Advaita Vedanta. Divine Reality. The Awakening of Consciousness. True Meditation. Self-Awareness.

In these meetings, we are investigating the Truth about who we are. This brings us closer to the Divine Reality, the Reality of God. The common idea is that God is somewhere, if He is not in a certain geographical place, which we call heaven, He is at least somewhere in time, called the future. So, for us, God is something that is in time. He is either to be found tomorrow or years from now. What I am saying may seem strange, but this is basically the idea of the seeker.

Here I want to talk to you about the end of the quest. If the purpose is to verify the Truth of God, Realize God, the Awakening of Consciousness, or Spiritual Enlightenment, it is essential that the search end. It is when the search ends that something new emerges. This something new is the presence of direct work that does not require time. Thus, we are facing a direct work that dispenses with time and this whole notion of space. The idea of somewhere is still the idea of a distance between “I” and this place where God is. So, there is a distance between this “I who am,” which I believe I am, and God. So, we have this misconception. If God is somewhere, there is a distance between “I” and Him, if God is somewhere, it also requires time to reach Him, because between “me” and Him there is a distance and that is time.

Our notion about realizing Divine Reality is something we take for in the sense of “something to be achieved in time and space.” In our meetings here, I want to show you that the end of the search is possible. It is when the search is over that a Real Work on yourself starts.

As long as you keep on this search, you will always be acquiring more knowledge, more information, trying to live more experiences. In fact, the Reality of God is not within knowledge, it is not within an experience. Experience is something in time that you went through and you can tell me about. Every experience can be talked about and has always happened before. The experience is something we can talk about. Every experience is something that occurs in time and we can report on it, we keep it in memory and then we make a description of it. Divine Truth is not in time, so any and all experience that you have had or that you may have, will still be part of what can be reported and therefore are part of time, therefore not yet the Reality of God.

So, it’s not an experience, it’s not knowledge either. The problem with the seeker is that he goes on studying, he goes on learning, he goes on acquiring information, reading all the books, going through different experiences, and he is still in the field of the “I,” which is the field of the known, which is the field of time – here I am referring to what I have been calling, on this channel, psychological time, which is time, in fact, constructed by thought.

What we call time is a construct of thought itself. And what is thought? Thought is memory; remembrance, memory, experience, all this is part of what is known, which can be portrayed, explained, told, said to others from thought, and this is all part of time, of the psychological time, which is the “I” time. So, we keep circling around this illusory identity when we are living internally, psychologically, trapped in this whole pattern of thoughts, which are experiences, knowledge, memories, remembrances, and all that is what we have learned.

In the “I,” in the ego, we are a collection of memories, of remembrances; memories acquired from books, from other people’s speeches, memories acquired through experiences, which were experiences and which are now part of the memory, and all of this is part of time, it is part of the psychological time, it is part of the known, and all this is happening in this space of the known.

Here, by coming closer to the Truth of God, we are going beyond the known and, therefore, beyond this space between “I and God,” this space between “I and the other,” between “I and the world,” between “I and life.” Why does this space end? Why is there no truth in this space? Because that space is still a construct of the mind. The mind built the illusion of this space between “I and the world,” “I and the other,” “I and life,” “I and God.”

What the mind built is within this principle of separation, of duality – “I,” the subject, and the experience. Experience is the experience of God, experience is the experience in the relationship with the other, in the relationship with people, with places, with things around me. What is this “me”? It is the illusion of a present identity. What is this “other”? So, we have the subject, which is the “me,” and we have the “other,” ”which is the object; between this “me,” which is the “I,” the subject, and this “other,” which can be God, a person, or an experience, is the object.

Notice that we are facing an illusion, an imagination created by thought itself. So, thought – and here thought is this movement of the mind itself – is creating this duality, this separation. This sense of separation, this sense, which is the sense of a present “I” within the experience of that space, is something created by thought; and this time is also something created by thought. “I am this today, yesterday I was that and tomorrow I will be something else": this is within the principle of thought, which is the principle of illusion of the psychological time. All this is part of a creation of the mind itself.

The only present Reality is not in time or space, it is the Reality of God. So, as long as this movement of achieving, of accomplishing, of getting there, is present, we will be within an illusion. There is no space and therefore there is nowhere to reach. There is no time and therefore there is nothing that will come.

What I want to say clearly is that God will not come. That which is the Divine Reality – which is Indescribable, which is Nameless – is outside of time and therefore That is here and now, this Reality. This is the present Reality of God. It cannot be in time; if He is the only Reality, He is That which is here and now. However, That is here and now and found to be the only Reality when the sense of duality is no longer present.

Here we are working with you on the beauty of Non-duality. Non-duality, Advaita is a subject shared with you on the channel. Everything we are dealing with here on the channel is about this present Reality, without anything else parallel to It. We are dealing with the Reality of Being, which is the Reality of God, which is the Truth of your Being. The only Reality present in all Existence is the Truth of Advaita, of non-separation, of Non-duality. The subject here is that which in Vedanta, in Advaita Vedanta, has been dealt by Sages for millennia, the Truth that the only present Reality is the Reality of God. So, this sense of “I” present in this search, in this search for something is an illusion, it is a fiction, it is a fantasy, it is not real, it has no reality.

Reality is That which Is here and now, which is beyond body, mind and world, and therefore beyond space and time. So, a Real approach of this type of encounter here, is only Real when you directly experience what you're hearing, and you experience it now, not later, or else we'll be stuck in that old situation that many are stuck in, which is the situation of continuing to acquire information and knowledge to Realize the Truth of God at some point in the future, then this search does not end. Here we are dealing with the end of this search, the end of this search, the beginning of something entirely new, which is this encounter with oneself, in this studying yourself, in this Self-Awareness approach, in this look at all this internal movement that occurs here and now, in this body-mind.

Studying yourself is not studying books, it is not acquiring words, it is not acquiring information, it is not seeking a mystical, so-called “spiritual” experience. Tt is actually the contact with the direct and simple observation of that movement, which is the movement of the “I.” When you observe yourself, you can see in yourself everything that you are actually hiding from yourself, without wanting to look at it, in fact, without any idea or notion of the need to look at it. Looking at thoughts, looking at feelings, looking at emotions, looking at what is shown here, without putting an identity, which is the “I” to give identity to it, identifying with it or rejecting it, agreeing with it or disagreeing with that.

When a thought arises, you look; when a feeling arises, you look. You don't disagree with the thought, you don't disagree with the feeling, you don't disagree with the emotion, you don't disagree with the sensation, you, also, don't agree with the sensation. You approach that look and look at this whole movement of thought, feeling, emotion, and sensation, without agreeing, without disagreeing, without rejecting and, also, without clinging to it. This look without the “I” is a look without the observer, who is the one who judges, who is the one who rejects or accepts.

This is studying yourself, this is, in practice, getting closer to working on yourself, leaving all theories, all beliefs, all concepts, everything that has been learned over all these years, and all this illusion of the search for a so-called “divine” experience turns into a simple verification of what is happening here and now.

Then that sense of “I” disappears when the illusion of what is present here, which is this experience, which in reality is the result of the past – thinking is the result of the past, feeling is the result of the past, an emotion has a structure, behind it, of thought, and thought is past –, that “I”, that identity is not found to give authenticity to that experience – when there is this agreement or disagreement, this acceptance or rejection.

When that is seen, that sense of “I” dissolves, because that experience dissolves, it is when there is a contact with the Silence of the Real Presence, of the Real Divine Consciousness, which is your Being. This is Meditation, and here I mean True Meditation, real Meditation in a practical, experiential way, here and now, this contact with the Truth that you Are, without this element which is the illusion of an image within this experience, which is thought, feeling, emotion, and sensation.

When we don't put the sense of an “I” present in it, this illusion of the “I” falls apart, along with that experience completely loses importance, because there is no longer an identity present in that experience. This is something experiential, it’s something you discover in yourself, here and now. So, the Self-Awareness approach gives you Real insight into what I have called the Real Meditation practice.

We have, here on the channel, talked a lot about this. We have several playlists, two in particular, one talking about the issue of Self-Awareness and the other talking about True Meditation. In addition, we show in a practical, experiential way, how to have an approach of True Meditation in practice, a Real approach to yourself. Here I want to tell you that the most important thing is the end of this search, and the end of this search is the end of knowledge.

It is not more knowledge, nor is it more experience that you need, but the realization that the illusion of an identity is no longer necessary, here and now, in your life. Thus, you will have an approach to the abandonment of this illusion and all these “I” inclinations.

The beauty of all this is that you are faced with an end to confusion, an end to disorder. That psychological confusion and that psychological disorder, that’s what every form of psychological suffering is based on. So, this is the end of the “I” illusion, and with the end of the “I” illusion, we have the end of suffering, anxiety, fear, anguish, depression, hurt, resentment, hatred, all this mental confusion, this internal chatter, all these uncontrolled thoughts, of everything that has represented this psychological unhappiness; all this disappears before the Truth of the realization of That which is you.

Our work here together is to become aware of That which we are and assume It in this lifetime. Therefore, this is the subject here with you within our channel. If this is something that makes sense to you, I want to invite you to “like” and subscribe to the channel. I want to remind you: we have online meetings, face-to-face meetings and also retreats where we are working with you. OK?

If this is something that makes sense to you, we will see you soon. Thanks for the meeting and see you soon.
