Human relations | Self-image psychology | Learning about Self-awareness | What is Mindfulness?

There are a very large number of mistaken views about life. One of them is this issue of learning, in relation to learning how we function. For example, we have the case of this search or this quest to discover how to deal with oneself, in this issue of self-image, something known in psychology.

So, people want, theoretically, through lectures - listening to lectures - or books - reading books - to have an approach to this self-image according to psychology or to any psychological aspect of the "I," having a theoretical, conceptual - in words -, verbal approach to this. Here we are with you investigating in a direct way, by ourselves, in an experiential way how we function.

See, we need to abandon this mistake, this great mental confusion that we have, which is this belief that we can learn psychology outside of ourselves. These internal aspects of thought, feeling, emotion, sensation, perception are something to be studied here, within us. No psychologist, no philosopher, no book, no specialist will give you the vision of who you are.

We need to have a vision of life; this vision of life requires a vision of who we are, and this vision of who we are cannot be given to us by another person. You cannot learn about yourself according to this or that expert, from this or that book, or from this or that technique.

Here we are with you discovering what this new learning is, this learning about Self-awareness, this learning about ourselves. This requires the presence of this direct look at how we function, in this contact with relationships. Note, our relations with people we have called relationships. But these relationships are not only with people, our entire relation with life is of relationships. We are always in relationships with situations, with events, happenings.

When we are in an environment, we are in a relationship with that environment, with everything that is present there; it is a matter of relation, yes, and relationship too. But we especially use the expression "relationship" in this contact with people, so here we are dealing with this matter of human relations.

We need to become aware of what these human relations are, of how we function in these relationships, because my contact with my husband, my wife, my son, my boss, my employees, my workers, the people around me, you see, these are contacts that will always be present, but they are contacts in which there is not the presence of what is necessary for a relation - and I will clarify this to you here.

Our relations are mistaken relations, they are relations without real and direct contact, therefore there isn't the presence of the main element in this relation, which is the presence of communion, of sharing with him or her. Thus, there isn't the presence of Truth, which is the presence of Love, within the communion, in the relation. So, what is present in these relations, in these relationships is, in fact, separation.

Contradiction, conflict, suffering, and problems arise within relationships due to the absence of this communion, this sharing, this intelligent vision within the relation, and it is not present due to this self-image, the image I have of who I am and the image I have of who the other person is within this relationship. This self-image creates separation. Notice how basic this is here.

What, in fact, is this self-image? When I look closely at my reaction, I realize that it is based on the thought I have about him or her; this thought I have about him or her is not real. We are not dealing with the reality of the moment when our response to this moment is a reaction that comes from the past - it comes from the past because it is born out of thought.

So, this contact I have with him or her based on thought, based on self-image, is a relationship of separation, of division. If there is division, if there is separation, if there is this distance, there is no communion, there is the presence of divergence, of difference, of misunderstanding, there is the presence of illusion. This is what has fueled conflict and suffering in our relationships.

The husband does not know his wife, but he has an idea of ??who she is. In a fifteen-year contact, you have been keeping from her or him, you have been recording from her or him experiences there, in your thoughts, in memory; it is this thought, this memory, these experiences that react. You are never in real contact with him or her when this contact is based on thought, on this record of memories from fifteen or twenty years ago.

So, we have a false sensation, a false perception, a false vision of the present moment in this encounter with him or her, because we believe that we know the person, while, in fact, what there is present of him or her are images, some unpleasant and others pleasant, and that is all I have of him or her. Therefore, we are not dealing with truth when we are dealing with images. This is separation, this is the division between me and her.

Note that this division is not only established in family relationships, between husband and wife, between wife and husband, between children and parents, it is established between cities, between nations. So, we are living a conflicting, distressing, suffering life, due to the presence of this self-image, and psychology does not solve it, reading books does not solve it, listening to lectures does not solve it.

It is the approach to oneself, this direct look at this that is present here, when you learn what it means looking at this in a direct way, without using this element that comes from the past, which is the very thought, to agree or disagree with an image that thought itself is producing. See, at this moment, we are able to break with this separation, which is the separation between thought and the thinker. This separation is what thought has been using to maintain its continuity, which is the continuity of self-image.

So, what does it mean looking in a new way? It is to look without the observer, without the thinker, it is to look without this "I," it is to become aware of this image when it appears in this contact with him or her; when you simply become aware, at that moment you are bringing attention to this instant, a complete attention that eliminates the continuity of this "I," of this self-image. See, at that moment we are approaching not only the Truth of Self-awareness, we are approaching the awareness of Meditation.

What is the Truth about Meditation? It is to get closer to yourself at that instant, without placing this "me", this "I", in this look, in this observing, in this realizing, in this perceiving. Yes, that is exactly it: perceiving without the perceiver, looking without this element that looks, observing without the observer, it is thought without the thinker.

So, at that moment, there is contact with that which brings the presence of this Silence, because at that moment the brain becomes quiet, all that movement of reaction, of egocentric response, centered on the "I," is undone. At that moment, there is a new space; this space is the space of Silence. So, Silence is present, because the mind becomes quiet, and when it becomes quiet, there is contact with the present moment without the past, without the "I," without the "ego." So, at that moment, something happens, and that something is the end of this self-image.

Therefore, is it possible to look without the past, to perceive without the past? Try it. The next time you have contact with someone you know, notice this movement of the past emerging. Just notice it, look at it. When you look at it, you get rid of the past, so you are looking at the other person for the first time. See, it is a look without the past, it is a look without this background of memory. At that moment, there is only the recognition of the face, the timbre of his or her voice, but you do not have any psychological content of image, of mental representation, that comes from the past, in this liking or disliking him or her. So, it is a look free of the "I," free of the ego, it is a look that is Meditation, it is a perception that is Meditation.

We need this state of Presence of Attention, of Real Attention, for this moment, to break this pattern of mental conditioning, of mental programming, this is the end of self-image, this is the end of the "I." So, what is the truth of this Mindfulness? What is Mindfulness? There is a playlist here on the channel: it is learning to have this approach to this moment without the past.

So, the truth of this look without the background of memory, of recognition, of knowledge, which comes from the past, is Attention. Note that this is very simple, for example, in contact with nature. When you are in a new space or in contact with nature, your look is without the past. You just look, observe, note, but there is no you in this observing, in this look, in this noticing.

Can we eliminate the past from our lives to be in contact with the present moment here, in this instant? This is the contact with Life, this is the contact with Freedom, which is the end of the "I," which is the end of the ego. So, Something shows itself in this instant. This Something is not in time. This Something is not in the mind. This Something is not in the past. This Something is not part of thought. This is when we can have the awareness of Being, the awareness of God, the awareness of Truth. Then, your contact with him or her is the contact with Life, because there is no separation, there is no division. There is the Presence of a real contact, of a true communion, this is the Presence of Love.

So, see, we are saying here, in a clear way, that in this life, yes, it is possible to have a life free from the ego, free from the "I" in this contact with him or her, without the idea that thought creates and establishes, producing confusion, producing disorder, based on this structure of self-image; it is a contact, a look, or a vision without the past.

Here, we are delving deeper into this subject; this subject is the Awakening of Consciousness, it is Spiritual Enlightenment, it is the vision of God, it is the vision of your Being. A contact with life in this moment without the past is Advaita, it is the vision of non-duality, it is the vision of non-separation, it is the vision of God.

The word Advaita means "the One without the second," which is what we have emphasized here in these meetings. There is a present Reality, and this present Reality is not the person, this present Reality is the Divine Reality. This sense of person is something that thought, like a curtain, is bringing, creating this illusory separation, this illusory division between this "I" and the "non-I." Reality is the Reality of your Being; this Reality is the Reality of God.

This is what we are working on here with you on this channel. We would like to invite you to our online meetings on the weekends, where we will be together on Saturday and Sunday to delve deeper into this with you. You can find our WhatsApp link to participate in these online meetings in the video description. In addition to these meetings, we have in-person meetings and also retreats. If what you just heard makes sense to you, here is an invitation. Leave your "like" here, subscribe to the channel and leave a comment here, "Yes, that makes sense." Ok? And see you soon. Thanks for the meeting and until next time!

What is thinking? What is thought? Wisdom, intelligence, and knowledge. Dealing with fear.

We will present to you here, in more detail, this question of what thought is and what thinking is. See, one thing is directly tied to the other, but we are unaware of the truth about this and underestimate the importance of understanding this. So, notice here, we have the question of the intellectual approach, and we have the truth of the approach to understanding these two subjects, which, in reality, are directly connected, but we understand nothing about them and underestimate the importance, I repeat, of this understanding.

So, let's go. First of all, why is it important for us to have an understanding of the truth about thought and thinking? Because this gives you a foundation to have an approach to Self-Awareness.

And with the presence of Self-Awareness, we have an opportunity for a great portal open to the truth of wisdom. Here on the channel, we have a playlist on wisdom, intelligence, and knowledge. I recommend you take a look at this playlist later.

Life requires the presence of wisdom. Without wisdom, life is the life we know. And the life we know is not the life of intelligence; it is the life of problems.

The beauty of an encounter with intelligence, and here I refer to spiritual intelligence-this is another playlist on the channel-all these subjects that we address here, you can find here on the channel in the format of playlists. We have several videos dealing with each of these topics here, so you can find them in the playlists. The presence of this spiritual intelligence is the presence of the truth of wisdom.

Because it is divine awareness, it is the awareness of God. This is based on Self-Awareness. And the presence of Self-Awareness requires that you understand how you function.

So, we cannot eliminate any of these elements. One important thing is to understand that everything in life is interconnected. We cannot have the solution to a problem, for example, without understanding its totality.

And we cannot have this vision of totality if we do not approach it. For example, in general, people try to solve problems the way they imagine they can solve them, the way they think they will be able to solve them.

And, in fact, that is not how it works. Solving a problem requires a direct approach to the problem and not distancing oneself from it, as people generally do. So, notice, going back to the question, everything is interconnected.

Everything is interconnected. So, what is thought? Let's start here. What is thought? See, speaking of problems, this is a problem.

We have not solved this problem. This is one of the human problems we have. We have various problems as human beings in this psychological structure of human existence; we are creatures loaded with problems.

And one of the problems is this: what is thought? We do not know what it is. But look at yourself, and you will realize that we are facing something that has a very simple foundation but, in reality, is something very, very complex due to the psychological complexity we carry.

This is a subject, among others, that has become very complex for each of us. So, this subject-what thought is-has become complex because we live within a very great psychological complexity, but thought itself has a very simple foundation. You have your name, you have your address, you know the name of your spouse, your children. This knowing is knowledge. This knowledge is memory. This memory is thought. So, what is thought? Memory, recollection, knowledge, remembrance. Every present thought is just recollection, knowledge, memory, remembrance. So, basically, that is it.

This is thought. So, we already have the answer to what thought is. From a theoretical, intellectual point of view, the foundation is this.

And what is thinking? Thinking is what makes the presence of thought possible. In what way? I ask for your name, and you tell me your name. But you can only tell me your name because there is a thinking process.

This thinking process is what brings the presence of thought. When the brain reacts, it responds with a memory. The reaction of the brain is thinking, and the memory is thought.

So, what is thinking? It is the response that the brain gives based on the past, which is memory, which is thought. This response arises. This response is thinking.

Now, notice how important it is to have a direct understanding of this, but an experiential one, truly comprehending the subject and not just intellectually. The difference between intellectually understanding something and truly understanding something is totally different. One understanding is a real vision of what is there, of the fact, of what presents itself.

Whereas intellectual comprehension is just an intellectual, theoretical understanding. It is an idea. Here, we are inviting you to understand what thinking is and what thought is.

And in this understanding, it becomes clear that all the problems you have in relation to people, life, and the world around you-all these problems, all kinds of confusion and suffering-are present because of thought. Let's see how simple this is. You have people you like and people you do not like.

Where is this liking and disliking based? Look at yourself, and you will notice. This disliking is based on memories of bad, unpleasant things you experienced with him or her. So, you do not like him or her. But what you have of him or her are memories of someone.

Someone bad, someone ungrateful, someone who wronged you. This memory is thought. So, when someone mentions this person's name near you, it stirs within you-it provokes within you-a state of unpleasant emotion or feeling. So, notice the importance of thought. Thought is sustaining in you people you do not like. Thought is also sustaining in you people you do like. But what are these people? They are just thoughts. And what is the truth of thought? Absolutely none. The only truth about thought is that you are imagining things because that is all thought knows how to do.

It is to imagine things, imagine people, imagine unpleasant or pleasant states in yourself. As long as your life-this person's life-remains sustained by thought, by images, then all our problems are sustained by thoughts, images, and imaginations we maintain. This is thought.

This is the way of thinking that we know. Perceive this-the importance of freeing ourselves from thought, from this thinking, and therefore from this feeling, emotion, sensation, and thus from this imagination, this problem, this suffering.

All our psychic life, all our psychological life, all this consciousness as we know it in us, is nothing but thought-this form of thinking, this feeling, emotion, sensation, and imagination. So, this is what is sustaining this person.

Therefore, the person that you are is a set of thoughts, images, and imaginations about the world, about others, about situations, about appearances, and about yourself. Life in this condition is a life where the illusion of an identity is present. This identity, being illusory, as your life is sustained by this pattern of thought, sees itself as a separate entity from life itself, separate from others, in conflict with itself.

Here, this condition of existence is the condition of the sense of a separate identity. Life, in this context, is life in suffering. In the absence of this awareness of divine reality, there is a reality present, but we live alienated from this reality because we are living in the reality of the "I," the truth of the person, the truth of thought, the truth of imagination.

That is why we have emphasized here with you the truth that we have real life as it is, and we have the particular life of this sense of the "I" as it is. Life as it is, in this sense of the "I," is a life of confusion, separation, duality. Envy, jealousy, possession, various forms of fear, and the contradiction present in these conflicts and desires of the human being are all present. All of this is present because of thought and thinking.

That is why we mentioned earlier that we cannot underestimate this mistaken, illusory way of thinking that we have, which is the way that sustains this thought pattern as we know it, where the illusion of a thinker behind all of this is present. Can we discover life without this thinker? Can we truly discover life without caring anymore about this psychological condition of thought, in such a way that thinking in us undergoes a radical change? Can we break away from this pattern of thinking, where the continuity of this thinking is the continuity of imagination, where the illusion of this thinker-the "I," the person-behind all of this is present?

This discovery, this realization, is possible when we become aware of this entire movement without confusing ourselves with it-when we discover what it is to look at thought. Just look at thought, without placing an element within thought as the thinker when thinking happens.

So, let's see how this becomes possible. Someone appears before you, and you recognize them. At that moment, an image you have of them arises within you.

This image is thought, in this thinking, and naturally, imagination: I like them, or I don't like them. Is it possible for you to simply become aware of this movement when it arises and just look at it without maintaining the continuity of this image you have of them, without maintaining the continuity of thought from this imagination, but just looking? If you discover what it is to look without interfering, without getting involved, without giving credibility to it, without giving it imagination-if there is only looking-try it and see what happens.

Next time you meet someone you know, observe what happens in that moment-how quickly the brain processes this image, which is thinking, and brings up thought about them, and how quickly imagination arises: I don't like them, or I like them.

Observe this. So, next time you meet someone, I invite you to simply become aware of this mechanism. Just become aware, just look, but do not interfere, do not get involved with it.

This is the real way of looking without the observer, of looking without the thinker, of looking without this experiencer, who is the element that has already experienced other contacts with them. At that moment, you eliminate the experiencer, you eliminate the thinker, you eliminate the observer. By doing this, you are, for the first time, entering into direct contact with the moment, without someone present in this contact-this "me," this "I," this ego. This requires the presence of looking, of perceiving, of becoming aware without the "I," without this element in you that always comes from the past to get involved with the present moment.

This is the real way of understanding the fact of thought, the awareness of thought. See, it is no longer a theory, an idea, or something you heard being presented here. You are, at this moment, becoming aware of your reactions, of the fact of your reactions before him or her. If, when meeting someone, they praise you, do the same-just become aware of what the other person says, but do not get involved.

Notice, we are not dealing with something so simple. Not getting involved with a compliment, not allowing yourself to be taken over by a feeling of euphoria, pleasure, or egoic fulfillment-this requires the presence of this attention, of just listening to what the other person says. This applies to a compliment, but it also applies to criticism.

Just listen, noticing that element that comes from the past to receive the criticism with anger or to receive the flattery with pleasure and gratification, and do not confuse yourself with this.

Just become aware of it. At that moment, you are in the presence of this attention, this way of looking at your relationships. This is the foundation for Self-Awareness.

This is what gives you the foundation for the awakening of this spiritual intelligence, for the blossoming of this divine wisdom. So, on a certain level, knowledge, thought, and experience are necessary-professionally, technically, in recognizing your name, or in simply recalling an event, an occurrence, or to speak a language, thought, knowledge, and memory are necessary. But notice, here we are addressing a separate identity-the "I," the ego-being involved in this.

Here we are telling you that at the level of this real consciousness, this divine consciousness, the sense of the "I," of the ego, has no place. We have spent an entire lifetime confusing ourselves with the sense of someone always present in our relationships-with the world around us, with others, with ourselves. So, we are always continuing this thought, this imagination of someone present. Can we eliminate this imagination, this sense of the "I"? Can we place only attention on this moment, on these reactions that arise when something happens internally or when an external challenge arises?

So, notice, here with you, we are working with you, for example, on the end of fear. Observe that fear is nothing other than the presence of thought creating situations of an unpleasant future to come. Can we eliminate thought? If you eliminate thought of this future, you eliminate imagination, and this is the end of fear. We are dealing with life as it happens, but when we sustain our psychological life, based on thought and thus on imagination, the sense of ego is present, confusion is present, suffering is present.

There is no life in thought. In thought, there is only imagination. So, when people ask how to deal with fear, the question for you is this: what is fear? Without the presence of thought, where is fear? If I ask you what you are afraid of, you need thought to tell me what you fear.

If you feel fear, you need imagination-which is the presence of thought-to feel fear. Becoming aware of the reality of your Self is becoming aware of the movement of thought, of the movement of this thinker.

It is this thinker, this thought, that sustains internal states of conflict, disorder, and suffering, such as the issue of fear. How to deal with fear? Here, the question is: how to deal with thought? Because thought is the foundation of fear. Your fear is always of something, but it is always of something that thought communicates to you.

Without the presence of thought, there is no fear. An interesting thing about fear is that fear is always related to the future-to what might happen or what happened and might happen again. Thought is always present in this matter of fear.

So, we need to deeply investigate this truth about thought. Here, with you, we are working on this in these meetings. We have a playlist here on wisdom, intelligence, and knowledge.

The awareness of the truth of your Self is the blossoming of your real nature, your divine nature-a life free from thought, a life free from this element that is the thinker. It is the freedom of your Self; it is the freedom of God.

Here we have meetings on weekends to deepen this with you. So, on Saturday and Sunday, we are together. You have our WhatsApp link in the video description to get closer to these meetings.

In addition, we have in-person meetings and also retreats. If this is something that makes sense to you, leave your like, subscribe to the channel, and comment here: yes, this makes sense. Ok? See you soon.

Thank you for the meeting, and see you next time.

Wisdom, intelligence, knowledge | Learning about Self-Awareness | What is thought?

I want to start this talk by asking you a question: Have you ever played Monopoly? In it, you can become a great, powerful multi-multimillionaire businessman. You know that in this game, the winner is the one who buys the most houses, farms, neighborhoods-the one who acquires the greatest number of properties. That's the one who wins, or the one who does not go bankrupt. So, if you don't go bankrupt and if you manage to buy a lot, you end up winning the game.

When you look at life, notice that we don't take playing very seriously. After all, a game is not meant to be taken seriously. We have fun playing. We don't take a game seriously. A game is meant to be fun. Although, even in this, in the "ego," we complicate things too much. There are those who don't want to lose.

Guys, it's a game! It's just a game. Do you see? You are in front of a game. You can win, and you can lose. So, in general, a game is not taken seriously. Not normally. Some do; okay, they are the exceptions! Maybe these exceptions are even a large number of those who play but don't know how to play because they take it too seriously.

Now, in general, look at human life. What is this life, as you know it? Notice: here, you believe that you also own, acquire, buy, accumulate assets. You fulfill purposes, objectives, dreams, goals. This is typical of this mind model that we know as human beings, in this condition, which is the condition we investigate here with you in these meetings-the condition of the "I," the condition of the "ego."

The idea we have is that we are someone who can have, who needs to have, and who seeks to have. The truth about this is that we are taking this too seriously. First, the idea of "being someone" in order to "have things," to "hold onto these things" so that they don't disappear from our hands. So, we don't want to go bankrupt. We want to keep acquiring, accumulating, possessing, to win the game. For us, this is life.

Here, with you, we are investigating this, becoming aware of this so-called life as we know it. Here, we are investigating with you the truth of the illusion of this life we know. To us, this is very real, very true. "We have" properties, "we have" businesses, "we have" hotels, farms, enterprises, companies, "we have" family; "we" acquire, sell, buy, lose, win. All of this is very real.

Here, we are investigating with you the Truth that we are facing a great Divine Game. We received this game. It was given to us. Now, we are playing the game, but we do not realize that we are in front of a game. We are taking it too seriously and going through all these pains of losses because of the attachments to these things.

Notice, this is the problem of the "I" with this "mine." What is the Truth about this? The simple and direct Truth is that this game is just a game. The Truth about this is that it was given to you as a gift, just as a game. Therefore, do not take it seriously; do not argue, do not get upset, do not cry, do not attack, do not become violent, aggressive when you lose; and do not get too excited when you win-because this winning is not a winning, and this losing is not a losing.

Here, with you, we are investigating the Real Understanding of Life. This Real Understanding places you in a state of Awareness, Wisdom, Divine and Real Intelligence, to deal with what is within the known, that is, to deal with all these appearances as appearances within a game.

The understanding of this sets you free from the weight of this psychological condition, where you see yourself as this "I" who truly has what it believes to have and calls "mine" when you say "my" house, "my" car, "my" family, "my" businesses, "my" farm, "my" city, "my" neighborhood, "my" world, "my" history. This sense of "mine" and this sense of "I" go together in this context, where the illusion is present that what you are living within the known is Real Life.

Here, with you, we are exploring this question of Wisdom, of Divine Life, of Life in Spiritual Intelligence, free from the weight of knowledge. So, Wisdom, Intelligence, and Knowledge. Real Intelligence is the Intelligence of God. Wisdom is the vision of Real Life as it happens. And this Knowledge is what has guided the thought model present in each of us, giving us the illusion that we are facing Reality.

No, we are not facing Reality. We are facing a great Divine Dream, a great Divine Game, a great Divine Play. But, as long as we do not understand this question of the known, this question of knowledge-which is what we have of the known-which has thought as its principle, we will be living within this illusion.

And this is what we are inviting you here to break, to undo, to rid yourself of, to assume the Awareness of the Reality of God-which is the Reality of your Self, which is your Divine Life-in order to deal with Life as it truly is: a great Divine Game, where everything here is happening, but as an appearance that is here now and soon will disappear.

Here, with you, we need to investigate a basic element that underlies all of this and that we underestimate. Here on this channel, we have a playlist to investigate this with you. It is within this context, in this playlist that we just mentioned here for you: Wisdom, Intelligence, and Knowledge. This is a playlist here on the channel. Later, take a look. And we have another playlist here, within the context of this vision, of this Spiritual Awakening, of this Spiritual Enlightenment. These various topics are also in playlists on the channel.

I want to address with you a subject that we truly underestimate, and we underestimate it a lot. That is why we are seeing this whole game, everything that life is, happening from this mistaken, confused, disoriented, illusory perspective of the "ego," the illusory "I," which carries this illusion of "mine." Notice, this is present due to ignorance. This is present due to an illusory vision.

Here, we are working on the Awakening of the Truth about ourselves. Becoming aware of the Reality of God is being able to witness this life happening as it truly is. Not from this illusion of an identity that sees itself as separate and possessing things, winning things and losing things; acquiring and losing. Being a master, owner, possessor, achiever of all this. We are facing something completely illusory.

We are simply in Life, within this apparition of existence, in this dream of existence, looking at all of this from a space that is unknown. Becoming aware of this unknown space, to look at life from this place, this new space, is what we are proposing here to you. That is what we are working on here with you. And this requires an understanding of this subject. Now I will tell you what this subject is.

The subject is something we underestimate. The subject is the question of thought. So, what is thought? It is a fundamental playlist here on the channel. We are always adding new videos to this playlist. What is the truth about thought?

What we do not know, what we are not yet aware of, is that this "bank," in quotes, this "Monopoly game," is a construction of thought. The remembrance of something, the recollection of something-and that is how we function psychologically-is the presence of memory. This remembrance, this recollection, is knowledge. This knowledge is thought.

So, what is thought? Thought is that, within you, which says things. Right now, if I ask you your name, thought expresses itself as words. If I now ask you if you have a car, an image appears within you. That image arises because of the presence of thought. That thought is the car. That car is a remembrance, it is a memory.

Thus, that car is one of "your" possessions, but the house too. You close your eyes, and you visualize "your" house. Visualizing is remembering it. If I ask you, are you married? You close your eyes and see the face of your spouse.

All of this is within thought! So, where is this world? It is within thought. So, what is this "Monopoly game," where, in it, you are this successful businessman? Where is all of this?

See, the life of the "I," which carries this "mine," is nothing but the presence of thought. So, what is thought? An image that memory constructs, that recollection makes us return to again and again, and again. That is thought.

So, we return to "our" things. We have "our" things. These "our" things, to which we constantly return, are within thought.

What is the truth about you? You do not know! Because you are confusing yourself with this "I," which is just a thought. A story about you is a memory. That memory gives us the illusion of the "I," of this "I" that has things. These things are thoughts that are also memories of what this "I" possesses, of what this "I" has.

Do you see? We are facing a dream. Can we break free from this into the reality of what is beyond thought?

Since we have just seen this here, all of this is within this set, which is thought. So, what is the Truth of Wisdom? The Truth of Wisdom makes you see life without the "I"! The presence of this Spiritual Intelligence, this Divine Intelligence, allows you to see life without this illusory "center," which is this "me," that sees itself as the "center" of this entire experience.

This experience is the dream, and this "center" is this "I," the dreamer. The end of this dreamer, of this "I," of this "center," is the end of the illusion of this dream, which is the dream of "mine," "my" things.

So, the vision of Wisdom is the vision of the reality of your Self. The point is that this Self is not within this "I," it is not part of this "mine." This Self is the Divine Reality. This is not something personal, it is not something that thought constructs.

The vision from this "space," this new "space," is the vision of life as it is truly happening. This Freedom of not confusing oneself with the experience of the present moment, seeing oneself as the experiencer of this experience, is the vision of Wisdom. The Freedom to deal with the game while recognizing the game. And, in this play, not confusing oneself with any of it, is to become Aware of the Reality of Life as it happens, as it happens free from the "I," free from this "me," from this "ego."

So, what is the Truth of Wisdom? It is the Truth of the vision of God. It is the vision of this Self. It is this gaze from this new "space." And how can we approach this? How can we, in fact, deal with experience without the illusion of "someone" present, in this Flow, this Freedom, this Happiness, this Peace, this Awareness of the Presence of Joy?

Notice: a game is a play. Within the game, we have this playful aspect. This playfulness of the game requires the presence of this innocence, the beauty of this child, aware of the Joy of playing. Life in God is Joy! It is Love, Peace, Freedom, Happiness! We do not know this because we are living without an understanding of what thought is.

The understanding of what thought is requires the freedom not to live any longer in the belief in the presence of this thinker. This thinker is the one who believes he is producing thoughts and identifying with them. See, the awareness that a thought is just a thought allows you to disidentify from this illusion, from the idea that there is "someone" in this thinking, that there is "someone" in this thought.

Thus, we eliminate the illusion of this "I." Can we discover life and deal with it in this New, Indescribable state, where this Innocence, this Joy, this Freedom, this absence of the "I" is present? And, therefore, this absence of possessing, of needing to acquire, in order to be happy, to be fulfilled, to achieve.

Can we assume the truth that it is impossible-and it is something completely unnecessary-to continue carrying this illusion, the illusion that everything is "mine" for this "I"? A free life is a life in Peace! If there is this Freedom, we have the presence of Love! Your contact with the experience of the present moment is a contact from this new and unknown place.

Your contact with this life, with this world, with this experience, with this entire apparition from this Indescribable, Unnameable "space," which is the "space" of Divine Reality, becomes possible when there is the abandonment of this "I."

That is why we are here emphasizing with you how to learn to assume this, to realize this in this life. How to learn about Self-Awareness. This learning about Self-Awareness brings you closer to this "gaze" free from thought, free from the idea of a "thinker" behind the thought. Therefore, it brings you closer to the Truth of meditation. It brings you closer to this Awareness of your own Self, which is the Awareness of God. It is when, in fact, at this moment, this Liberation occurs in this life.

This Liberation is what some have called Spiritual Enlightenment or Spiritual Awakening. It is when, in this new, indescribable state of Being, we have the presence of this Divine Consciousness, this Real Consciousness, which is the Consciousness of God. It no longer makes a difference whether the game is happening or if we close the game. There is something that transcends the game happening and that is also beyond the closed game.

This is the nature of God! It is the nature of your Self! What you are, in your Self, is beyond the known. And you can deal with all of this in a free way, where we have the presence of this Real Intelligence and True Wisdom, which is Divine Wisdom.

Here, in these meetings, we are exploring this subject with you, deepening this. For this purpose, we have online meetings on weekends, where on Saturday and Sunday we are together. Two days together, deepening, becoming aware of this, approaching the Truth about Self-Awareness. How to work on this in this life, within this Divine game, within this Divine dream, and realize this!

That is what we are doing together, so it's two days. You have the WhatsApp link here in the video description to participate in these weekend online meetings. Besides these meetings, we have in-person meetings and also retreats.

If this is something that makes sense to you, here is an invitation-go ahead and leave your like, subscribe to the channel, and comment here: "Yes, this makes sense."

Okay? And we'll see each other! Thanks for the meeting, and see you next time.

Search for spirituality. Meditation, expansion of consciousness. Dealing with fear. Mental consciousness.

Here on this channel, we are dealing with subjects that require us to look at them just to become aware of what is present here. It is not about agreeing or disagreeing with the subjects we address here with you on the channel. And why not? Because we are dealing with facts, with something that is simply observable.

For example, what do we address here with you? That which we truly consider as something fundamental, which is simply perceptible in the life of all of us. I am referring to these internal states-observe this-that we do not know how to deal with.

And this is, in fact, a reality for all of us. Human beings do not know how to deal with these internal, conflicting, distressing states, with the problems and suffering present in these states. And these states are countless, something that, in fact, we all know.

Notice, we all know them because we experience them within ourselves, but we do not know how to deal with them. This is where the issue of fear is present. Look at your life, and you will notice.

No matter how much we want to rid ourselves of the idea of fearing nothing, of carrying no form of fear, this is, in fact, not true. Because human beings carry many fears. In various forms. So, in many ways, we are suffering from fear.

There are multiple fears present, the fears are diverse. With different names, we have the presence of fear. It is interesting, our intellectual ability to take this issue of fear and give it various names.

Shyness is fear. Anxiety is fear. Worry is fear.

Boredom is a condition of dissatisfaction that carries some form of fear behind it. So is depression. Now, the list is very long of problems that we, as human beings, have.

And all of them are at a psychological level. They are part of this psychic structure within us. They are part of this psychological suffering present in each of us.

And we do not know how to deal with this. Here on the channel, we have had the patience to look again and once more, a third time, and again, and again, and again, and again, at these issues. Because, in truth, we do not know how to deal with them.

We have three very classic ways of seeking answers for ourselves in times of crisis. Either we seek psychology, psychotherapy-but only in times of deep crisis, fear in the form of panic, which we do not know how to deal with, a phobia-we seek psychotherapy, we seek religion, we seek philosophy, for example, clinical philosophy, some form of therapy.

So, our tendency is that in times of crisis, we are searching for help. Here on the channel, we are discovering with you how to go beyond this psychological condition of psychological suffering, of psychic suffering. And this is realized when we realize the truth about ourselves.

So, no external help can give us the final liberation from all this psychological condition that represents this sense of the "I," of this "me," of this person, how we position ourselves in the world, how we position ourselves in life.

So, here we are addressing with you the truth of the blossoming of your divine nature. Here we are with you deepening this issue of the Awakening of Consciousness, of Spiritual Enlightenment. This entire language is what we use here because, in general, people are linking this freedom of being to something they have already heard about, linked to these names, linked to these expressions.

But here, when we address with you this liberation in life, we are addressing the truth of your own Self, understood, experienced.

We are not living in the truth of what we are, or rather, the truth of what we are as part of this model of life and existence, which, as facts, demonstrate themselves in our experiences of relationships or connections, this common pattern.

So, in truth, what we are is the sense of someone present in these internal states-conflicting, distressing, problematic, in disorder, in suffering. That is what, in fact, we as human beings are living. That is what, in fact, we are in this format of being someone.

But there is a reality beyond all this, which is unknown to most people. And yet, within us, there is an impulse or a search at a level we do not know, within each one of us, for this reality, which is the reality of God.

Follow this with me here. We are in life to realize this, to become aware of this reality, which is the reality of what we are in our being. The problem is that when we are born, we do not receive the instruction manual.

We do not know how this psychological model, this psychic model of being, works. So, we have an entire psychological formation within human history, forming a consciousness that is what we call my consciousness or self-consciousness, which some call individual consciousness. That is what we received from the world, that is what we received from culture.

We received a consciousness, a consciousness common to all. So, what we call individual consciousness is collective consciousness. This individual consciousness is, in fact, human consciousness. It is the consciousness of humanity.

It is interesting to say this here for you.

We do not know how to deal with ourselves. We have not learned this. We have not received instructions about this.

So, what we have as consciousness, this so-called human consciousness, which carries content that is at a conscious level within us and also unconscious within each of us, there is no understanding of how it works.

We do not know how we function psychologically. This explains our interest in investigating this study about who we are, here on the channel.

When we seek help, we generally do so already in very acute states of crisis. But no matter how much we may be helped, we do not have a final definition for this psychological condition of complication, disorder, problems.

Here we are telling you that, in life, we need to study ourselves, to understand how we function. The detail is that no one can do this for you, in your place. You need to study yourself.

One interesting aspect we need to highlight here for you:

We cannot study this according to this or that specialist, in this or that book, or in a great collection of books, or by moving from one specialist to another specialist, or by trying to find in teachers what, within each of us, must be revealed to ourselves.

What is it that we need to see revealed to ourselves? The truth about who we are.

The truth about who we are now, here. And the reality we carry beyond what is here.

Becoming aware of what is in this moment. Because what is, is what we are. What do we have here? Becoming aware of this and going beyond what is here.

What is present here are these internal states with which we do not know how to deal. One detail is that these internal states always find expression externally in our relationships.

Grief, contradiction, conflict, our level of bad mood, dissatisfaction, suffering-these are present in our relationships. Looking at what is here is becoming aware of what is in this moment.

And we need to go beyond this, to our natural state of being, which, in truth, is not this. This state we find ourselves in is the common state, present in this psychological condition of disorder, confusion.

We are repeating, like all humanity within this consciousness that we believe to be individual. Notice, it is human consciousness and, therefore, the consciousness of all humanity. It is the consciousness common to all.

Therefore, this is a collective consciousness. The expressions we have of representing this sense of the "I," of the ego, present in me, is something present in every human being.

Envy is present, anger is present, anguish, frustration, existential pain, insecurity in relationships. We have various internal states that manifest externally in our life, in our living.

And this is present not as something I individually have, but as something present in every human being. It is not something particular to me. It is something that exists within this context of collective consciousness. Are we together?

Thus, the human being has a search or a pursuit for this so-called spirituality. The search for spirituality. We have addressed this here on the channel. We have several videos on this subject.

This so-called search for spirituality. And in this search for spirituality, people engage in all kinds of techniques or practices in this pursuit of so-called spirituality to rid themselves of states such as, for example, fear.

When they ask: how to deal with fear? Here we have several videos addressing this topic: how to deal with fear? And someone might think, "Ah, I need to find in this spirituality an answer to this."

So, they engage in something like meditation for the expansion of consciousness because they believe that this way, they will be free from fear.

We need to discover what this consciousness is, as we have just stated here for you. This consciousness is human consciousness.

The idea of a consciousness separate from this is an idea, a concept, a belief. There is a reality, yes, beyond this human consciousness.

What we have addressed here on the channel and have called real consciousness. But this is not something within the known.

This real consciousness is not something available or something passive for a project like this project called "expansion of consciousness."

The reality of your Self is consciousness, but it is not this consciousness as we know it, as we identify it.

So, we are speaking of a reality that is beyond what someone can reach, realize, or do something with. Like, for example, expanding this thing.

The reality of your Self is full consciousness. That does not expand. It is divine nature, it is the nature of God, it is the nature of the truth about you.

The Awakening of Consciousness is the awakening of this essential nature, of this divine nature. This is something unreachable by thought.

This is something outside of this consciousness. This consciousness that is mental consciousness, that is human consciousness.

The reality of your Self is happiness, it is real consciousness, it is the presence of reality.

A contact with the truth about who we are reveals what is beyond what we seem to be, beyond what we are in this context of egoic, separatist, dualistic human life, and therefore filled with conflicts, filled with problems.

Thus, divine revelation, the revelation of God, the revelation of truth, is the end of this condition.

Nature did not give us this manual because, in fact, we do not need this instruction manual.

All we need is to recognize the truth that we are, that we carry, that is present when illusion ends.

We do not need this instruction manual, but we need to become aware of Self-Awareness, to know ourselves.

We do not need this manual because no manual is possible for this. It is the recognition of what we are when we study ourselves, when we learn to look.

We do not need a manual to learn to look at our reactions. We need to discover the illusion of someone present in this moment, the one who tries to deal with life from their personal, particular, egocentric perspective.

I am referring to this illusory identity, to this "me," to this "I," to this person. What is this? A model of thought that we carry about who we are and about what we know of life, about what we know of ourselves.

Here we need the art of learning, of learning to look without this element that is the "I," the observer, the one who looks from a curtain of ideas, beliefs, conclusions, concepts established by society, the world, culture.

One thing human beings do not know is that they are divine reality when the illusion of this idea of being someone is no longer present.

And we are loaded, burdened with this idea.

Here on the channel, we are working with you to put an end to this through Self-Awareness.

We are learning this art of observing without the observer.

We have numerous videos here on the channel showing the difference between looking without this element that looks, listening without this element that hears things, that listens to things, feeling without this element involved in this feeling, which is the "I," the ego.

A real life is possible for each of us-a life free from this way or this model of life centered on the "I," the ego.

Therefore, it is not about the illusion of what thought has built around the truth of spirituality.

There are numerous illusions that thought has established as rules or formulas to achieve something, see, that thought has idealized as divine truth, as the truth of God, as the truth of spirituality.

The truth of spirituality is the knowledge of God. It is not about someone becoming spiritualized, but it is the truth of what you are, in your Real Self, revealing itself, here and now, free from this condition where all this context of mental conditioning, of mental consciousness, is established, in which the illusion of this "I" exists, separate from the other, separate from life, separate from God.

So, this is our purpose here with you on this channel and also on our other channels here on YouTube.

You have here, in the video description, our link to learn more.

In addition, we have online meetings that take place on weekends.

Saturday and Sunday we are together, working directly on this issue of the Awakening of Consciousness, this blossoming of our true nature, to go beyond this condition.

So, on Saturday and Sunday, through questions and answers, in this contact with the silence of this online meeting.

In the video description, you have our WhatsApp link to participate in these meetings.

Besides that, we have in-person meetings and also retreats, where we are together, spending a few days working on this, becoming aware of this, deepening, diving into this vision of reality, of what we are.

Therefore, if this is something that makes sense to you, leave your like here, subscribe to the channel, and leave a comment: Yes, it makes sense.

Okay?

And we'll see each other.

Thanks for the meeting, and see you next time.

Joel Goldsmith | Leave Your Nets | Spiritual Search | Marcos Gualberto

GC: Hello, everyone! We are here for another videocast. Once again, Master Gualberto is here with us. Thank you, Master, for being here. Today I am going to read an excerpt from Joel Goldsmith's book called "Leave Your Nets." In an excerpt from this book, Master, Joel makes the following comment: "This is seeking the Kingdom of God, and then things are added, because He pours out." In this excerpt, Joel comments on this issue of spiritual search. Can the Master share his vision on this subject of spiritual search?

MG: Gilson, this issue of spiritual search needs to be understood. As long as there is this movement of seeking, all we are doing is maintaining the idea of ??the future to achieve. However, here the question is: achieving what exactly? Note that the seeker is searching for an ideal to be found. We need to see this here: the first thing is the very idea ??a future to find something; the second is what we have as a project to find. See, here we are dealing with two aspects within the search, which we need to investigate if there is any truth in this. The spiritual seeker, in fact, what is he seeking? Whatever he is seeking will always be within that which his thought idealizes to be real. So, thought, in each one of us, idealizes, for each one of us, that which is real; but, look: that which is real for itself! That is why I said, "that which thought idealizes, in it, as being real."

So, see what a confused situation we have. This spiritual search is based on thought. Whatever thought is seeking is something that it idealizes for itself, and what it idealizes for itself is part of its content, because every thought has, in principle, that which it knows. Notice, observe this in yourself: you cannot have a thought of something unknown; every thought you have is something of the known. That is how our searches are. You can only be seeking that which you know. However, that which you know, identifiable by thought, is part of thought, it cannot be the Truth. So, we hardly pay attention to this; so basic, but at the same time, something very important. This whole search is a search within the known, because it is a search within that which thought idealizes as being real. But, if it is part of thought, it is within the known.

So, here, the first thing is to completely discard this idea of ??the possibility of having an encounter outside of the known, since this encounter, in the mind, will always be within the known. So, if the person is in this search for God, he cannot place God within the known. So, what kind of search is this that we do in this very movement of thought that we have? It is, naturally, a movement of searching for self-projection. What we need, Gilson, is a Realization of Reality, and not the search for that which thought idealizes as being real. So, this is the first aspect. And the second great aspect, determining illusion and failure in the search, is that every search presupposes time. Anything that you can find will not be Reality, because Reality is not found in time. It is verified exactly when time ends, because we are dealing with something that is not in the future.

We have to investigate the nature of what is happening to us. If we really intend to have a Divine Life, a Real Life; if we intend to discover something outside of this form of existence of a life model centered on the "I," centered on the ego, as has been the case in our lives, we have to investigate this issue that any element that you may find in your search is still part of the known, and that anything that you may find, you can only find within time. Saying it another way, Gilson: it is not the search that we need; it is exactly the end of the search, the end of this movement of searching, the end of this movement of seeking. So, we have just presented these two aspects to you, but now we have, here, a third aspect that is quite intriguing, quite interesting, which is the truth that you do not go to God. You don't have His address, He is not something within the known, He is not something within time. And this third aspect - which is very interesting and, at the same time, wonderful - is the fact that it is God who reveals Himself. It is not you who goes to Him, it is He who comes. When you are ready, He comes.

This expression is very common and well-known in this very environment of searching, but we cannot see what this expression means. The expression is as follows: "When the disciple is ready, the Master appears." Only when you are ready for this encounter, you do not go to Him, He comes to you. It is not you who finds God, it is God who finds you; you do not go to Grace, it is Grace that reveals itself. So, we only need to assume the truth of this encounter. In this sense, there is only one thing to do here: it is to answer this call when, by Divine Grace, it happens. If it is happening to you at this moment, it is by an Action of Grace that you are here in this encounter. If this moment is happening to you, it is by a Divine Action that you are receiving a call to go beyond the world, to go beyond the mind, to go beyond the body, to go beyond the "I."

Therefore, Gilson, our great encounter with Truth is Truth assuming this Its own space in our mind, in our heart; expressing, thus, the Truth of Itself, assuming this place of Itself, because this is Its place. There is no one present here, in life, other than That. That is the Reality, God is the only Reality. So, it is this Divine Grace that draws us to It. It is not a search that we need, but rather a sensitivity, vulnerability and willingness to work directly towards this Awakening, due to this great Divine Call. And this is exactly what we are proposing here for you: to have an approach to the Reality of your Being, to the Reality of God, simply by becoming available and learning what it is to learn about yourself, what it is to observe reactions, to become available for this work.

When we are ready, there is, within each one of us, something burning for this, then a work really happens in this direction. Discover what it means to look, to become aware, to be conscious of yourself, in this moment. of these thoughts, feelings, emotions, sensations, actions, gestures, language, words. Whatever is emerging at this moment, just look, discover what it means getting closer to this comprehension of yourself, this study of yourself. We have several videos on the channel here. In them, we are showing you how to have a real approach to Self-awareness, the Awareness of Meditation and all these elements linked to this psychological condition in which we find ourselves and to which we are prisoners, due to this background of conditioning that has not been investigated, that needs to be investigated and, naturally, discarded. This direct look, this realization of that which is not real, is the end of that which is not real, something that occurs naturally through this action of this Presence, through this action of this Divine Grace.

GC: Master, we have a question from a subscriber on the channel, who makes the following comment and asks: "I have immense pain and sadness, and I cannot find peace. I'm always complaining. I'm not happy, even though everything is fine. Is this the past?"

MG: So, Gilson, this statement... This, in reality, is the portrait of this psychological condition where this sense of separation is present. The human being, Gilson, carries the pain of the sense of separation between him and life, between him and Grace, between him and God. This is present because of this ego-identity, this movement that is the movement of the "I," which is the movement of the ego. The end of this psychological condition requires the investigation of the nature of the "I," and, naturally, this "I," this ego, this sense of separate identity, which sustains conflict, suffering, disorder, and all these conditions present in this model of a suffering psyche, of a suffering human mind, is something that, naturally, is the result of thought, feeling, emotion, sensation, and experiences. And all of this, naturally, is the result of the sense of the present "I." And this "I" is nothing other than accumulation of knowledge, experience, as it was said - the past.

This sense of someone present now, here, who sees oneself as someone present, is the sense, the feeling, the thought, the sensation of being here and that one was present there yesterday, and tomorrow one will be somewhere else. This is the old movement of psychological time, which situates us as someone present, at this moment, who came from the past. See, we are faced with a game of thought, this idea of ??someone present, and thought is, naturally, the past. This idea of ??being someone, this feeling of being someone, with all the suffering that this represents, is nothing other than this ego-identity, something that has no reality outside of thought. And thought is, naturally, the past. Can we break this psychological condition of ego-identity of someone who lives in time, who came from the past, is now here present, moving towards the future?

Our work here consists of becoming aware of this psychological condition of illusory identity, of ego-identity. Once we are aware that all the movement present in you is the movement of thought, which is constantly present in you - I refer to this element of thought that is constantly throwing you into the future or the past and, in this present moment, is creating states of feelings, emotions and sensations, and justifying these states based on thought - to break with this is to discover something beyond the "I," beyond the ego, which is the nature of Truth, of That which is present here, beyond the mind. Gilson, we were born to realize This, to assume This Truth, the Truth that there is no one present. It is strange, it is paradoxical, but it is exactly like that; there is no one present who was born, who is living and who will die. We are simply, here at this moment, facing a great divine dream. Waking up from this dream, freeing yourself from this idea of ??someone present, is Liberation in this life, it is the awareness of the Presence of Truth, of Love, of Freedom, it is the Awareness of God, whatever name we want to give That. We are talking about something beyond the dream, beyond the known, beyond this psychological condition in which we find ourselves. Some even say that it is not really a dream, it is something that is more like a nightmare. The fact is that we are facing something that thought is producing and we can break with it. And that is exactly what we are working on here, with you: to become aware of this reality, to go beyond this psychological condition of ego-identity - someone who was born, is alive and will die. Here, there is life happening and the reality of life as it is. Present in it, the only Reality, which is the Reality of God. This is the Reality of your Being; this is the Reality of your Real Nature. You were born for Happiness, you were born for Love, you were born for the Awareness of your Being, which is the Truth of God.

GC: Master, we have another question from a subscriber here on the channel. Almerinda makes the following comment and asks: "Another video to 'trigger breakthroughs.' Master, so is this the state that Jesus calls the Kingdom of Heaven? Thank you very much."

MG: So, we are facing Divine Reality; we can give it many names. Jesus called it "The Kingdom of Heaven," but the name does not have much relevance and any idea we have about That is false. Like any word we use to designate That, we will still be dealing with words, concepts, ideas, thoughts. Assuming the Truth of That which is you in your Being, realizing this Truth here and now, going beyond this illusion of this sense of separation, where there is you and life, you and God - that is what it is about. Now, as for giving it a name, we can call it any name. Now, I have always given some warnings here, Gilson, one of them is this: It is essential that we leave behind conclusions, beliefs, ideas, concepts, words. Perhaps you say: "Ah, now I understand!", "Ah, now I understand!", "Ah, now I get it!" . Who is this "I" who understood, who comprehended, who got it? Reality is outside the "I," so it is not about someone who knows, but Truth revealing itself as You, in your Natural State. If this is present, names do not matter. Ideas, concepts, conclusions, all of that is thrown away, because we are faced with this one Reality.

This one Reality is beyond language, beyond speech, beyond names. When thought ceases, ideas also disappear, words also disappear, concepts also disappear. So, at that moment, there is no longer anyone designating, naming, explaining, drawing conclusions, or ready to believe or disbelieve. It is essential that we have an approach to life beyond thought, beyond the mind, beyond ideas. In this approach, the sense of someone disappears. The importance of an encounter at this level is that, when this is present, the only Reality present is Truth itself, and this Truth is unnamable, indescribable. A Real approach of ourselves, when we learn to look, to observe, to become aware of ourselves; when we begin to become aware of our reactions without interfering with them, just observing, becoming aware, we are in the real process of this unlearning about ourselves.

This is what I have called "the truth about this learning about Self-awareness." As this sense of "I" dissolves, something new takes over this space, and this new something is of Real Intelligence, of Real Wisdom, of Real Awareness of Truth, but there is no one there. When Wisdom is present, when Intelligence is present, when Truth is present, Divine Reality takes over all the space, and this is your Natural State of Being. It is the Truth about You, it is the Truth about God, it is the Truth about the other, it is the Truth about life. In your Natural State of Being there is this Freedom, there is this indescribable Beauty, there is this unnamable "thing" . This is your Real encounter with life, in which life is sovereign, Reality is sovereign, God is sovereign. There is no you, there is no "me," there is no "I."

GC: Gratitude, Master, gratitude; our time has come to an end. Gratitude for yet another videocast. And for those of you who are watching the video until the end and have a genuine and sincere desire to comprehend these truths, we invite you to participate in the meetings that Master Gualberto offers. These are online meetings, which we can attend from the comfort of our own homes; they are held on weekends, Saturdays and Sundays. There are also in-person meetings and retreats, which are held in the city of Gravatá, in Pernambuco (Brazil). In these meetings, whether online or in-person, the Master answers our questions directly and, in addition, because He already lives in this Awakened State of Consciousness, He shares this energy of Presence in the meetings. And, in this sharing, we are taking a ride on the Master's energy and this helps a lot, it makes it much easier for us to understand ourselves, to have a vision beyond what our intellectual understanding can reach. So, here is the invitation. In the first comment, pinned, there is a WhatsApp link to participate in these meetings. And Master, once again, thank you for the videocast.

How to find God? Search for spirituality. Conditioned mind. What is thought? How to think?

Here, together, we are investigating some things with you. I want to point to this relationship with this encounter with God. How can we find God? What is the truth about this encounter? Is this really possible? And how does it happen? How does it become possible? Another subject here is the relationship between this and the truth about thought, the difference between how thought happens in us, which is about what to think - which is how we function in this sense of the "I," in this sense of the ego -, the difference between this and how to think.

So, let's clarify this calmly here, let's put it here in parts. The first part is: what is this encounter with God? Because the question is: how can we find God? I have insisted a lot on this here. The idea of ??encountering God is the idea that He is there and that I am here. See, what is the truth of this "He," who is God, there? What is the truth of this "I," who am I, here? What is the truth about God? What is the truth about me?

Here, the first point is that we are faced with two forms of thought, which were given to us by culture, of what represents what to think. See, there are thoughts within us that are given to us by society, by the world, by the context of life in which we find ourselves psychologically, socially and culturally. So, we have a model of thinking that is given to us by the world; so, we know what to think. This "what to think" is what the world thinks, what society thinks, what the common mind of everyone, in this common consciousness of everyone, has: this is how we think.

So, our way of dealing with life is based on this "what to think." We do not know the truth of how, by ourselves, to become aware of life as it happens, so we have no way of thinking, because we have what we receive from society. So, our way of thinking is the form of a conditioned mind. Our mind is programmed, structured, educated to think the same way as everyone else thinks; to feel as everyone feels and also to behave, act, and do as everyone else does, because we are within a conditioned mind. So, observe this here calmly.

So, when we talk about finding God, you see, we are already within a proposal that was given to us by this common model of thought, which is the idea that God is there, somewhere far away, to be found, and that there is someone here, who is "me," as a real element, to find God. You see, all this language is the language of conditioned thought, of the conditioned mind. So, they gave us what to think about, they didn't teach us how to think.

Here, together, we are investigating with you what a real approach to God is, and this real approach to God is not an encounter with God, but it is an acknowledgment of a present Reality that is unreachable by thought, indescribable by words, unattainable by the mind. This Divine Reality is that which is present here and now. When we completely strip ourselves of this illusion, which is the illusion of someone being here, in order to at some point have an encounter with God, who is somewhere in the future, in time, when we completely strip ourselves of this, we will immediately have the clear awareness that a Reality is present, and this reality is not the "person," it is not the "me," it is not the "I."

So, we need to get closer to the truth about this issue, this encounter through the search for spirituality - this is a playlist here on the channel. All of these subjects here, how to think, the search for spirituality, how to find God, all of this is on the channel in the form of a playlist, because each of these subjects needs to be deepened. So, we are investigating each of these topics through dozens of videos, because we need to be perfectly clear about all of this so as not to fall into this mistake, so common to everyone, regarding these topics.

So, this so-called search for spirituality, after all, what is this, "search for spirituality?" After all, what does it mean to seek spirituality? The Reality of your Being is the Divine Reality; you do not find this Reality by searching, by seeking. Everything here revolves around a verification of this Divine Life of yours, this Real Life of yours, which is the Life of God.

So, the idea is of God in time to be found. If, for example, I give you an address and you have never been to that place, you have an address to find the place. So, to find a certain place, you need an address, because you have never been there. So, there are a few things here: There is the distance from where you are to that place - we have a distance - we also have the presence of time, the time to go from here to that place, and we have a third thing, the fact that you are completely unaware of that place.

Here, when we talk about God, we are talking about something else. God is not a reality in time. So, it is not about something that is not here and is in time, in this so-called future, to be found; it is not about something that requires a distance between what is here and what is there - we also have this issue of distance, and this is not real for this Divine Reality. And another point is that we are not talking about something that is foreign to you; it is unknown to you, but it is not foreign.

Notice this instant, this moment, when you come across a speech like this, when there is this instant of encounter. Because it is necessary for you to be in a real moment for this encounter, and here and now, it is clear: it is an encounter of verification. It is not an encounter in time, it is not an encounter going from point A to point B; it is not a point of distance, it is not an encounter of a point of distance. Here it is an encounter of realization. When you are ready, a speech like this sounds very, very clear to you, although on a level outside the intellect, since this intellect in us is also a movement of conditioned thought.

See, this is where we have all the difficulty. It is not that you do not identify it. You identify it, because it is something inherent in the nature of your Being. There is something in you that shows you clearly that you are facing something real, but it is something that thought in you does not reach, because it is outside of thought, because it is outside of conditioning. So, what is the truth of this encounter with God? The truth about it is in this looking, in this approaching, in this realization, through Self-awareness, of this present Reality, in this instant.

This vision of our approach to Divine Reality is something that reveals itself when illusion ends, when this sense of someone present, which is the "I," is no longer there; and all we need, in this life, for the awareness of this is the end of this conditioned mind. And what is this conditioned mind? It is the way we think. This way we think is about what to think. We always have something to think about, there is always what society has given us to think about. You were raised listening, within the culture, from the first days with your parents telling you what was right, what was wrong, what you should do, what you shouldn't do, "you can't do this," "you can't do that," "this is right," "this is wrong," "don't talk like that."

We hear our parents using language, and we learn. Some children learn to swear because their parents say it, although, contradictorily, they are telling their children: "Don't swear," but the child learns by example. If the father swears and says "don't swear," the child will swear; maybe they won't swear in front of them, their parents, but they will swear when they are away from them, because the example is more powerful than affirmation of words, verbal statements, theoretical teachings. The example is the great teacher, in this case, for the child.

So, we have a conditioned mind, we are conditioned by culture, tradition, philosophy, psychology, social values, and our parents' behavior; we are conditioned to speak, to feel, to act, to behave, and we grow up this way. So, our mind is conditioned, our life is psychologically conditioned to this model. So, we always have and receive from society, more and more, about what to think, how to think, this "what to think" that they give us.

We do not know the truth about what real thinking is, true thinking, how to think free from this context of culture, this context of mental conditioning, psychological, philosophical, spiritualist, religious, traditional, and family programming. Here, together, we are approaching the investigation of the Truth of this Revelation about who we are, for the end of this mental conditioning, for the emergence of a new mind, a free mind, outside of this format, this model, outside of this pattern, and for this we need to learn to investigate our reactions, to become aware of what thought is within us.

So, the question is: What is thought? This is another topic here on the channel. To delve deeper into this question about what thought is, how thought is processed, how you react to an insult, an offense, a rejection; how you react to praise, flattery, congratulations; how you feel when you are accepted, loved; how you feel when you are rejected, excluded. What are your reactions? So, what is thought at this moment? How do you process all of this?

So, to learn to look at your reactions, learn how thought works within you, forming pictures, images, giving you a vision of the other within concepts, prejudices, images, and pictures that you make of him or her, that you also make of yourself. To become aware of your reactions, learn to observe the mind, learn to observe thought, become aware of this. This is when we can dismiss from our lives, just by looking directly, all this mediocrity, all this basis of life guided by conditioned thought, producing confusion, producing suffering, producing disorder in our lives.

So, how can we have this encounter with Divine Reality? By having this verification of this Reality present in this instant, when we free ourselves from this "I"; and to free ourselves from this "I" is to free ourselves from this model of illusory identity present, in this format of conditioned mind. Because this "I" is nothing other than this conditioning. You are always repeating the same patterns of human conditioning, of mental conditioning, this is the "I"; and if this is present, you are inside a prison.

Divine Reality, the Reality of God, is the Truth about You; when It reveals itself, there is a new way of feeling, thinking and acting in life, because in this moment, it is present what this real thinking, this real feeling, this real living is, because we are before Reality, which is the Reality of God. This is the end of all searching, of all seeking; this is the end of all this movement outwards, for a real awareness of the Reality of life happening in this moment, where Beauty, Freedom, Love, Bliss are present.

You were born to, in this life, become aware of That which is present, which is beyond birth and death. You were born to become aware that the Reality that is You and your Being is Something that is outside of the known and, therefore, Something outside of this mind and this world that thought sees, that this conditioned thought model has.

This is what we are doing together here, Saturday and Sunday, working with you. There are online meetings on the weekends, two days together. Here, in the video description, you can find our WhatsApp link for these online meetings on weekends. In addition, we have in-person meetings and retreats. Conditioned Mind. Learning Self-Awareness. Observer and the Observed. How to Get Out of Suffering

Here is a question that we will answer very directly for you. The question is: how to get out of suffering? Look, suffering is very common. Suffering in many forms, in many expressions.

This is something present in human life as part of the confusion in which one finds oneself. Anxiety is present, anguish, depression, fear-all of these topics we have been exploring here with you. And suffering is part of all this; it is part of all these issues we have, of this order.

So, psychic suffering is something present in human beings. But we also have different forms of suffering present. We have this psychological suffering, but we also have physical suffering.

Thus, we are familiar with the various types of suffering present in human life. And here, the question is: how to get out of suffering? Here, putting it directly: you cannot get out of suffering. The sense of the person present, which is how we see ourselves in this context of existence, in this context of life, is basically suffering.

As long as we are living in this formulation of the identity of the "I," within this form of existence in separation, in duality-and here, duality or separation is the idea of "I and him," "we and them"-there will be suffering because we are dealing here with an illusion. And as long as there is illusion, due to the presence of ignorance, there will be suffering. And why is this ignorance present? Naturally, this illusion.

And suffering is within this context. Why does this occur? Why does this happen? Because we lack an understanding of truth, of the truth of life, without the "I," without the person. It is in this context of life as a person, or of the person in life, that suffering is present because this separation is present: the person and life, this "I" and the "not-I."

This ignorance is something present when we lack a vision of truth about life, about what life is. However, understanding life, understanding what it is, requires understanding how we are in this context of life, how life is or how it presents itself to each of us. Thus, without first having an understanding of this, we do not and will never have an end to suffering.

Suffering is nothing more than what thought evaluates, interprets, and translates. It is constantly making choices about what is, placing judgments on how it should be or should happen. All of this is within this context of the pattern of thought operating within us, in this brain that is conditioned, within this conditioned mind.

Thus, something we need to explore here with you is this issue of this conditioned mind, which is part of this present ignorance that sustains this illusion. So, we ignore the truth about who we are.

We lack this learning about Self-Awareness, about the truth of who we are. All our actions based on this conditioned pattern of thought, in this conditioned mind, in what we have been working on with you and showing you that it is part of this consciousness we know-this consciousness we know is conditioned consciousness.

As long as our actions are sprouting from this pattern of thought and, therefore, from this ignorance, this form of being we know, there will be suffering because the presence of this suffering is due to the presence of ignorance, this confusion in which we find ourselves internally, psychologically. And all of this is the result of a background we carry.

This is our conditioning. This is the conditioning of thought, the conditioning of the mind, the conditioning of consciousness-this background. The way you respond to life at this moment, the way you interact with the experience of this instant, based on this background that comes from the past, is the maintenance of this continuity of the ego. Thus, it is simply impossible, notice, for suffering to end. Humans will continue to suffer until the end of their days.

In one way or another, suffering will be present due to the presence of this ignorance, this background of conditioning, which is the conditioning of the "I." Thus, the mind is conditioned, and so is the brain.

All the knowledge you have about life, based on this past you carry, which is all of humanity's history, means we are not here, at this moment, within this context, dealing with life as it happens. We are interpreting, evaluating, comparing, judging, bringing from the past a contact with life in this moment. So, we have life at this instant, the truth of life as it shows itself to be, as it is.

And we bring from the past this idea of life as it should be, as it could be, as it would be. Thus, the past-this psychological heritage of human culture, of interpretation, reinterpretation, and evaluation of the present moment-situates us in life as someone present within it, separate from it. This is the "I," this is the ego, this is ignorance.

This is where the illusion lies. This is where the suffering lies. Follow this calmly.

A real approach to life is an approach without the "I" and, therefore, without the past. Notice, a question for you: when you come across someone, who are you really facing? I ask the question and already provide the answer.

You are only facing someone you know, someone you recognize. Thus, that someone you know, that you recognize, is actually not there-they are within you because every reference you have of him or her is based on the knowledge you carry and the experience you have.

Notice the importance of this observation. When you come across someone, that someone is nothing other than the person you form of him or her-the image, the figure, the photograph you have of him or her.

Thus, in this encounter with someone, there is always this element that is the observer within you, who observes from the past. So, when you meet the husband, you are, in fact, encountering an image, a concept, an idea about him or about her if it is the wife. This encounter is, in fact, a projection of this observer.

This observer within you is the very image it is projecting and dealing with. Thus, notice how important this is here. We believe that we know people-we know the image we have of them, because this is the experience we have with these images in this contact with him or her.

So, our relationships, for example, our relationships with people, are relationships that rest on, that are based on this element, which is the observer. And this observer is the "I," this me, the person I am. But this person I am is a thought I have about who I am. It is in this thought I have about who I am-and this is the observer-that the image I have of who he is or she is is present.

Thus, our relationships are all falsified relationships because they are relationships between images. The image I have of him, the image he has of me. So, when we meet, these encounters are established as negotiations between images, negotiations between observers.

Here's the question for you: where is the reality? Since these encounters are between thoughts, between images, between projections of this observer. It's very simple.

There is no truth in these encounters. These encounters' truths are encounters of dreams. Such are our relationships with life, with situations, with circumstances-this element from the past, the observer, is always present. And notice, it is not separate from what it is observing. What it is observing is itself. Here we have a playlist about this subject.

The more you approach these talks, the clearer it will become for you what we are presenting here. There is no separation between the observer and the observed.

We are within the same phenomenon. The idea of someone present, separate from life, from the other, or from what surrounds them, sustains this resistance to life as it happens.

So, we are living within a life created, sustained, and produced by thought. This is the illusion condition of the sense of "I" in this particular life, which is the egoic life, the self-centered life. Therefore, there is no way to end this suffering.

So, when people ask, "How to get out of suffering?" they do not understand that there is no separation between the suffering and what they are. The idea, the belief, is that suffering is separate from me, but, in truth, this me is the suffering. Just as the other is me.

I am never in real contact with him or her, just as I do not enter into real contact with suffering. Thus, ignorance is what is present in this idea of this me, this "I." This is the condition of the conditioned mind, of this conditioned consciousness, of this model of identity of the "I."

Getting closer to oneself is learning about Self-Awareness. And this learning requires that, at this moment, you discover what it means to look without this observer.

So, what does it mean to look at this moment without the observer? When you look at someone without the presence of this approach, of this learning about yourself, you are merely maintaining the continuity of this framework of duality, of separation, where this observer and the observed are present.

But when you begin to approach the truth about yourself and realize that everything you have present in this observer is the very thing observed, at that moment, simply observing eliminates this observer. So notice, there is a way to approach the present moment-whether it's situations, circumstances, life, or others-without this element, which is the observer.

And, therefore, without the past. Can we approach what arises at this instant, externally or internally, without this observer? This is what we are saying to you. That yes, it is possible.

As long as we learn to approach life without the past. The point is that we are constantly valuing the past. Life is here and now, in this moment, showing itself in a new way.

When, for example, the other is before me, but then this me enters with its projection. This me is this observer, separating itself from what it is observing. In this separation, duality is present. In this separation, the illusion of separation is present.

This establishes and solidifies confusion, disorder, and suffering. Is it possible to have an encounter with him or her without their past? This is what we are presenting.

Without their past, you have no image of him or her. And this encounter without their image is an encounter without the observer.

At this moment, you become aware of your reactions, perceiving all the game that thought creates within you in this contact with the present moment, in this contact with him or her, or with the situations around you, or with things that happen within you. Yes, exactly.

It is possible to observe the reactions of thoughts, feelings, emotions, sensations, without placing this observer that separates itself from what it is observing. When, for example, a thought is present, creating a state of sadness, annoyance, anger, resentment, disappointment, frustration-when a thought is present bringing a state, is it possible just to notice the thought, what it represents, without getting involved with it?

When you do not get involved with the thought, there is only the thought because there is only observation; there is no observer, no thinker, no person involved in disliking or liking the thought.

This is how we approach the truth of meditation. When we take as a principle this observation of our reactions without getting involved with them, just as observing the other without psychologically creating this image of him or her, we approach the truth about learning about ourselves.

Because in that moment, we eliminate the past. There is an elimination of the past because only this observation is present.

It's like, for example, when you listen to music.

Try just listening to the music. Usually, notice what we do: when music is playing, at first, this observer, which is the "I," this me, this ego, when listening to the music, does not listen to the music-it gets involved in hearing the music.

At that moment, emotionally, sentimentally, romantically, or ideologically, it gets involved with the melody, with the lyrics, with all that musical harmony. And in that moment, it places this identity involved in that pleasure.

It might seem very innocent to get emotionally involved with the music, but what is present in this emotional involvement places you in a condition of identification with the music, which represents this separation between the observer and the observed because this liking enters the picture.

So, is it possible to just discover what it means to listen without listening to the melody, the harmony, the lyrics, but without placing an identity within it?

Notice, our model of existence in the "I," in the ego, in this observer, is constantly about continuing this sense of an identity present in that experience, which here, in this case, is the experience of listening to music. But notice, we are doing this all the time-in this contact with life, in this contact with him or her, or with all the external and internal experience. Thus, this sense of the "I," the ego, it always maintains its continuity when it confuses itself with the experience.

Is it possible to bring to this moment a state of attention where there is only this listening, this observing, this perceiving-this observing without the observer, this listening without the listener, this perceiving without the perceiver?

Then, in that moment, we become free of the past. And when that happens, there is great beauty-listen to this-there is great beauty in this freedom.

Only then is there this real freedom to listen to the music, but without psychologically, emotionally, bringing any level of emotional or sentimental imprisonment. Because we are before beauty-the beauty of listening, the beauty of hearing the music with all that it represents, without the sense of the "I," without the sense of the ego.

Thus, this listening is meditation, just as this looking at the wife or the husband without the past is meditation. Then, in that moment, there is a real encounter with him or her, and therefore, in this encounter, there is no duality, no separation. We have the encounter with beauty.

Thus, this encounter with the beauty of listening to the music, or listening to the other, or looking at the other, is when, at that moment, the sense of separation dissolves. That other is within you. That music is what you are.

This is the encounter with beauty; this is the encounter with truth; this is the encounter with the freedom of being, where this duality no longer exists, where this separation no longer exists. This is the end of this psychological condition, which is the condition of the "I."

So, what is this approach to learning about ourselves? It is having an approach to this moment without the past.

So, what is the truth about the end of this conditioned mind? It is the approach to life without the past. It is the approach to thought, to feeling, to emotion, or to sensation, without this element that comes from the past, which is the "I."

So here is an invitation for you. We have meetings on weekends, Saturday and Sunday.
