Awakening of Real Consciousness | Psychological conditioning | Mindfulness | A New Consciousness

Alright! We still don't seem to understand very well what action means in life, Real action. For us, action necessarily requires the presence of struggle and effort. Therefore, we still don't seem to clearly understand that life becomes possible completely free of struggle, free of effort. In fact, let's take a closer look at this.

Notice that all the moments in your life where there was this scent of joy, lightness, harmony, stillness, silence, and peace, those moments, observe, were moments happening in a natural way. When I say natural, that's exactly what I mean, free from the artificiality of this movement, which is still the movement of the “I,” of the ego, the movement of effort and struggle. There is no struggle, no effort when we have the presence of Reality, that is the perfume of the Truth of God.

Our goal in life is to find Peace, Happiness and Love. We have a moment of Silence, Stillness, Joy, of absence of conflict, and at that moment the presence of that perfume becomes clear, the perfume of the Reality of God. The problem here arises because we want to find it, so we have purposes, goals, dreams, ideals.

And here I want to tell you something, which you already know because you have already lived it, but you've forgotten it: these moments have arisen in your life without searching. The moment of joy arises, but it is not the result of a search, an effort or a struggle; the moment of Stillness, Silence, Peace, where we have the fragrance of Love, Joy, this comes without effort, without struggle. When this is present, the sense of this “me,” this “I” is not present, so this is how we have to learn to deal with life.

The difficulty here is that this sense of a present “I” sees itself as separate from life. Since this sense of an “I” present is a movement, within each of us, of a thinker full of thoughts of how things should be, we are always rejecting, trying to get rid of, trying to annul what is here, in order to find what should be here. So, we always live in these projects of idealizations created and sustained by the “I,” which is this thinker, the one loaded with thoughts, ideas, conclusions, evaluations and beliefs.

So, we always have an illusion: the illusion that our life isn't as it should be. We have an idea of what should be, so we annul what IS for an idea of what should be, and we throw ourselves into this quest, this search. So, for most of us, what should be can come to be one day if, through effort, struggle, hard work, we achieve it. Then, there's always this projection of the “I,” the ego, into the future, into this ideal. That's what we need to see here.

This is part of all this training we've received, this way of feeling, thinking and acting we have. So, this conditioning of the mind, this psychological conditioning is guiding our lives in this way, in this model. Studying ourselves means that we are becoming aware of who we are. We don't know ourselves.

When we are born, we don't receive a life manual; we receive a legacy on how to live. So the only manual we receive is the legacy of history, culture, society, humanity, and we are living within this legacy, within this inheritance. Our lives are as envious, ambitious, anxious, worried, distressing, conflicted, full of fear, desires and contradictions as the lives of our ancestors were. Our lives are like their lives and the lives of those who came before them. Then, we are the history of humanity. That's the legacy.

Thus, our actions are grounded in time. Time is the past. There is no time without the past, without the idea of the present, without the idea of the future. There is no history without the past. So, the past shows itself now as the present, and will show itself tomorrow as the future, but it still remains the past. That's how we've lived, that's how we're living, that's how they lived. That's the portrait of humanity.

So, psychologically, we are all of humanity, every human being who has ever set foot on this planet. Our psychological condition is the same. Today our psychological condition... Psychologically speaking, we are like the men who were here ten thousand years ago, five thousand years ago, two thousand years ago. The violence, the fear, the suffering, the ignorance, the failure to understand the Truth about who we are here, at this moment, was also with them yesterday or decades or centuries ago.

See that. We are working with you here to put an end to the illusion of this condition of human consciousness. This is what we have called here on the channel of the human consciousness, the consciousness of the “I,” all this psychological inheritance of being someone who walks through this effort, this struggle, this attempt to stop being in order to Be. It is possible that we will experience improvements, undergo changes, and transformations. We've already undergone some transformations over the centuries, but these are changes and transformations in the realms of science, mathematics, physics, chemistry and technology, but internally we're still the same.

We have lived in suffering, we are living in suffering, continuing to suffer because we haven't solved this here, because we don't know ourselves. So, there's this whole movement of struggle to become someone other than who we are. But here we are telling you that we don't need to be different from who we are, we just need to become aware of the Truth of who we are, of what we show ourselves to be because what we show ourselves to be is the apparent truth of what we are.

Becoming aware of this model of egoic identity, of human culture, going beyond this sense of the “I,” the ego, going beyond this condition of human consciousness towards a new Consciousness, towards the Awakening of Real Life – not this condition of illusory identity in this “I was,” “I am” and “I will be.” “I'm not happy with what I am, I've never been happy with what I was, but one day I'll be happy with what I will be, with what I will become,” this is all within an ideological formulation, something supported by a set of conclusions and beliefs, something established by thought. Thought which, by the way, is everything that is still part of what comes from the past and, therefore, it can't be real, it's just another fantasy of thought – this idea of coming to be, of becoming, of achieving. Are you with me?

So, all forms of self-improvement, personal enhancement, personal refinement, all this is still part of an old education or conditioning, it's just an adjustment of the old. Then, we don't have something new when there's a transformation on this level because it's just an adjustment. We need something radical, we need the end of the “I,” the end of the ego, the end of this sense of separation and therefore of this particular life in this principle of duality, where there is this “I and life,” “I and the other,” “I and the world,” “I and human culture,” “I the human consciousness.” In fact, “I the human consciousness” is one thing, “I and humanity” is one thing, “I and this – so-called – life,” as thought idealizes, is one thing. You need to go beyond this condition of duality, illusion and separateness.

Our proposal here for you on this channel is to approach the Truth of Self-Awareness and the Realization of your Being through the Truth of Real Meditation in a practical way. We have a playlist here on the channel explaining what it means, how to work with it, how to make it something real in your life right now, so that this so-called “my life” can be understood.

In this Real context, this particular life is a fraud. All we have present is the Divine Reality, the Reality of God, the Reality of Truth, the Reality of What is outside the known, and this dimension free from psychological time, which is this model of thought, culture, human history and egoic life as we know it; this disappears into this Real Life free from this sense of duality, of separation. So, we have the Truth of what we are when the sense of this “I” that we seem to be, that we show ourselves to be, which is all this inheritance of human consciousness, is no longer present. Do you get that?

Thus, to have an approach to the Truth of your Being is to have an approach to the Truth of who the other is, of what life is. This is the end of the psychological condition of thinking, feeling, acting in this model, in this unconsciousness, in this program of dissatisfaction with what is here, projecting a becoming, a becoming different from this. By becoming aware of the Reality of what IS, of what is here, it is possible to put an end to it.

So, understanding what IS requires an investigation, a study of yourself, an understanding of yourself, an understanding of this movement, which is the movement of separation, of duality, which is the movement of the “I.” Then, the vision of what IS is the understanding, and when there is this understanding, what IS undergoes a radical, profound and true transformation. Not a superficial, partial change, as the ego usually has in mind to do through some technique, through some self-discipline, through some so-called “spiritual” practice. We're talking about something else here.

We're talking about this science of the movement of the “I” itself. This is present when there is this Full Attention on all this movement. This Mindfulness to the movement of the “I” is the science of what IS here and now. When there is no longer this separation to try to change, alter or do something with what IS, when there is no longer this movement of the future, which is only a movement of projection of one's own thought in this idea of a psychological time, if this is no longer present, what IS undergoes a radical and profound alteration. It is when this vanishes that we have the Revelation of Something new, outside of time, outside of the known, outside of the “I,” outside of the ego, outside of this history – this history of human consciousness.

This is the Awakening of your Being, the Awakening of this new Consciousness. This new Consciousness is, actually, the Awakening of Real Consciousness. We use the expression “new Consciousness” as a synonym for Real Consciousness. The unique Divine Reality is the Reality of this Consciousness. When this Consciousness is present, there is no longer a sense of an “I” that separates itself from the other, from life, which carries all this movement of unhappiness, restlessness and suffering. Then we have the Revelation of Happiness, Love and Freedom. I have called this here the Awakening of Intelligence; it is the Awakening of this Being, this Divine Truth.

So, in these meetings our purpose is to get closer to that. We have online meetings here on weekends – you have our WhatsApp link here to take part in these meetings that take place on weekends. In addition, we have face-to-face meetings and also retreats, where we can get closer to this work. Therefore, if this is something that makes sense to you right now, take the opportunity and leave your like, subscribe to the channel and write “Yes, it makes sense” in the comment here, OK? And see you. Thanks for meeting us and see you next time!

Joel Goldsmith | Practicing the presence | There is only one God | Who is God? | Master Gualberto

GC: Hello everyone! We are here for another videocast. Once again, Master Gualberto was willing to be here with us. Gratitude, Master, again for your presence. Master, today I'm going to bring you an excerpt from Joel Goldsmith's book called “Practicing the Presence”. In this excerpt, Master, Joel says the following: “God is the only life, eternal, immortal, infinite, without beginning and without end. There is only one God, therefore there is only one life.” Master, this statement... I speak for myself: I always had the belief and believed in God, but that didn't resolve my internal conflicts, my problems and I remained, I didn't reach, I didn't have that Divine Peace. Deep down, there was always a restlessness. And then I ask the Master: how can I get rid of this restlessness, this lack of Peace, and attain this State of True Peace?

MG: So, Gilson, here we are faced with a situation. And what is this situation? The theory. Theory gives us concept, gives us formula, gives us word, gives us belief, but that doesn't solve it. Belief is belief. Note that you may believe. You... having a good will to believe, you believe, but if you don't have a good will to believe, maybe you don't want to believe, so you don't believe. But where is belief established? In the intellect! Only the intellect can have the willingness to believe or not have any willingness to believe, and belief does not work. So, this thing of trusting in God based on an intellectual concept that we have about

who is God, because we have heard about it, because we have read about it, this is within this verbal formulation, within this conceptualization.

The Truth does not reveal itself based on a belief. The basis for Truth consists in observation, in becoming aware. Belief is dismissed when you are faced with the realization. You don't need to believe what you experience. If it is your experience, it is directly within your experience. When there is experience, we do not need this good will of the intellect to believe. So does this question of the vision of Truth. All we have are experiences, and experiences give that experiencer an education, an education. So, it starts – due to going through experiences – to believe. And now it believes not only in words, as in the case of a given experience, it believes in what it experienced. And that's not what we're talking about in these meetings either.

It is important to say this here: it is neither a verbal belief, based on words, nor a trust based on an experience that has already been. When we deal with the Reality of God, we are dealing neither with a belief nor with an experience, but rather with a direct verification of the present Reality; and it is now, in this instant! So, this is something fundamental. Without this, we do not have Reality, we have theory, we have experience, but this experience, in the experiencer, is still part of the illusion of the “I,” the illusion of the ego. And why do we say this? Because this is now just part of a remembrance, a memory, an idea, a concept. So, a concept, a remembrance, a memory, is still a form of belief for the experiencer.

What is the truth of this experiencer? It is the one that is present because of memory. Note that every experience becomes a memory, and this memory only has relevance for the experiencer. Without memory, the experiencer does not exist. So, memory, remembrance, and experience are the same thing. It is different from the experience that is here and now. We have lived our lives always in memory, always in the model of the past. We are always within a representation of what was. This is all part of illusion. All this is part of the “I,” all this is part of the ego.

Our focus here is on realizing the truth about who we are. What we are, is what we demonstrate ourselves to be at this moment. At least that's how we appear to be, what we believe we are, what we trust ourselves to be. Here is an identification with this sense of an “I.” So, this is what we are when we do not see Reality, the Truth beyond this “I.” Yes, there is a Reality beyond what we are. This Reality is the Truth of our Real Being, of our Real Consciousness, but This is something that is outside the known. We don't work with that. We work at this moment with the realization, with the understanding of what we are in what we seem to be, which is the “I,” which is the ego, in its confusion, in its disorder, in its suffering, in its fears, in its wishes. And there is no point in trying to gloss this over with beliefs.

Notice that people believe in God, but they are suffering. They believe in God, but they are living violently. They believe in God, but they are ambitious, greedy, envious, angry, depressed, anguished… Note that belief has never solved the problem of human beings. You just believe. People believe and, at the same time, commit barbarities in the name of their beliefs. So, you believe in God, but your God is different from mine, because I believe in God, but I have an idea of what God is and you have another idea about God. So, based on these beliefs, we fight, we clash, we are separate, divided, and creating problems for each other. This in the name of belief, in the name of religion.

So, Gilson, what we need is a real experience of Reality, an authentic experience of the Reality that is God, not the belief, the idea, the concept, of who God is. The whole point is that we can continue to believe and, at the same time, be the same old people. And it is natural that this causes us some feelings of discouragement, suffering, self-censorship, anger, guilt, because we want to get it right, we want to live a divine life, but we have an idea of what a divine life represents, what a divine life means. We have an ideal of what a divine life is, but this is based on a belief, and it doesn't work, because there is no awareness of the reality of what we are. We need to verify the truth about who we are, or about what we express ourselves to be at this moment. We have to empty all this content of this ego identity, this illusory identity that we are, that we demonstrate to be, that we present ourselves to be in life, in our relationships.

Our relationships are with people, with objects, properties, with ourselves, with the world around us. As long as we maintain a conflicting relationship condition, full of dilemmas, conflicts, problems with others, with ourselves, with life, we have no knowledge of the Truth, we have no knowledge of God. So, we just stay on the ground or on the field of belief.

There is no point in maintaining these statements. We are too attached to these statements, clinging very much to these statements. This may bring emotions, this may bring pleasant feelings, but all of this is still within the “I,” within the ego, within the illusion of someone present. I don't know if that's clear. It is just about observing, looking at ourselves and we will come across what happens, what takes place when we are just intellectually attached to ideas, to all this bookish, theoretical, conceptual, and word formation about God, about Truth.

We have to let go of that, go beyond that. Thus, we can approach something outside this limitation, this programming; thus, we can directly verify this Truth – the awareness of What we are when the sense of what we present ourselves to be, what we seem to be in the “I,” the ego, is no longer present. This is where we find the contradiction between what we are in the “I,” in the ego – which is what we appear to be – and a whole ideal of being different from that, of achieving something different from that. All of this is still part of this projection, which is the projection of the ego. OK?

GC: Today it is a lightness to be listening to the Master and to be able to embark a little on this sharing of the Master's Presence, because, on this journey, I have always been very dedicated to reading a lot. I read for hours, one, two hours, three hours a day and also did meditation practices, one, two, three hours a day. And yet there was a very strong, deep-down uneasiness. There were moments when it seemed like it wasn't there, but, after a while, I noticed it. And another point that the Master mentioned, which happened to me: when I had an episode in which I was angry, I felt tremendous guilt for feeling angry. Because, wow... I'm studying “there is only God,” “there is only this One Life,” how am I going to be angry? Then, I suppressed that anger as much as possible and went through a process of self-blame, self-punishment, for feeling angry. Can you talk a little more about this?

MG: So, the whole issue, Gilson, lies exactly in this. We don't come into direct contact with what we are, we stay with a theory about what we should be. It's like being here with the idea that we should be there. So, we stay in the field of theory, concept, and ideation.

What is present in this moment is fear or anger, that is what we have. What we have is what we are, and we need to deal with it, deal with this feeling, this feeling. This is what we have to work on, not with a concept, not with a theory. So, it is very common for us to intellectually approach a given thing without a full direct understanding of the truth of its implication. Because we do not have an understanding of the totality of that, we remain intellectually approaching it. What we need to realize is that the intellect does not deal with reality, it deals with words, it deals with ideas, it deals with concepts. We are dealing with this reality here: the reality of what is, of what is here.

Our so-called “spiritual life,” or “religious life,” is very linked to two very interesting aspects. The first is this aspect of intellectuality, of credulity, of beliefs, of concepts, of words, and another second aspect is of experience – and here I refer to the experience that has already been. So, either we trust the words, which are merely intellectual, a set of ideas we have about that, or we trust experiences that have already gone through. We need to be aware of what is here and deal with it. So, this so-called “trust” in ideas – I want to repeat: this does not work – and this trust in experiences that we have already been through is still within this “I,” which is the experiencer, which is the ego.

We here are in touch with the present moment. In this present moment, the “I” is revealing itself, the ego is revealing itself. Examining this, verifying this, becoming aware of this is the basis for going beyond this. So, the vision of this, which is here, in this instant, which manifests here, in this instant, is the end to this condition. So, something new is present when the sense of “I,” of ego, is no longer there. We need to discover the truth about this “I” in order to go beyond it or, otherwise, we will always remain in this movement of guilt, annoyance, and anger. This unexamined, uninvestigated movement, which is the movement of the “I,” is conflict, it is contrariness. It’s like the case you just mentioned: internal states of contradiction – “I am in fact this, but I have an ideal of being that other thing.” It is necessary to let go of this, to get rid of it, thus discovering the truth about this “I,” about this “me.”

So, having an approach of the truth about Self-Awareness, which implies the presence of True Meditation, is something fundamental, it is the only thing that, in reality, matters, it is the only thing that, in reality, matters. All right? This is the point! Every movement foreign to this is still an ego movement, which needs to be investigated, which needs to be seen and thus released; then, it is discarded.

Having an approach to what is present here, at this moment, is essential. We cannot be trapped in this model of feeling and emotion. Reality is something that is beyond emotion, feeling, and intellect. The totality of our Being is something that transcends the particularity of this movement, which is the movement of the “I.” By the way, it is a completely illusory movement, which is based on sensations. This is the cultivation of intellect; this is the cultivation of feeling and emotion. We can't trust that. We have to have an approach of totality, of totality of Being.

A real understanding is something that shows us the Truth of Life as It is, beyond this condition of feeling, emotion, and intellect, because if this is not investigated, it is still in the service of the ego, it is still in the service of the “I”! So, this work on ourselves is fundamental: having a vision of the truth of this entire process of ego-identity. We have to dispense with this idealism, we have to dispense with these ideas, these concepts about what we should be, where we should be, what we should achieve, and deal with what is here. When we learn to deal with it without putting the sense of an identity – which is the “I” – rejecting, fighting, trying to discipline, coordinate it, when we just learn to look at each and every movement of thought, feeling, emotion, and sensation, when we become aware of what the “I,” here, is, then Reality beyond this “I” is present. This requires work on ourselves, an awareness of the Truth about who we are. That´s it!

GC: The Master touched on a point that I would like you to explore and investigate further. I, for example, when studying... It was very common for me to feel an emotion, a joy, studying, reading, being moved, being touched by beautiful words. And, for me, I was taught, within this spiritual journey, that “intellectual” was only when we read it coldly, but when there was an emotion, a feeling, it would be real, and in that I believed until I was able to come across the Master and see that this real approach is something completely different. But can the Master further explore and investigate this difference from what is a real understanding to what is a mere feeling, sensation, and emotion?

MG: That's the mistake, Gilson! The “I,” the ego, lives in sensation. So, everything we, in the ego, learned throughout a lifetime centered on this “I” was to live in this movement of sensation. Truth is not a sensation. It is not within a feeling, an emotion, and, as we have just said, it is not within a set of ideas, that is, it is not within thought. Reality is Reality. It is not part of that which is within the known or recognizable by this body-mind model, it is not part of this model structure of feeling and thinking as the ego knows and recognizes. The Truth… when It is present, we have something else. It is nameless, It is indescribable, It is outside the movement of the recognizable, memory, and experience!

Maybe, you try to imagine It. Every imagination is something within the still recognizable. Imagination is still a projection of thought, within its old model, creating something that, apparently, it does not know, but, in fact, as it is part of it, it is still part of what is recognizable to it. It's still just a projection! Reality is present when there is this Silence, this Stillness.

We have some contact in this way with the Reality of this indescribable and immeasurable thing. When, for example, we are in contact with nature and the mind has a complete emptying of all its content... When you, for example, look at a landscape and, in that look, the sense of “I” does not enter. There is something present in this look when this landscape and this look are no longer distinct and separate things. There is only one contact, and that contact is contact with a new feeling. Every thought, at that moment, disappears; all emotion, all feeling is gone. There is something present that is indescribable... a state of Bliss, of Freedom, of intense presence of something that thought cannot capture, that feeling cannot capture, that emotion cannot capture. That lasts a few seconds, then thought arises trying to name That, describe That, make That recognizable to itself, but it can't! We cannot capture these moments.

So, we all go through moments in life where the sense of “I,” of the ego, of this model of thinking and feeling common to all of us, is not present: on the edge of a beach, in front of a lake, in front of a sunset.... when you come across a starry night and there is just this look, this new and indescribable feeling, which is not the old feeling based on sensation, imagination, desire, thought... none of that is present. So, we have a moment here of contact with a Reality, which is the Reality of the Unknown, which is the Reality of God.

Becoming aware, at this moment, of this same Reality, driving the car or talking to someone, dealing with business, in living, moment by moment, that is what we are dealing with here; to become aware of this Divine Reality that is here and now, in this instant, in this moment, then we have the presence of the Truth, the Truth of this Real Consciousness, which is Meditation.

GC: The Master touched a point... for me, what happened, Master: when something bothered me or I was angry – I have two small children, so for children to get a father out of his mind, who is immersed the ego, is very easy... and then what happened to me, Master: I ran to my little room to meditate, to enter into “peace” again. And, with the Master, by Grace, after I met the Master, I saw what a tremendous escape it was, and, by Grace – this was in the first Satsang… first or second Satsang with Master –, this was swept away from my consciousness, in the sense that this feeling of guilt no longer appears and to really lives, staying in this experience, as the Master mention.

MG: This so-called “meditation” is what everyone practices, but what is the truth of this model of meditation? It's an escape, it's an escape! I have been saying that we entered a trench and were temporarily protected there. This is not Real Meditation. There is no truth of the understanding of what we are when we are in this self-forgetfulness, due to this model of placing ourselves within a condition. Gilson, we put thought within a model. This is not the truth of Meditation. The truth of Meditation is nothing like what we know. The reality of Meditation is in the contact with what is here, at this moment. When we go into a psychological trench and protect ourselves from this emotional pain, this emotional suffering, we are simply in a state of self-hypnosis. This is not Meditation. There is no truth to this pattern, to this model of meditation.

The truth of Meditation requires Self-Awareness, it requires an approach to ourselves in this moment, here in this instant, in the face of what is presented here. We have to discover this, we have to understand this, we have therefore to study ourselves. So, we have the opportunity to have contact with the truth of who we are. Otherwise, we will just be in another deception, in another illusion, in another fantasy of the “I” itself.

GC: Master, our time has passed, thank you for this videocast. And for you who are watching the video: leave a comment, already mark the “like” on the video... in the comment, you can ask questions for us to bring to the next videocasts, and, mainly, for you who feel something different about look into Master Gualberto's eyes, you are invited to come to face-to-face and online meetings, which are called Satsangs, which take place on weekends, and also retreats, to be able to delve deeper into this investigation and to be able to embark on this sharing of Presence of the Master, which is the Real Freedom that is beyond words, that is beyond beliefs. It is an experience out of words, I am really thankful, Master. Thank you for this videocast.

Psychological time | Vision of Self-awareness | Nature of thought | Self-awareness

What are we actually looking for: happiness or satisfaction? It seems that most of us have no idea about what happiness actually represents. We have a projection, we have an idea, we have an imagination about this mysterious thing called happiness. I say “mysterious thing” because we are not dealing with something that thought can clarify, have an idea, a notion of the truth of what it represents. All we have done is idealize, think about it and imagine some satisfaction that will give us this thing called happiness. So, what is the truth of this encounter? What is the truth of this Realization?

First of all, let's see something here. Is it possible to find happiness? Is it possible to find this “mysterious thing” or what we can find is just satisfaction? Throughout our lives, we have faced many moments of satisfaction. At some level of fulfillment and accomplishment, we find ourselves temporarily satisfied; soon after this satisfaction disappears. But the human being is projecting, idealizing, and imagining a satisfaction that is permanent, and we are naming this level of satisfaction as “happiness.” And here we are telling you that this is not findable. You cannot find satisfaction that is permanent, much less can you come across this encounter with happiness, once it becomes clear what Happiness really means.

Happiness is what is present here and now. It is not something within time and, therefore, it is not something that you find in a search, in a quest. However, this Happiness is present when the sense of this “I” is no longer there. So, in this search or in this pursuit we are not investigating the nature of the seeker, the one who searches. So, in this thinking about happiness we are not investigating the nature of this thinker. The thought of happiness, is this something that separates itself from the person who thinks, who is the thinker? Is there a separation between the thinker and thought? Is there a separation between the seeker and what he idealizes as his purpose for being found?

So, notice, we do not have a view of the Truth about ourselves. We don't know who we are, we don't know the one who seeks, we don't know the one who thinks, we don't understand the nature of thought, the structure of that thinker. We do not know the nature of what is being sought or pursued, which we call happiness, and which, in fact, is the search for permanent satisfaction, which we are calling happiness, and we do not understand the structure of this seeker.

So, our moment here is a moment of investigation of the Truth, of what is happening here and now, inside each one of us. Becoming aware of this seeker, becoming aware of this thinker, understanding the structure of this thinker, this seeker, understanding the nature of this thought, the nature of this so-called “happiness” for this “I,” for this “me,” is what we are doing here and now.

Having an approach to yourself, realizing that this thought is present because of this thinker and that this search is present because of the one who seeks, realizing that there is no separation between the search and the seeker, between thought and the thinker, this puts us in a new position, here, at this moment. Now there is no longer this movement of searching, there is no longer this movement of thought. And when that ends, because when we look at what is present here we become aware of this division, this separation, the awareness of this is the end of this separation, it is the end of this division between thought and thinker, between this seeker and that which he is seeking out. When this happens here, at this moment, the vision of Self-Awareness is revealed.

So, Self-Awareness is the only thing that is necessary at this moment to understand the Truth of where Happiness is found, where the Truth is found, where God is found. The Truth of Happiness, the Truth of God, the Truth about this is in the realization that this sense of “I,” this “me,” this one who is the seeker, who is the thinker, the discarding of this sense of “I” – notice what an important thing we have here – is the discarding of this movement, which is the movement of time.

The thinker is something that comes from the past. Observe this in yourself: every thought in you is the thought that is present because of this thinker. So, the thinker is producing thoughts – at least that's the idea we have about who we are: we are the thinker producing thoughts. The reality about it, the truth of it is that this thought, which is the “I,” is the thinker itself. If there were no thought now, showing itself right now, there would be no thinker.

Notice this: when there is no thought, there is no thinker. So, thought arises because of the thinker present, and the thinker appears because of the thought present, and they appear at that moment because of the past. This is the truth about the “I,” about the “me,” about the thinker. It is the result of the past. So, it is the sense of “someone” present, which comes from the past; this past is the movement of time, of stored experience, of acquired experience. So, memory is thought. That thought is the thinker, and that is the past. When the sense of “I” is eliminated, the movement of the past, which is time, disappears.

So, life is something that reveals itself now, here, always in this moment, without any need for an experiencer who comes from the past, who is a thinker that comes from the past, who is this “I” that comes from the past to be present this instant. Can we live a life free from this “I” and, therefore, from this thinker, from the one who keeps these memories, from the one who is the movement of thought itself, that is thought itself in movement? Can we here, at this moment, have the Revelation of Life as it appears without this sense of a present “I”?

So, notice the beauty of this, there is the end for the thinker; and if there is no thinker, because time is not present, there is no longer this movement of the seeker, then this idea of happiness falls apart, because this seeker is also no longer present. So, what are we faced with now? We are faced with Life, Life as it, in that moment, reveals itself: without time, without this past, without this “me,” without this thinker, without this seeker. Then, at that moment, Reality, which is God, Reveals itself. See, it's not something findable. It is a verifiable Reality at this moment. This observation is in this perception; perceiving Life without the perceiver, feeling Life without that element that is the “I” in that feeling.

So, we don't need this thought, this movement of thought that comes from the past, that comes from memory, the result of experience, something that has shaped this “me,” something that sustains and establishes this thinker. Every movement of the ego is a movement of continuity. For the ego to maintain itself, it needs continuity, and the continuity of ego is in the presence of this thinker, and this continuity is established by thought itself. Therefore, it is thought, in its continuity of memory, that always establishes the presence of this “I” in this moment as being a real identity, as being a true identity, as having its own, personal, and private life.

So, in these meetings we are showing you how this “I,” how this ego, which is the thinker, sustains itself, maintains itself. It continues exactly in this search. In this dissatisfaction, it carries this search, the quest for permanent satisfaction in what it calls “happiness,” which it also calls “peace” and “love.” It also carries this movement of thought to produce these images, which are the symbols that this “I” has of what happiness, love, and peace represent. Are we together?

At this moment we are eliminating this element, which is the element of time. So, we have the end of time. If we have an end to the past, we have an end to the future. This is very clear, it is always the past that projects itself, so the future is still the past projecting itself. This is the movement of thought itself to support this “I” in its continuity. So, here we have the end of psychological thinking, which is this thinking of egocentric memory, of egocentric identity, of “I” identity. This is the time that we have called psychological time, the time supported by this identity, which is the thinker, that, in order to maintain itself, is always supporting the future based on the past.

So, what is this “I?” What is ego? What is this thinker? Who is this one present being the experiencer, the one who is transforming this present moment into something for him, folks? That is looking at this present moment and seeing in this present moment just an opportunity to again and again and again project oneself into the future, project oneself into the future?

So, the understanding of the sense of “I,” the understanding of the sense of the ego, of this illusory state of identity of “someone” present, the end of this is the beginning of something unknown, which is the Divine Reality, which is the Reality of God. This Reality is Happiness. It is That which is present here and now when this psychological time is not there, when the sense of “I,” of the ego, is not there.

Here in this work, we are exploring this subject with you, becoming aware of this Truth, which is the Divine Truth, Something that is present now. It’s here and now. The Reality of God is the Truth of Love, it is the Revelation of Happiness. Then, Life Reveals itself with an experience free of the “I,” of the ego, free of this movement of psychological time that thought is sustaining, has sustained.

So, for this purpose we have online meetings here on weekends – you can find our WhatsApp link here in the video description to participate in these meetings. In addition to these online meetings that we have here, we have face-to-face meetings and also retreats. So, if this is something that makes sense to you, here's an invitation. Go ahead and leave your “like” here and subscribe to the channel. See you soon!

The Truth of Self-awareness. Action free of the ego. Psychological conditioning. Conditioned mind.

We want to discuss here a subject that may sound very intriguing to you at first: the issue of fight and effort. It is very common – at least for most people – the belief that in order to achieve something in their lives, they need to struggle, they need effort, they need to apply their will to achieve it. So, for most people, it is inconceivable that there could be an Action free from volition, will, desire, and therefore free from effort and fight, because, for most of us, we need these things in order to achieve and conquer. So, at the economic level, the social level, the spiritual level, the idea – at various levels of our lives – the idea is: through effort, we achieve something.

Notice that this effort, this fight implies the presence of an action from a center. This center is the “I.” Notice that our actions always arise from this center. In some moments of our lives, we find ourselves, for a few moments, free from this sense of the “I” in action. Then, Action happens with all the Freedom, with all its fluidity, without any effort, without any will, without any struggle, free from the “I.” Notice that we are going to discuss with you the Beauty of Action free of effort.

Perhaps the question that arises for you is: how is it possible? How does a life without struggle, without effort, free from conflict, become possible? Note: as long as there is effort, struggle – as long as there is an action that arises from this center that is determined to win, to obtain, to conquer – in this effort there is always the presence of conflict, there is always the presence of some level of suffering. Maybe you'll say, “But the final result…” Yes, observe what you're going to tell me. The final result… while the process of this so-called “accomplishing” is taking place, suffering is present. And when this accomplishment comes true, the sense of someone present is still there.

This explains why after so much struggle, effort and achievement, when you look at what you have already achieved, your contact with this experience is a contact from that center which is the “I,” the ego. This also implies the presence of dissatisfaction. Notice that we struggle to get something like a job, for example. And when you are at work you realize that something is still missing. After the job you say: “No, I can't just be a salesman, I have to be the manager.” If you then reach management, you say: “No, I need to be the director, I need to be the president.” So, we are never happy with our achievements when they are born from this egocentric action.

Will it become possible for us to understand today, here, at this moment, an action free from effort and, therefore, from this egocentric movement that is the movement of the “I,” which is the movement of the ego? You must have already noticed that, in your life, some things happened very naturally and without any volition, desire, struggle or effort on your part. Notice what an interesting thing: some things happened just because they happened. Were you not involved in the process? The answer to that is: no. The process has occurred, the process has happened, the result has arrived and you, suddenly, find yourself in the thing itself, without struggle, without effort; without this movement, the movement of the “I,” of will, of desire.

Therefore, we need to understand that life happens in a very natural way when we free ourselves from this sense of identity present in this moment, in the search for something outside of it; as it happens when there is effort, when there is struggle, when we want to undertake based on this movement, which is the egocentric movement. I will repeat: in this movement, which is the egocentric movement, there is conflict from the beginning to the end, and this end is not yet the end. When you reach the end, you realize that it is not over yet. The effort, the struggle has not ended because desire does not end. Where there is desire, there will be conflict; where there is effort, there will be conflict. So, the presence of struggle is the presence of effort, which is the presence of desire. This necessarily implies conflict from the beginning to the end.

Will there be a quality of life in which there is no effort? For most of us, from an economic, social or spiritual viewpoint – or in another area – we need to be present, carrying, naturally, this sense of a present “I” with all our effort, will and desire, to accomplish things. What we have said here on the channel, in these meetings, is that life is a Divine event. But in the ego, in this egocentric movement, in this action from this center, the illusory center that is the “I,” the ego, we are transforming or seeking to transform life into something particular. So, it is not a Divine event, Life is not happening. We are present making it happen. In fact, we are proud of this idea of achieving, obtaining, conquering through effort, through desire.

So, our life consists of conflicts, suffering, and problems. There is Something behind all of this that we have not yet realized. We are not satisfied. We live burdened, heavy, within a huge, extraordinary level of dissatisfaction. We are in search of achieving our satisfactions, that is why we have these purposes, we apply ourselves through effort in search of this satisfaction. In fact, we are in search of a satisfaction that is permanent. And we don’t obtain that in this movement of struggle, effort, will, and acquisition through effort.

We are not in search of Truth, we are not in search of Happiness, we are in search of a permanent, accomplishing, fulfilling satisfaction for the “I,” for the ego. Here I want to invite you to a life where Life is happening, no longer this sense of an “I” trying to make it happen. The sense of “I” is that which separates itself from Life and sees life as something to be conquered, achieved, something yet to be done. And here we are saying that Life is what happens. It is what happens exactly when this sense of “I,” of the ego, of that illusory center, is no longer present in its old and ancient movement of action.

So, we have an Action of a different order, an Action of a totally different quality. For us, action requires an idea, will, effort, self-discipline and action. Here we are talking about an action that is totally different from that. When, in action, we need the idea, the will and the action, there comes the author of the action, which is the “I,” the ego, this “me.” Just like our actions by self-discipline, by intention, by motivation, within this volition and this egocentric desire. When, however, Life happens and the sense of “I,” of the ego, is not there, a new Action is present. This is the Action free of the “I,” free of the ego. This requires the vision of the Truth about you.

The fact is that we do not know ourselves. We place ourselves in life as an entity separate from it, we try in every way to protect ourselves from everything that is painful, difficult, and complicated in life, and this occurs because we see ourselves as a separate entity, as a creature separate from Life itself, so life is burdensome, heavy, and difficult. Then, there has to be struggle, there has to be effort. We always carry the egocentric idea of conquest, of “achieving” and also of “getting rid of.” And here we are saying: you are – as Real Consciousness, this is the Nature of Being of each one of us, the Truth that we are – you are the very Life. So, there is no separation between What is you in your Being and Life.

So, Life, when it happens, it is when you are present in What you truly are. That is life! Then there is no effort, then there is no fight, there is no egocentric movement or activity to perform, to obtain, to conquer. In general, we are unaware of this quality of Life that we are discussing here with you, because we have been educated since childhood within a model of human culture, of society, in which everything needs to happen for us through effort, when we force ourselves, when we force ourselves to do. So, it's not something natural, it's not something that flows from within each of us. It is not something that flows from our Heart but from our cultural model, that mental model of thinking and feeling about life... Something that we receive from our culture, that we receive from our parents, our grandparents, from the whole society around us... from those who came here before us, because they also lived or are still living in their struggles, in their efforts, still within the conflicts they bring.

Can we have a life free from conflicts? Notice that all of this is based on the idea of “I am not, but I will be. I do not have, but I will have.” It is always this “coming to be, becoming, achieving.” We never observe this movement that represents Life that is happening here and now because there is this movement of the “I” present in this illusion of “being someone.” This “being someone” is someone who comes from the past, who is looking at this moment and is not seeing the Beauty of what is here. When you look at this moment, you only see a door, a portal to the future. This is how, in the ego, we have moved. This has been the movement of each of us in the ego: the present is just a portal to the future. So, this “I,” this “me,” this ego, is something that comes from the past; It is an element that comes from the past, it is an entity that comes from the past. This feeling of being someone is something that comes from the past. This sense of someone is just a set of memories, remembrances that come from the past and, when faced with this moment, sees a portal to go towards the future. Thus, we always carry this thought of coming to be, dissatisfied, here and now. The “I” feels unhappy, incomplete. The feeling of this “I” is that there is something to be achieved. It is not happy because it has not yet achieved it, and it will achieve it if it works hard, in a hard, heavy way, if it struggles, if it fights.

So, this idea of achieving tomorrow, of reaching tomorrow – achieving love, peace, happiness, prosperity, abundance – all of this is within this misunderstanding, this illusion, which is the illusion of the “I,” of the ego. This is part of this conditioning that we all bring. It is psychological conditioning, it is a model of thinking, feeling, and also acting on the own “I,” the own ego. Here we are working with you on the Truth of Self-awareness and this Action free of the ego. This is Something that is present when there is no longer that movement that is the movement of the ego, that is the movement of the “I.”

So, this is our work here. There is a playlist here on the channel, where we are deepening this issue of Action free of the ego. An Action of a different quality, an Action completely free from everything we know within this old model of coming to be, of achieving, of becoming. It is when Life is present and it is the Action itself. Then, there is an action now, but it is the Action of Life, it is the Action of this Intelligence, this Presence, this Being. Something entirely unknown to this old conditioned brain, to this conditioned mind, in this model of ego identity.

For this purpose, we have meetings here, online, on weekends. You can find our WhatsApp link here in the video description to participate in these meetings and go deeper into this. In addition, we have face-to-face meetings and also retreats, where we are working on this with you. So, if this is something that makes sense to you, go ahead and leave your like here, subscribe to the channel and write: “Yes, it makes sense.” OK? And we'll see each other. Thanks for the meeting and see you next time.

Observation without observer. How can I get rid of suffering? The beauty of Mindfulness. Duality

There is something we need to see here together. Human beings are not searching for the Truth, they are looking for an end to this old condition in which they find themselves. What we have noticed is that people come to us to lament, complain, look at the pain they are feeling and want to get rid of it.

People don't come to us to investigate the Truth, and this is explained in a very simple way: we don't know the Truth about who we are. We are unaware of the structure and nature of this “I.” Illusion, ignorance, and not understanding this puts us in a condition where we have no desire for the Truth. All we want is to get rid of the pain, and here we already come across the first difficulty.

We can't get rid of pain by wanting to get rid of it. Wanting to get rid of pain is not enough to get rid of it. We need to understand what that pain represents. It's not verbal understanding, not intellectual understanding. Intellectual understanding is a verbal understanding; you understand if you analyze. But here, analyzing doesn't solve it, having an intellectual understanding of the subject doesn't solve it.

It is necessary to have a direct observation, a direct perception, a direct look at this issue of pain; this is when we perceive the element of duality present within the experience of pain, this element that sustains this duality. And here the duality is this “me and the pain,” this “me and this situation that arises, that shows itself.”

Being aware of looking at this pain shows you this duality. This element in duality is the “I,” the ego, the element that separates itself from what shows itself here, from what is here and now. It separates itself by wanting to get rid of, to do something about, to eliminate this pain, not clearly understanding that this pain is sustained precisely because this “I,” this ego is present. There is no separation between the one in pain and the pain itself. Understand that.

So, this first difficulty is the crucial difficulty, the most relevant difficulty we have. Because we don't understand ourselves, we've never studied ourselves, we never come into direct contact with this “I.” We always look at the experience from the “I,” but we never investigate the nature of the “I,” which is the one observing the experience, then there is this separation. Follow that here with us right now.

For example, when you're sad, you never suspect that there's no separation between you and the sadness, but see, it's so simple: there can be no sadness without someone sad. Notice what an interesting thing we have here. You've never experienced sadness without being there, you can't have a memory without being present, you can't have joy without being there. So, there is no separation between you and the joy, you and the memory, you and the pain, you and this sadness. There is no separation. We always have two elements, two elements that are illusorily separate, supposedly separate because what we have is an experience.

So, the real approach to the Truth requires an approach that shows you that there is no separation. Therefore, this duality is the basis for disorder, confusion, suffering, and this is present because of ignorance, because of illusion. Then, we don't have an inclination to discover the Truth, but rather to get rid of suffering. However, notice this very clearly here: we can't get rid of suffering because you are the suffering. We can't get rid of anguish, fear, anxiety, depression, because there is no separation between this depressed person and the depression, between the anguish and the anguished person, just as there is no separation between this sadness and the one who is sad.

Understanding this is the contact with the Truth. Contact with the Truth sets you free. Truth is the awareness of what is here and now. The awareness of what is here and now, is the awareness of what IS, of what shows itself, of what is present. So, the sense of the “I,” of the ego, of this “me” is never separated from its experience, and yet it is all the time separating itself from its experience. This discovery is fascinating. It separates itself from experience by wanting to get rid of it – if you want to get rid of fear, if you want to get rid of sadness, if you want to get rid of depression.

How to overcome depression? How to overcome fear? How do I get rid of suffering? These are the questions, but look: separation is present, and if this separation is present, ignorance is present, illusion is present, duality is present, then there is no Truth, there is no understanding, there is no direct contact with experience. What is present is this model of separation, of duality. So, because there is no Truth, there is no Liberation. Thus, we have no end to this condition, which is experience.

Look how simple it is; at the same time, it's very new for most of us to hear something like this. You can't set yourself free, you can become aware of the experiencer in the experience, and this awareness of the experiencer in the experience is the end for this experiencer, this is the end for this experience. So, there is a Liberation, but it's not the “I” setting itself free, it's just Liberation happening. Liberation is present when the “I” is not, when the experience is not.

So, when there is no longer this separation, when the experiencer is the thing experienced, when the depressive thought is the own depressed one, when this separation disappears, when there is only one Reality present, which is the experience, what happens? When there is no resistance, when there is no struggle, when there is no desire to change, to alter, to get rid of, then we have at this moment the absence of separation, of duality, and when duality ends, the experience undergoes a radical transformation because there is no longer the experiencing element. Are you with me?

Before a thought, don't put the thinker, the one who wants to get rid of, adjust, modify, cling, get involved with thought. So, when there is no longer the element of separation, we no longer have duality, then at that moment we are before what IS. What Is is the presence of Life, the presence of experience without the experiencer, then in this experiencing there is Life, there is what Is. At that moment, Something occurs outside the known, Something outside this duality. This duality, I'll repeat, is resistance, struggle, the desire to get rid of, to do something with what is present here.

What we are sharing with you here is the contact with Self-Awareness. This Self-Awareness is simultaneously the presence of Meditation, the Real contact of Meditation, the Real Meditation present. So, we are facing the real end to suffering when there is an end to that sufferer; we are in direct contact with all that representation that comes from the past, that in this moment, which is the moment of experience, that past is being seen, because we are before pure observation without the observer. Notice that this requires the presence of an Attention on the whole movement of feeling, emotion, thought and perception.

Direct Attention to this movement is the end of this duality, the end of the “I” and its experience. It is the end for the fearful and the fear, for the sufferer and the suffering, for the one who is sad and its sadness, it is the end for the thinker and thought. Investigating this, looking at this, becoming aware of this is possible when there is this “look” at all this inner movement within you. A look that requires the presence of this Attention without any choice, without any desire, without any motive, without any intention.

So, to have an approach to the end of suffering, to have an approach to the end of the states of unhappiness, these various internal states that human beings have been experiencing for millennia. We are showing you here the end to anxiety, depression, to the end to anguish, the end to fear, the end to the contradiction of desires. Notice that all this produces a lot of suffering. Where there is contradiction between desires, when they oppose each other, when there is this conflict of internal contradiction within each of us because of this duality, there is suffering. We are telling you that the end of suffering is possible, the end of depression is possible, the end of anxiety is possible, the end of anguish is possible.

Being aware of the whole movement of the “I,” the ego, just being aware of it, without separating yourself, without being divided by intention, motivation, judgment, the will to do something. Just noticing it. Noticing the experience, becoming aware of this movement that comes from the past in order to judge, compare, evaluate, reject, wanting to do something with it. Becoming aware of this is the end of this separation, the end of this duality. That requires the presence of this Mindfulness. The beauty of Mindfulness, the Truth of Mindfulness, is that the “I” element, the “me,” the ego, the one who wants to maintain the continuity of the experience and the one who also wants to get rid of the experience, which is the experiencer, is not present. Alright?

So, our purpose here in these meetings is to become aware of the Truth since the Truth sets you free. The Truth brings this Freedom; it is the Freedom of the absence of the “I,” the absence of the ego. Then, for this purpose we have meetings here on weekends, they are online meetings that take place on weekends. You can find our WhatsApp link to take part in these meetings here in the video description. In addition, we have face-to-face meetings and also retreats where we are working on this with you. If this is something that makes sense to you, I'd like to invite you to leave your like here and subscribe to the channel, OK? And let's work on it. Alright? Here's the invitation and we'll see you. Thanks for meeting me and see you next time!

Joel Goldsmith | Living now | Awakening is Now | Psychic powers | Master Gualberto

GC: Hello, everyone! We are here for another videocast. Once again, Master Gualberto is here with us. Gratitude, Master, for your presence.

Master, today I'm going to read an excerpt from Joel's book called “Living Now.” In this book, there is an excerpt in which Joel says the following, Master: “There is an ‘I’ behind the mind, there is an ‘I’ that thinks through the mind and reasons with the mind. In other words, there is an ‘I’ that uses the mind. Therefore, this ‘I’ is greater than the mind.” Master, how to access this “Higher Self,” this “I Am,” that is talked about so much in spirituality?

MG: So, Gilson… We also have to have a new approach regarding this subject. Notice: we may be on a new journey. This idea still remains a flight of fancy – because it is an idea: the idea of a “Higher Self.” We are very attached – this is part of this model of conditioned intellect within us –, we are very attached to concepts, thoughts, ideas, beliefs, and one of the beliefs we have, something quite common within this spirituality, is this idea of this “Higher Self.” Gilson, this is nothing more than an idea, a concept; therefore, another belief.

We believe we have a “Higher Self.” Who is this person who has this belief? Notice, every belief is within the one who believes in it. The one who believes in this, is the thinker! It is always the thinker, and it also carries beliefs. What is the nature of this thinker? The nature of this thinker is one that is keeping remembrances, keeping images, keeping memories. Therefore, these memories and images are beliefs that this thinker holds to be true. What is the nature of this thinker? It’s the “I,” it’s the ego!

So, what can the ego, the “I,” know about this Reality that is outside of it? Absolutely nothing! And yet, even so, this thinker, which is the “I,” is clinging to the belief of this “Higher Self.”

Gilson, we need to get rid of every form of conditioning, every form of belief, every form of conclusion, to, in fact, discover a Reality outside the ego, outside the “I,” outside the thinker. We are doing with this “word” – “Higher Self” – the same thing that we have been doing with the word “God.” We do not know the Reality of God, but we use the expression “God” as an idea, as a concept, as a belief. We also use the expression “Higher Self” as a belief, an idea.

Our work here is to become aware of the truth of what we appear to be, what we demonstrate to be, what we are, when this sense of “I” is present.

We can deal with this, and not with a belief, with an idea, with a concept called “Higher Self.” We have to get rid of this, because this is still part of the thinker. So, this idea of a “Higher Self” is just a projection of the ego itself. This idea about God, this concept, is still a projection of the “I” itself, of the ego itself. Divine Reality is not part of a belief, it is not within a projection of the mind itself.

Thus, our work is to investigate the truth of illusion, and not to speculate about Reality beyond illusion. Speculating about Reality beyond illusion is another illusion. Understand this clearly! We have to deal here, right now, with what we have in front of each of us. So, either we are dealing with facts, with what is shown, with this so-called reality of the moment, or we are dealing with concepts, with ideas, and not with facts.

In the ego, in this sense of a present “I,” in this conditioned intellect, we live – I will repeat this – very attached to ideas. So, we dismiss the truth of the facts emerging here. What are these facts? Illusion, ignorance, suffering, fear, this “I” that sees itself as separate from the other, this “particular I,” which lives in this self-centeredness; This is the “I” that we truly know! So, we neglect this, which is a fact, to believe in a “Higher Self.”

So, see: thought already separates itself as the “I,” and now as the “Higher Self.” This is completely illusory! Getting rid of this idea, getting rid of these beliefs – this and other beliefs –, completely stripping yourself of the sense of “I,” of the ego, which is this thinker, is the end of this illusion. So, yes, something outside the known reveals itself, something outside the limitation of the “I,” this “lower self” or this “Higher Self,” reveals itself.

So, working on ourselves requires that we become aware of what is happening here, right now, with each one of us. We need to strip ourselves of this illusion, to become aware of the truth of this illusion. The awareness of the truth of this illusion is the awareness of the Reality outside of this illusion. This is not within the mind, this is not within concepts, this is not within beliefs. Only Self-Awareness reveals that.

The problem with these concepts of “Higher Self” is that, along with these concepts, Gilson, people are given techniques, practices to get closer to this so-called “Higher Self.” With this, they only have one projection, one model of plan, program, planning, to achieve, and that is a mere projection of the own “I,” a mere projection of the own ego.

Here it is about stripping ourselves of illusion, becoming aware of the Truth of What is here. And why? Because the Reality that is already present is nameless, it is indescribable, and It cannot be sought, It cannot be searched, It cannot be within a program to be achieved. This Reality reveals itself when we strip ourselves of illusion and do not formulate new beliefs, new concepts, new ideas.

GC: Master, this idea of “becoming” is very strong. So, today I am here identified with the mind and I will progress, progress, until a moment comes when I will realize God or I will reach this so-called “Spiritual Enlightenment” or “Spiritual Awakening,” and the Master points out to us that this ends up being a fantasy that the mind creates to perpetuate itself. But there is, as the Master says, a process that happens in this body-mind mechanism. And, yes, the body – as the Master already said –, the body-mind, this process, is in time, but not concerning the work, right, Master? The work, which is this True Meditation, is now! There is only this; period. And, then, may the Master talk a little bit more about it to bring us clarity.

MG: Yes, this is a fascinating subject, because people want to achieve, they want to obtain, they want to conquer, accomplish. Accomplish, obtain, conquer... All of this denotes the presence of time. When we talk about the Divine Reality, the Reality of God, the Reality of this Being, notice: “God,” “Divine,” and “Being,” here, are expressions for something nameless, indescribable, and, naturally, something outside of time. So, this is not something for the future. The Truth of Realization, of Awakening, is now, of Divine Revelation, which is God, always here and now, because we are dealing with something outside the known, outside the project and ideation of thought, and, moreover, outside of time!

So, this process is a process that concerns this machine, this mechanism. The Truth about Awakening, Gilson, is that this body-mind needs a change, this brain, in particular, needs a transformation. Our brains are conditioned. We have a way of thinking, of processing information and of perceiving, of being in contact with the experience of the moment, in a completely altered, completely mistaken way. Our brain needs a change! There is a change that happens in the brain for this Natural State to take its place in this body and mind. So, this body-mind, this psychophysical mechanism needs a change.

It's this change... What we've been saying is that, in fact, it occurs over time, but the work doesn't. The work of this awareness of Truth is now. Therefore, this Realization is now. This moment in the body, so that this Natural State becomes definitive for this mechanism… Ok, the body needs this change. So, this change is necessary. The ancient sages in India called this “Kundalini Awakening.” This is when a process of psychophysical change actually occurs in this structure, in this body-mind, so that this Natural State, free from the “I,” from the ego, is established, but the work is now.

Here it is important to say that, Gilson: without real work now, there is no True Awakening, there is no real process of change in this mechanism. It is important to say this, because many people are going through psychological, emotional, sentimental, and also physical experiences, and they confuse these experiences with Kundalini Awakening. These experiences that people go through out there, on a physical level, on a cerebral level, within mystical, esoteric practices... When they say that this is Kundalini Awakening, they are mistaken. The true Kundalini Awakening requires an approach to the truth of Self-Awareness and the awareness of what the flourishing of True Meditation is. So, only the truth of Self-inquiry, this self-observation, this real revelation of Self-Awareness, and the flowering of the truth of Meditation bring about Kundalini Awakening; that is, this change in this mechanism.

So, we need to understand how this change occurs. It's not tracking this change in the body! This occurs naturally, you don't take any intellectual notice of it. All you need is to discover experientially how to approach Real Meditation, True Self-Awareness; and in a natural way, the body begins to undergo a transformation, a change. The brain itself, the brain cells themselves, undergo a profound, radical change. Then, there comes a moment when this Natural State settles down. So, yes, there is work going on. That work is now! The change in the machine is another thing.

Realization is the vision of Reality, in this instant, of That which is outside the known, of That which is outside of time. So, this Realization, Enlightenment, Awakening, or whatever name we want to give to It – at least here we might be giving these names to something totally different from what people are calling it out there… Here, the words “Enlightenment,” “Awakening,” “Self-Awareness” are not exactly what people are talking about out there. Just like the expression “Kundalini Awakening,” perhaps, here is something else. So, here we have expressions similar to what people are saying in this so-called “spirituality,” but, perhaps, with a completely different meaning.

GC: Master, even within this topic, from what is said a lot about Kundalini Awakening, it is often linked this Kundalini Awakening to the so-called psychic powers: clairaudience, clairvoyance, which are... What is it, what would that be, Master?

MG: These powers... Something may start to happen within the real process of Kundalini Awakening, something may start to emerge, but here, Gilson, we have to tread lightly and very carefully, because what I have seen when people ask questions or make statements... I see them confusing this with Kundalini Awakening; and in reality, something can start to happen when the Truth of Kundalini starts to emerge, to appear in that mechanism, in that organism, but this is not the definitive fact of Kundalini Awakening.

The real sign of Kundalini Awakening, the truth about Kundalini Awakening is that when there is this Real Awakening, the sense of “I,” of the ego, this sense of separation, falls away; this sense of person, of egoic identity, of this center clinging to its experiences, memories, remembrances, and to this entire movement of egocentric activity, all of this falls apart. So, the Truth of Kundalini Awakening is the absence of the “I,” it is the absence of the ego. So, we are facing something unusual.

I see people a bit lost, or quite lost, in these so-called “mystical,” “esoteric” experiences, or when some extraphysical perceptions arise, and they confuse this with the flowering of this Natural State of Pure Consciousness, of Pure Being, when identify this with Kundalini Awakening. Let's make this clear: when there is Real Kundalini Awakening, that is the end of the “I,” that is the end of the ego, and, of course, it is also the end of all these kinds of mystical experiences, mystical visions, and mystical, esoteric, and so-called “spiritual” experiences. It is the revelation of something outside the “I,” outside the ego, which is your Natural State, where what is present is the action free of the “I,” it is Compassion, it is Love, it is Freedom, it is Intelligence. It is not, at all, what, in general, people out there take for Kundalini Awakening.

GC: Master, so the own expectation of “becoming” or the hope of awakening someday is something that really needs to be investigated, because if we fall into this thought and this idea, we become a dog chasing its tail, thinking… instead of doing the work right now, going into these thoughts of “someday” or with hope of something happening, right?

MG: This idea of “someday” is an idea, it’s a concept, it’s an imagination. All that thought needs is to maintain this continuity, and for it to maintain this continuity, it has forged, it has created, it has established this idea of time. Note that there is no time without thought; thought is the author of time. Our relationship with the past is the relationship of thought. Thought tells us about the past, because thought is the memory of what was; that's the past. It tells us about the future, which is still just thought, which is the past, projecting itself into tomorrow. So, it tells us about the future, it calls this future tomorrow. So, everything we know, based on thought, is within this configuration: past, present, and future. That's time.

So, time is something constructed by thought, and thought, to maintain its continuity, creates this idea of becoming, of achieving, of accomplishing, of coming to be: “I am this today: violent, aggressive, ambitious, attached to all kinds of things, but I will overcome this. Tomorrow I will not be violent, aggressive, attached… I am afraid today, but tomorrow I will be free from fear.” So, notice, these are imaginations that thought builds, and it projects itself into the future to become, to come to be, to obtain something different from what it represents, now, here. They are projections of the ego, they are projections of the “I,” they are projections of thought. This implies the presence of that time. This is an illusion!

When we deal with Divine Reality, we are dealing with something timeless, something outside of time, and therefore something outside of thought. So, Realization, Awakening, the Truth of God, is not in tomorrow; It is in this instant. So, this instant is the instant of the Revelation of the Truth of That which is You. The whole process in this body-mind takes place in time, but the Reality of That which You are is here and now, outside of time, outside of thought.

GC: Master, we have a question from Alê. He made the following comment and a question in between. He said: “Hello, Master Gualberto. Although you have no words to describe this Enlightenment, it is with words that you have been trying to explain what you live. So, normally a being that has reached this State will be quieter for most of the day? Perhaps seen as strange to society?”

MG: Putting it that way, Gilson, is already establishing a rule. When we talk about this Awakening, when we talk about this Realization, when we talk about this Truth showing itself – now we know that this Realization is something outside of time and, therefore, it is also something outside of the known – we cannot put It inside a model. So, it's something here that we can't describe. Once this Realization happens now, reveals itself now, in this or that mechanism, in this or that so-called “person,” from that moment on, something new is present, so there are no rules. There is no way to establish a rule for a Realized Being. Some become silent, others write books, others talk and talk a lot, talk a lot.

Buddha, for example, spoke for more than forty years. Others remain silent, like Ramana Maharshi. So, there are no rules for That which is outside the known, for That which is outside of time. The Truth about this Natural State is that an unknown, nameless, indescribable Energy takes possession of the organism, the mechanism, of that so-called “person.” From then on, one will express this Natural State through silence, speech, writing, or any other way. We are always faced with something indescribable, out of model, out of standards.

Here, Gilson, the most important thing is to assume It, to become aware of It. So, when This is present, this Energy is present – what I just called “This” – It assumes the work, It does the work. There is only this Divine Reality now expressing itself. There is no longer a sense of an “I,” of someone, of an experiencer, of a thinker, of someone involved in this. It is Divine Reality itself carrying out Its work. That’s it.

GC: Master, our time has come to end, so thanks for this videocast. For those of you watching the video, we ask: leave a “like” and leave a comment. This helps the channel, helps YouTube recognize that the content is relevant and distribute it to more people. And for you who feel that what Master Gualberto says makes sense, we invite you to come to the Satsangs, which are intensive weekend meetings, both online and in person, where the Master shares this Wisdom, shares this Energy of Presence, and then something mysterious, something indescribable happens, so that we can investigate this madness of being someone, being able to see these internal conflicts, these constant thoughts and being able, in this ride with this Grace of the Master, to be in a Real State of Meditation and free from all ego limitations.

Master, gratitude, see you soon.

Who is God? Where is happiness? The reality of the I-consciousness. Psychological conditioning.

The question often asked is: “Where is happiness?” Another question is: “Who is God?” Another is: “Who am I?” So, notice what an interesting thing: “Where is happiness,” “Who is God” and “Who am I” seem to be different questions. In fact, the answer is the same; you have the same answer to these apparently different questions.

The matter of language is very interesting. The issue of speech and words is very interesting. You know that we have words that are synonymous, they carry the same meaning. And there are words that are not synonymous and, interestingly, carry the same meaning. The words “God” and “Love” are not synonymous, the words “Happiness” and “Truth” are not synonymous, but once you understand what they mean, you understand that they are just words. It is very interesting to notice that words do not declare what the thing is, they are just symbols, images, figures that represent the thing itself.

So, when someone asks where God is, thought immediately projects itself with a symbol, with an image, a photograph of what This represents, and this is totally wrong. Since reality is not the word, the real thing is not the word, taking this symbol, this image, this photograph and putting it in the place of the thing itself is a mistake. And that is what we have done with the word “happiness.”

What is the symbol of happiness for most of us? These are dreams, achievements, the conquest of pleasure, fulfillment in this or that; this is always personal. So, in personal fulfillment, in personal pleasure, in personal achievement, in personal dreams, for us lies happiness. So, for us, happiness is in accomplishing things; For us, the Truth of God is in an emotional, sentimental, spiritual symbol. All of these are representations of images that thought creates, that thought formulates. The Truth of “who am I” is the same thing.

What is the idea you have about yourself? This idea is a symbol, a photograph, an image, a construction of thoughts about yourself. So, we don't know the truth of this “who am I.” We have images, we have beliefs, we have ideas, we can make a biography of this person. All we have in a biography of someone are descriptions of memories, remembrances, images, which represent only thoughts, ideas. An autobiography or biography does not represent the truth of who is being described there; all we have there are thoughts, memories, stories, ideas.

What is the truth about this “I am?” What is the truth about God? What is the truth about Happiness? Observe the very movement of thought within you. You will, in this observation, become aware of how you function and, thus, you will realize that this “you” is just a set of remembrances, recollections, memories.

What is the truth of this “I?” Watch this here and now. When you describe who you are, what are you describing? When you write about this “you” that you are, what are you writing about? Thoughts, memories, remembrances, images. So, what is the I? The “I” is the one who is present because of memory. Without memory, there is no “I.” If you cannot have a clear memory of the name – your own name – you have no name. Someone may have the idea, the image, the memory of your name, but that is his or her memory. If you don't have the memory, the remembrance of your name, you remain nameless.

This sense of a present “I” is just a story one can remember. If you can remember, you have a story. If you can't remember, you have no story. It's simple. If you can remember your name, you have a name; if you can't remember, you have no name. This is the reality of this “I” consciousness in you. Thus, this sense of a present “I” is a set of remembrances, memories, recollections. This does, this gives, this demonstrates the presence of the experiencer.

The experiencer is this present person who, when going through experiences, recorded it at some point – recorded the name, recorded the story. This is what we call “consciousness,” the consciousness of the “I,” it is just that. You cannot be aware of what you do not remember. You cannot be aware of what you do not recall. Thus, the presence of consciousness is remembrance, recollection. That is the sense of consciousness we know, of self-consciousness, of ego consciousness, of “I” consciousness.

Thus, notice how interesting all this is: what you can have about God is just an image, an idea, a belief. This is memory, something you have learned, you have as a present thought, but you do not know the Reality beyond thought, the Reality called God. This Reality that we call God, It has no name, It is not part of history, it is not part of memory – notice this, how fascinating it is – it is not part of remembering or forgetting; It is not part of this consciousness, which is just a remembrance.

So, what is the Reality of God? What is the Reality of the Truth of this Being that we are when this “I” consciousness is not there, when this name is not there, when this story is not there? Do you see what we want to put here for you? Then, where is God? Where can we find Him? Can we find Him or is God's Reality the Only Reality? Do you see?

The presence of this “I” is something learned, it is part of memory. This name, this history, this “I” consciousness, all this appeared in time and, also, in time it disappears, while the Reality of God is That which is here, outside of time, outside of history, outside of memory. See where we are signaling to, where we are pointing to. So, for the answer “Where is God?” there is the Truth that there is only God. To answer this “Who am I?” what is the truth of this “I?” The end to the illusion of this “I” is the answer to where God is, where God is found.”

So, we are talking about the same Reality, the same Truth. And here, the word “God” and the word “I” are not synonymous, but the Truth of Divine Reality, the Reality of Divine Truth is the Reality that is here, at this instant, beyond this sense of “I,” of the ego, beyond this sense of a separate identity, seeing oneself as separate from others, from the world, from life and from God. All of this is part of beliefs, all of this is still part of thought.

Thus, discovering the Truth of What we are is discovering the Truth of where God is. The understanding of this is the understanding of Love. For us, love is a sensation, pleasure, the joy of being with another. There is in this so-called “love” the relationship between two things: the one who loves and what is loved. So, love for us is sensation, pleasure, it is always a relationship between two things. We do not understand the Truth of Love.

What we call “love” is full of jealousy, possession, control, desire and, therefore, fear, violence, and suffering. This is not love, but we call it love because somehow it gives a certain fulfillment to this “I,” it brings some level of sensation to this “I.” The truth is that this “I” always depends on something else to sustain itself as a separate identity.

Therefore, the presence of this “I” is the absence of Love because when Love is present, there is no other, there is no search for this or that sensation, this or that fulfillment. It is something totally different from what the “I,” the ego, the person knows. The matter of happiness is the same thing. Happiness is not something in time; it is not something attainable, achievable, it is not happiness for “me,” it is not happiness for the “I.” The presence of Happiness is the Truth of Love, which is the Truth of God, which is the Truth of this Not-I.

The presence of your Being, of this Real Being, which is outside of the known, which is outside of this limitation of thought, is the Truth of God, the Truth of Happiness, and the Truth of Love. Getting closer to this is possible, yes, when there is an understanding of all this movement, which is the movement of the “I,” and when there is an emptying of all this internal movement that sustains the illusion of this experiencer, of the one who is always cultivating the movement of thought and sustaining itself as an experiencer of its personal and private experiences.

Here, we are telling you that there is a new quality of life, free from the sense of “I” and in this full awareness of the Reality of Love, the Reality of God, the Reality of Happiness. This Reality of God, this Reality of Love, the Truth of Happiness is the Nature of God, is the Nature of this Being that we are. This becomes possible when there is an emptying of all this psychological content, of all this psychological conditioning that we carry, which has given us this illusory identity, which is the illusory identity of the “I.”

Notice that this “I” is always living within its dissatisfaction, within its set of beliefs, ideas, concepts, opinions, judgments and evaluations of what life is, who it is, who the other is. This sense of “I,” which is the ego, is loaded with envy, fear, jealousy, living in this dissatisfaction because it lacks the clear understanding that it is not the Unique Reality. When the mind becomes ready, when we learn to become aware of the movement of the “I” itself, when the mind begins to observe itself, this internal confusion, this internal disorder, begins to become clear.

When there is this Mindfulness, this Full Attention to this observation of the movement of the “I,” this ego, this sense of separation, this experiencer, loses relevance, then there is an emptying of all this psychological content. This experiencer, this thinker, this person who takes action to seek, to accomplish things, loses relevance. So, the sense of “I” disappears when there is awareness of the Truth of Self-awareness.

When there is a true approach to the Truth of Real Meditation, which is this awareness of all this internal movement, then the brain quiets down, the mind in a very natural way becomes silent and Something new, indescribable, nameless reveals itself. This new Something is beyond all name, all verbal formulation, although we also call it God, Truth, Consciousness, but it is Something indescribable, unnameable. This is the Reality of your Being, of Happiness, of Love.

For this purpose, we have online meetings here on weekends. You can participate in these meetings by entering the video description here [where] there is our WhatsApp link to participate on the weekends with us. Furthermore, we have face-to-face meetings and retreats, where we are together deepening this, spending days investigating all of this and discovering this art of Being Pure Consciousness, within a Real approach to the Truth of Meditation. Thus, if this is something that makes sense to you, take the opportunity to leave your like here, subscribe to the channel and put here in the video description: “Yes, it makes sense.” OK? And we'll see each other. Thanks for the meeting and see you soon!

Who is God? | What is the Awakening of Consciousness? | What is Truth? | The Real Communion with God

Here we are together looking at something that is beyond what is easily recognizable. So, this is where a certain difficulty lies for us, within these meetings. Firstly, because our way of communicating here, this way of communicating through words, naturally proves to be insufficient. This is because words are symbols, they are pictures, they are images that represent things. Note that each word is just a symbol that represents a certain thing. Here we are making use of speech, therefore of words that symbolize something.

Now, notice the difficulty we have here: we are aiming through this speech, which are these words that only serve to symbolize something – the word clearly is not the thing itself, that is very clear. The word “love” is not love, the word “truth” is not truth, the word “God” is not God; it is a symbol, an image, an idea about the thing. And here we have the real difficulty, because we are, through these words, which are symbols, pointing to Something beyond the words; not only beyond the symbol, but beyond the entire idea of something to be symbolized. We are signaling God’s Truth. The Truth of God is not the word “God”.

So, our topic here today with you is: Who is God? Or: What is Truth? Or: What is the Awakening of Consciousness? So, these phrases, these expressions of words, for today, here, they do not communicate Reality. But we want to talk to you about the importance of freeing ourselves from this weight, which is the weight of language, the weight of speech, the weight of words. There is a way, yes, to get closer to the Truth of the Awakening of Consciousness, the Truth of God, the Reality about the Truth. Yes, there is a way to get closer to This, and that way is in the Understanding of What we are. The Understanding of the Truth about us is the Understanding of the Truth about the Awakening of Consciousness, about the Reality of who God is, about the Reality of what the Truth is.

However, this approximation to the revelation about who we are requires that we have an approximation to ourselves, in this moment, as we appear to be, as we demonstrate ourselves to be, as we establish ourselves in being in life, in this moment. To investigate the illusion of this being that we seem to be, the illusion of this being that we demonstrate to be. The end to this illusion of this person, who is this “I”, this ego, the end to this is the revelation of That which is beyond words, beyond symbols, beyond images, beyond conclusions and beliefs. Then, we are faced with That which is indescribable, with That which is unnamable. The Reality of God is the Truth of life, This is your Real Being revealing itself. Note the importance of these meetings, in them we have to go beyond language, beyond speech.

Here there is an expression that I would like to use with you, the expression is: “Communion.” All we really need is Communion. Communion is present when there are no longer two. Notice that when we are on the same level of feeling, looking, perceiving, and understanding, when there is the same level, the same intensity, we are within the same beauty, the same encounter. In this encounter there are no two, in this beauty there are no two, in this revelation of intensity, of Communion, there is no separation. So, Truth reveals itself when there is this Communion. The Real Communion with God is not the presence of this “I” uniting with God. It is the presence of a single one Reality here, in this instant. Then, we have the Revelation of Divine Truth.

It's very interesting and I want to touch on this subject now, here, with you... the issue of happiness, for example. For us, happiness is something findable, it is something that becomes possible to be found, and this “being found”, in our idea, in this model of thought in us, is something to be accomplished over time, in time. So, we need time, because with time we will be happy, we will achieve happiness. So does with the Truth, the Awakening of Consciousness and the question of who God is. We always carry this notion of time within us for this meeting. And here this meeting – it has already become clear – is not a meeting between two things: “me and Happiness”, “me and Truth”, “me and God”, “me and the Awakening of Consciousness”.

This meeting is the confirmation of Reality; when there is this Communion there are no two. What we are saying is that Happiness is not something in time, it is here and now, when the “I” is not. The Truth of God is here and now, when the “I” is not. What is this “I”? This “I” is that element in us that we believe we are, that we confuse ourselves with, and demonstrate to be. This element, the “I”, the ego, is the element of separation, of division, of the absence of communion. So, we need to investigate the nature of the “I”, because it is this “I” that is creating this separation! It is the I that is sustaining this illusory being that we believe to be and making us blind regarding the Reality of God, the Reality of the Awakening of Consciousness, Truth, the Reality of Happiness.

So, the encounter with Divine Truth is the revelation of Happiness. “How to be happy?” That's the question. “How to reach the Truth? How to attain God? How to attain Spiritual Awakening?” Note that these are questions related to this issue of time. It is with time; it will be in time that this will happen. At least, that has been our belief. Up to this point, due to all this model of psychological conditioning that we bring, our beliefs say this, and here we are saying that it is not so. The Reality of God, That which is beyond speech, beyond symbols, beyond images and therefore beyond all beliefs – because beliefs are images, they are ideas –, this Divine Reality, this Reality of God is not in time, therefore, it is something that is here and now. However, this sense of the “I” that we bring, of the ego, of this person, of this illusion of being someone, is what shows up as the real impediment to this perception, to this revelation, to this realization, to this Real Communion. It is the sense of a present “I”, of a present egoic identity, the whole problem.

So, what is the Truth of the revelation of Happiness? The revelation of Happiness is the realization of That which is here and now. The truth about this is that the Nature of this Real Being that we are is already this Real Consciousness. This Real Being that we are is the Truth of Happiness. The Truth of this Real Being that we are is the Reality of God in this instant, not the concept “God”, not the concept “happiness”, not the concept “consciousness.” The consciousness we know is this consciousness common to everyone, which is the consciousness of the “I”, the ego. The idea of Truth that we have is the imagination about something of an intellectual, philosophical, religious, or psychological nature. The idea we have about Happiness is something completely wrong, it is in the accomplishment of a sensation of pleasure, in the personal fulfillment of desires, achievements, goals, and dreams coming true. This is the idea of being happy.

We are here working with you on the end of the “I”, of the ego, the realization of the Reality of That which is outside the known. That's why the most important point here is not the verbal, intellectual understanding of these expressions, this speech, these words, because that is only at an intellectual level. We are very attached, entangled, prisoners of words. We get very impressed; we get easily impressed with words. We even say: “What a beautiful word! How beautiful is what you say!”… Understand this: Truth is not beautiful, Truth is Beauty... But the Beauty of Truth is not in the words, it is in the verification of what is beyond the speech itself, the very language, these verbal expressions.

So, we need to discover within each one of us the Reality of this Real Being, which is Real Consciousness, which is God, which is Real Happiness. Our meeting here, our purpose together here within these meetings, is to become aware of Reality, which is the Reality of this Real Being. Learning to look at this internal movement within each of us requires the presence of the revelation of Self-Knowledge. This contact with this Self-Knowledge reveals the art of Being Consciousness, which is Real Meditation. We have a playlist here on the channel about this subject, about the Truth of Real Meditation, the Truth of Self-Knowledge. This is a fundamental subject for this Awakening, for this Happiness, for this vision of Divine Reality, for this Communion with God.

So, that's our subject here with you. Our work in life consists of the Awareness of the Reality of That which we are. The only thing that matters in this existence is the Awareness of God's Reality. So, this moment reveals to you the Awakening of this Real Being, which is Love, which is Compassion, which is Wisdom. Our objective in this work is to become aware of this Reality, this Divine Reality. To have an approximation to That which is you, is to have an approximation to That which is the other; to have an approximation to That which is you, is to have an approximation to That which is life, That which is the Truth of this Being, which is the Truth of Happiness, of the Consciousness of God.

So, that's what we're doing together here on this channel. We have several playlists here delving into the truth of this, the beauty of this, delving into the importance of this Understanding, which is the Understanding of Divine Truth, which is the Understanding of God's Truth. We have online meetings on the weekends. You enter here in the video description; we have our WhatsApp group; you join our group and participate in these meetings. They take place on weekends, online. We have face-to-face meetings and we also have retreats where we work on this with you. So, if this is something that makes sense to you, what you just heard… if it touches you in this way, on this level, beyond the intellect itself, there is Something there revealing itself to you, in this moment, within this speech. If this is so, go ahead and leave your like here, subscribe to the channel, put it here in the comment: “Yes, it makes sense.” OK? And we'll see each other. Thanks for the meeting and until next time.
