How to find God? Meditation: what is it? Learning about Self-Awareness. Human wisdom.

"It is interesting that we investigate this issue of limitation. I want to touch here, with you, on the truth of this limitation of what we understand, accept, or comprehend, which revolves around this idea of wisdom. For us, the idea is human wisdom. There is something present in knowledge, which is the presence of limitation. No matter how broad and profound, representative and significant knowledge may be, it will always carry a shadow, the shadow of limitation.

As human beings, we are developing, evolving technologically, scientifically, biologically. Thus, in several other areas there is growth, expansion, evolution. Our confidence is very great in this, so-called, wisdom, which is human wisdom. Here we want to investigate this with you.

Observe that, despite all that we have achieved, accomplished, or obtained, the majority of human beings, in this aspect of a person's life, despite all that we have achieved in the various areas of human knowledge-in physics, in chemistry, in biology, in technology-we remain confused, distressed, worried, in disorder, and in suffering.

Is there a quality of life different from what we know, from what we are living? If this quality of life is real, it is, in fact, not in the realm of the known, it is not within this recognizable pattern that we have for life. And this is our proposal to you here: the investigation of the possibility of a discovery, the discovery of Life outside of what we know, outside of all this limitation that we know in this, so-called, human wisdom.

Real Life is the presence of Truth; in it is the awareness of That Which is beyond the known. Beyond the known and, naturally, beyond what we know in this ordinary life, in this life where we have only the presence of human wisdom. To assume the Reality, the Truth, the Awareness of Life is to approach something new, something that is not part of thought and, therefore, not part of what we recognize: it is the presence of the Unknown. This is the presence of Divine Wisdom, of God's Wisdom, something that reveals itself in this encounter with God.

Therefore, here the question is: how to find God? Setting aside the common, known idea we have within the known we recognize, that God is something that is there waiting for us, expecting us, and that we can have an encounter with him. We have to leave this moment and go towards the future, we have to leave this place for that other place, travel that distance and overcome this issue of time between the present and the future to have an encounter with God.

Here, when we use the word "God," the pointing is to something that is beyond the idea, beyond thought, of something there, somewhere, separated from what is present here, separated from this moment here and now, separated from what we are. We discard this, because we are facing a construction of thought. It is thought that has given us this particular view of who we are and what God represents, of where we are and where God is.

There is a Reality present, and this Reality is the Unknown, it is the Indescribable, it is That which is beyond words, beyond symbols and images, it is the Divine Reality. It is not found in time, it is not found in space. It is the Reality of this Being, without a real separation between what this Being represents and Life. You are not who you believe to be. You believe in the person that thought imagines about you.

A thought you have is an image that arises in the brain, in the mind. This cannot be the reality about you; it is only a thought. Thus, when you have a description about yourself and tell me, the use of speech, of words, is the use of images, of mental symbols-this is not you. No idea, no concept, no description about you is the Reality of your Being. Approaching and learning about this is fundamental.

Humanity has been living life for millennia without the awareness of Life. There is no awareness of Life, because humanity does not carry the awareness. We, as human beings, are aware of ourselves, we do not study that, we do not investigate that, we have not worked on this. We are evolving, growing, expanding scientifically, technologically, however, from an internal, psychological viewpoint, we remain the same.

Three hundred years ago, five hundred years ago, two thousand years ago, five thousand years ago, there was envy, jealousy, anger, and fear, with a different name, but there was anxiety, and depression. So, all these years passed and, psychologically, we are the same. Today we have fast means of transport, very fast communication, today we have facilities, comfort and, for some, food. Curiously, we continue suffering, not only physically, but all kinds of limitations, because we are disorganized, for example, in this issue of food distribution, not everyone has enough food.

So, despite all we have built and accomplished, internally, psychologically, we remain possessive, ambitious, avaricious, violent, controlling, we are creatures filled with problems. What are we missing? We are missing the awareness of ourselves, we are missing the comprehension of the Truth of the Reality of Life. The life we know is the one thought has shaped.

All religious, political, social, economic structure, everything that as human beings we have built, we have built within the mechanics of the mind with its thoughts. We are living within the limitation of thought, and thought in us, in a disorganized way, has been creating problems since forever. Will a life free from thought be possible, free from this guidance, condition, position that thought has established?

The real comprehension of this requires the presence of Divine Wisdom, because this, so-called, human wisdom has not solved any of that. The presence of this Wisdom requires the study of ourselves. The basis for Wisdom, for Real Wisdom, consists of this learning about Self-awareness. It is when you learn about how you function that you can free yourself from this idea of this "me," of this "I," which carries this psychological model of human conditioning, of human existence.

Thus, we are merely sustaining the same condition as those who arrived here before us. The presence of the vision of Truth, of Reality, of Life, of That which we are in our Essential Nature is the Liberation from ignorance and, therefore, from all this confusion we have just stated, from all this suffering we are producing in the world as human beings, in our relations.

Learning about Self-awareness is to become aware of the Divine Reality, of the Reality of God, of That which is present here beyond the ego, beyond the mind. Then, we need to become aware of this, to assume the Reality of this Truth, of That which is beyond the known. It is in this sense that the question "how to find God" makes perfect sense. This encounter with God is the verification of the Unknown. Here the word "God" in the sense of That which is beyond the mind, of That which is beyond time and, therefore, beyond beliefs.

It is not this "I," this ego, having an encounter with God; it is the Reality of God, it is the Reality of this Being, of That which is beyond the known revealing itself here and now. Then, this sense of ego, of person, of mind as we know it, vanishes. In this learning about Self-awareness we have the answer to the question: "how to find God?" It is here that the answer lies, because it is exactly at this moment that the art of Being pure Presence, pure Consciousness is revealed-here I refer to this Real Consciousness, to this Divine Consciousness.

Wisdom is the Revelation of this Supreme Intelligence, which is present beyond this mind, which is the conditioned mind, which is the psychological condition of the culture of the society, of the world as we have just stated. To go beyond this human history, this psychological memory, this limitation of the "I," this is the end to fear, this is the end to suffering, this is the end to confusion. So, Meditation, what is Meditation? What is this art of meditating? To Meditate is to assume the Reality of That which is present here.

When we have the presence of Meditation, there is no one meditating. The presence of Meditation is the Revelation of That which is present here beyond the mind, beyond the known and, therefore, beyond thought. Thus, we are here with you dedicating ourselves to this, to exploring this subject, to investigating this. Happiness, Love, Freedom, Peace is something present when the "I" is no longer present.

Humanity has been living like this for millennia, but here we are telling you: you don't have to continue like this. When we look at our parents, our grandparents or great-grandparents, our ancestors lived like this, and our descendants will continue like this, unless Awakening is present-this Awaken reveals itself here and now. That is why we are here with you inviting you to the Divine Life, to Real Life in Wisdom, in Love, in Freedom.

What gives us the basis for a relation with the other, with ourselves, with Life in its various expressions, what gives us the basis for our relations, where communion, Freedom, Happiness is present, is the awareness of your own Being. A life free from the mind is a life where Something new is present; this Something new is That which is revealing itself here moment by moment as the Unknown. This Unknown is the Presence of Truth, it is the Presence of Joy, it is the Presence of Peace.

Will life be possible like this? Without stress, anxiety, fear, anger, jealousy, envy, possessions, and controls. The idea of someone present having that, controlling, possessing, clinging. A life free from stress, from all forms of anxiety, from depression, where Love is present, where God is the Reality of this moment. This is the encounter with God. In this encounter with God, the other, life, everything around you is this unique Reality.

That's what we are doing here with you, on Saturdays and Sundays... It's two days in an online format. I want to leave an invitation here for you: you have here, in the video description, our link to participate in the online meetings we have on weekends. Besides these online, we have in-person meetings and, also, retreats. If what you've just heard makes any sense to you, go ahead and leave your "like," subscribe to the channel and write a comment here: "Yes, it makes sense." Okay? And we'll see each other. Thanks for the meeting and see you next time!"
