anymore in this observer, in this thinker, in this element also involved in feeling. All of this is part of this sense of “I,” of this element that separates itself. Thus, we are nullifying this sense of “I.” So, at this moment, the awareness of the Truth of your own Being is taking place. This is the end of fear, this is the end of suffering, this is the end of the “I,” this is the end of the ego.

So, when there is an approach to the Truth of Meditation, there is the Revelation of the Reality of your Being. So, this is the subject that we are working on here with you on this channel and in these online meetings on the weekends. On Saturday and Sunday, we are together, deepening this with you. Here in the video description, you have our WhatsApp link to participate in these online meetings on the weekends.

In addition, we have in-person meetings and also retreats. If this is something that makes sense to you, leave your “like” here, subscribe to the channel and leave a comment saying: “Yes, that makes sense.” Ok? And we’ll see each other. Thanks for the meeting and see you soon!

Learning about Self-Awareness | What is Mindfulness | Spiritual Intelligence

In life, we are constantly in contact with experiences. Our senses – these physical senses within us – are present all the time and are always in contact. These contacts are experiences. They are situations that occur, situations that happen, as well as perceptions that appear at every moment. And we underestimate the importance of this in life. What is the importance of this, of this contact we have, at every moment, with experiences?

Note, every moment is a new moment. When you get in your car in the morning and go to work, you pass by some places and you don’t perceive that you are always facing something new, a new experience, every moment while you are driving your car – just like at home before you leave for work; the contact with your wife, with your family, with a cup of tea or coffee… Everything in life is an experience arising here and now, at this instant. But when we come across these experiences, we are generally internally absorbed by thoughts, feelings, emotions, some present, subjective element that comes from the past. So, we don’t perceive what is present in the moment, when the experience is there.

When, for example, you leave your house walking, you pass by houses, trees, children playing on the street… but you are, internally, too absorbed by your internal reactions, mistaking yourself for them, identifying with them. And you are not aware of this totality of the experience because you are psychologically trapped in the model of the mind, of the programmed mind, of the conditioned mind, of the mind that is unaware of its own movement. Here, with you, we are working on the Awakening of Divine Intelligence, the Awakening of Spiritual Intelligence. We are working with you on this Realization of your Being, the Awareness of life free from this conditioning, free from this format of psychological subjectivity, where we are trapped in the psychological model of existence, which is the existence of the “I,” which is the egoic existence.

I want to touch on this topic of the Awakening of Intelligence, on this issue of learning about ourselves, of learning about Self-Awareness, the importance of comprehension of what is Mindfulness. To bring it to this moment, in a relaxed, easygoing way, but with a singular and profound interest in observing, perceiving, being aware of oneself, at this moment – both of what is happening internally and externally. Having this approach is attention. There is something present that reveals itself in this attention and this something present is the absence of the conditioned mind.

And how does this conditioned mind work? It is the mind that is, as it has been said, involved in its own self-centering, in its reasons, motives, intentions, thoughts, memories, recollections. This is how we situate ourselves as an entity present in time, seeing ourselves as someone in space. In time, why? Because we are stuck in the reference of yesterday or in the imagination of tomorrow. This is how we function psychologically, stuck in this identity of the “I,” in this egoic identity, in this subjective way of being absorbed in our egoic world, in our mental world.

Let us comprehend here, the importance of this because all these internal states of emotional disorder, of feeling, of thought, and these various problems we have in our lives, lie in this way of happening, where we are not aware of the Truth about ourselves, we are not aware of the Truth about life happening, about everything around us. Because we are trapped within this ego circuit, this circuit of self-centeredness. So, there is no such attention to the totality of life; since there is no such attention, this consciousness in us is the consciousness circumscribed to the ego model.

This is how we are constantly producing suffering for the world around us, because we are alienated from life as it is, we are trapped in life as thought has constructed it. My contact with the other is not real because I am not before the other, I am before a thought that I have about them, an imagination that I carry about them, a hope of achieving, from this or that person, something that this “I,” this “me,” idealizes. Thus, our relationships are egocentric because we do not know what it is to be in contact with the present moment, with this experience, without this “I.”

So, notice, there are two ways, the first is the one we know and it is in this way that we are living, in an inattentive, subjective way, centered on the own “I,” in a mistaken relationship with the present moment, with the experience – this is because we have, in this way, in this manner, the presence of an experiencer, which is this element that is trying to extract something for itself from this moment – or we have a new contact with the present moment that is the contact free of the “I,” free of the ego, free of this self-centering, of this subjectivity. This requires the presence of this attention.

Once you pay attention to your inner reactions and to whatever is arising or appearing in this given moment externally, a look free from this observer, this experiencer, this self-centeredness, is a look free from the “I.” Then, we have the presence of a contact with life at this moment, without the past. And when the past is not present — since the past is thought, image, memory, the mental representation that the “I,” the ego, this experiencer makes use of — once we are free from that, we are in a contact with the moment, with life as it is, without the past. And without the past, we have no future; that is how we eliminate from our life this notion of the continuity of the “I,” of the continuity of time.

So, here, it becomes important for you to get closer to yourself, studying what is happening to you. The truth of this learning about Self-Awareness requires looking at this moment without the past. Note that it is very simple, a little attention to this moment will show you how simple it is. The thing is that we live in an inattentive way, unaware of these reactions that occur within us, but it is something very simple. When you look at a tree, at a bird while you walk, at some children playing on the sidewalk, you just look. To put this attention to this moment of looking, without sustaining any thought in this look... just look!

So, notice, it is not complicated to pay attention to this moment, to look at or observe what is external. When you hear a sound, be it a bird singing – which is much simpler, just listen to that sound – but if it is human speech, just listen to the speech without adding an element that agrees or disagrees with the speech. In this way, we eliminate this thinker and this experiencer. Then, this attention to the external aspects of the experience is not at all complicated. It is that we spend our days without paying attention to ourselves and also to what is happening externally, because, as it has been said, we are always absorbed by this subjective model of the “I,” of the ego.

This attention to the external is simple. Here, everything becomes complicated when we need to become aware of our internal reactions, when we are before psychological challenges. When, for example, someone praises or criticizes you, listening to this criticism or praise, without this internal element that engages with its ideas about it, is not so simple. If someone praises you, at that moment an internal element arises to receive this praise. Here we are inviting you to pay attention to this reaction. The very attention to this reaction is the discarding of this element, so you listen completely to the other person's speech bringing the praise. But, once this attention is present, this look is present, this awareness of this reaction, here at this present moment, this makes it possible to eliminate the “I,” the ego… This element that feels special when it is praised or that can feel frustrated, angry, disappointed when it is criticized.

Here, we are inviting you to become aware of your reactions in order to decondition this program that is running within you, which is the program of the “I,” of the ego, of this psychological subjectivity of the egoic mind. This is how we get rid of this personal consciousness, this consciousness of the “I.” It is this consciousness that is sustaining in you – due to this lack of attention to your reactions – it is this consciousness of the “I,” it is this model of existence of egoic identity that is sustaining, in you, these various states of suffering. Living this way is living without Real Intelligence, Presence, Consciousness.

Here, Real Consciousness is the awareness of Divine Nature, it is the absence of this sense of the “I,” of the ego. We have been living for millennia as people within this ego-identity, within this model of being someone, trapped in this self-centeredness, within this circuit of psychological subjectivity, which is this mental conditioning, which is this conditioning of egoic existence. Here, with you, we are working on, in this channel – also on online meetings and in face-to-face meetings – on ending this illusion, the illusion of the ego, the illusion of the “I.” This requires the presence of this attention on your reactions. So, when we approach this learning about ourselves, this learning about Self-Awareness, we have the answer to the Truth of what is mindfulness. And, of course, we have access to the blossoming of this Intelligence.

Notice the importance of this. Without this foundation, we do not have the possibility of a life in Wisdom where we have the Real Presence of Freedom, the Real Presence of Happiness, the Real Presence of Love. Here we are with you, step by step, investigating this, showing you that the condition of identity of the “I,” of egoic identity, is one of separation, of isolationism, of support, in this egoic subjectivity, of an alienation from this moment. Because our contact with the present moment, our contact with experience, is from the experiencer; whereas, when the awareness of Truth reveals itself, which is the Truth of your Being, this moment is a moment of experiencing life as it happens… but it is only experiencing without the experiencer. This is when all experiences are no longer experiences for this experiencer, everything is now part of an experience that occurs moment by moment, without the “I.”

Thus, we are free from the time that thought records, in itself, experiences in order to maintain its continuity, with thought itself being the element that constructs the experiencer, the thinker that constructs the “I.” Here, we are showing you how, in this life, to realize the life free from the ego. This is what some call an “Awakening of Spiritual Consciousness” or “Spiritual Enlightenment.” A life free from this psychological time pattern, of separation from life as it happens. It is the life where Truth is present. So, in this contact with him or her, in this contact with this or that, whatever is happening externally or appearing internally is seen, without this separation, without this element that is the “I,” which separates itself to produce conflicts and problems.

The beauty of this encounter with the Reality of life as it is, is the end of suffering, confusion, and problems. In these online meetings we are holding here, on the weekends, Saturdays, and Sundays, we are working on this with you. It is an opportunity for us to be together. So, I want to leave you this invitation: we will have online meetings on Saturday and Sunday. Here, in the video description, you will find our WhatsApp link to participate in these meetings.
