The illusion of the psychological time | Vedanta | Advaita Vedanta | Non-duality

Hey, guys! Welcome to another meeting here on our channel.

The subject with you is about the illusion of the psychological time – I talk about this time that thought creates and produces within you.

Thought produces an unreal form of time. The notion that you have as a person is a notion based on this unreal time, the time of existing as a separate identity, here, in this present moment. There is no identity present here right now, only that thought has built this idea, has given you this idea.

So, thought built a notion of time for you and puts you here, in this present moment, as “someone,” “someone” who has a story in the past, has a story being lived now, here, in the present, and has a story that will be built in the future. The notion of present, past and future is a construction of thought. The only present Truth is this present moment. In this present moment, there is no entity here.

So, here, we touch upon a subject of non-duality, of non-separation. Only one Reality is present – that is what is stated within Vedanta.

In Advaita Vedanta, the approach you have is the approach of nonduality.

There is no sense of a present identity here, in this moment, to live life, to experience life.

The notion you have about life, based on what thought says, is completely illusory, completely false.

The approach of Vedanta... you know,Vedanta is the vision of Wisdom described by Sages in India. The last part of the Vedas dealing with Vedanta and, within Vedanta, we have an approach of Advaita, Advaita Vedanta.

So, the ultimate teaching of Truth, about You, about who You are, is this Vision, the Vision of Truth that there is only one Presence, there is only one Consciousness here, in this instant, in this moment. The sense of a present identity is not real. The sense of “someone” present in this experience does not exist.

I want to invite you to step in this Consciousness, this Truth of your own Being, which is Oneness, which is non-dual. So, when we are talking about Spiritual Enlightenment, Spiritual Awakening, we are dealing with this Natural State of Being, which is Consciousness, without any separation between this Consciousness and God, between this Consciousness and Life.

The important point is that until this is resolved, until it is clear there that there is no separation...I say “clear” not intellectually, not through a speech or words.

You can tirelessly read this and continue still within this confused perspective of separation between you and Life. You need experience it. Therefore, while this direct experience, this non-dual State of Being is not clear, as described by Ramana Maharshi... Ramana Maharshi was one of the greatest exponents of Jnana vision, of the vision of Knowledge – I refer to the Ultimate Knowledge, the Knowledge of Truth about You, about the world, about God.

Within the vision of Ramana Maharshi, within the vision of Sages, the Reality of your Being is Being-Consciousness-Happiness. This, therefore, is the Nature of the Truth you are.

So, in these meetings, we are working on that: the end of this notion of time created by thought, produced by thought, placing you as a separate identity with a story. Yes, the body has a story, the mind has a story, but both the body and the mind are within the context of apparition, which comes and goes, which appears and disappears.

However, You in your Being, as Pure non-dual Consciousness, without any separation from all this existence, and also beyond all this manifestation, as Pure Being, as Pure Consciousness, are not something that appears and disappears.

So, the end of this complexity created by thought – I am referring to this psychological time -, the end to psychological time is the entry into this new Dimension, into that profound Dimension, into that true Dimension, which is Consciousness. This is where the Truth of your Being resides. At the end of all this disorder, at the end of all this complexity produced by thought, at the end of this illusion of the sense of separation, of the egoic sense, we are facing That which is the Truth.

So, our work here is to have a look at This, a look at the Truth that we are.

As long as this false identity is held, cultivating any form of belief, ideas; while this supposed identity is moving within this model, which is the model of the egoic mind, this mental model, within these patterns, concepts, ideas, beliefs, opinions, judgments... here we also have the self-image, the image idealized by thought about who you are, about who the other is, about what is life. All this needs to disappear!

And it is possible to do this work when you are aware of this movement, this mistaken movement of ego, of this “me,” this mistaken movement of thought, sustaining, holding these beliefs, these judgments, these images – this means discarding ‘me,” the ‘I.”

Human beings cultivate this continuity. Since we are together here, on this channel, and the purpose of this channel is to show you that it is possible the Awakening of your Being, this Divine Truth, it is necessary that you are willing to abdicate, to let go of these patterns of egoic mind, and therefore, of this foundation of psychological time, which is this mental model made up by thoughts.

Thoughts need to be comprehended and, here, when I use the expression “comprehended,” it is not “understood.” It is needed that you comprehend what is thought.

The comprehension of thought gives you the comprehension of all thoughts.

Thought is basically time, because thought is basically memory, thought is basically story. Thought idealized all this story, built all this story about who you believe to be. This is not who You are. So, comprehension of thought is the end of thought.

So, what constitutes real spiritual work, a real work on yourself? This constitutes the art of self-observation of the movement of thought itself when it arises, building on you and sustaining all these patterns there. This is what maintains the sense of duality; this is what maintains the sense of separateness; that's what maintains suffering. Observing the mind, observing yourself in your relationships with the world, with others, with yourself, with life, and realizing that thought is building something, in an imaginative way, about your Divine Nature, about your own Being; that thought is building an image...

The speed of these thoughts slows down, since this observation must be made without judgment, without comparison, without this mere passive acceptance, as if whatever was arising, this thought that was arising, was telling the Truth.

If you just watch, see it, something entirely new starts happening inside you. So, there is a break of identification with this movement, because it starts to be seen, it starts to be seen, and when it starts to be seen, this habitual, patterned tendency of thought, to chatter all the time inside you, telling you things you're always believing, about yourself, about the world, about others, it loses its speed and loses its power to fascinate you again, and again, and again, as it has done.

What I am describing to you here is the art of True Meditation. You just have to observe the movement of the mind, whether you are walking, talking to someone, driving your car, going somewhere, or just being quiet at home, sitting, in the midst of any other external activity. This inner work needs to happen.

This is your contact with the Truth of your own Being. So, the Truth of Self-knowledge is revealed here, because the sense of separateness, the sense of "I," begins to be seen, and then it loses value, it loses importance, because now you are ahead of the real spiritual practice, which is the True Meditation.

So, when we approach this important question of Enlightenment, we need to approach it not in a theoretical way, but in a practical way.

So, the practical experience of Self-knowledge, we can call here Yoga, Jnana Yoga.

So, you are before an entirely different approach. I am saying that you are in this spiritual practice by Jnana Yoga. The word Jnana means "Knowledge." Knowledge of the Truth about Self is Jnana.

When you are willing to work on yourself, a change takes place in that body and in that mind, and, according to Ramana Maharshi, this change happens naturally, spontaneously, through the direct practice of True Meditation.

I call this the True Practical Meditation – this is the practice of Jnana Yoga. Then, there is a change in that body and that mind.

For Ramana, this is enough, this self-inquiry, this way of approaching oneself through this functional, real practice of Meditation, for Kundalini Awakening to happen.

The mechanism capable of creating this change in this structure, in this body and mind, so that this Divine State, this Real State, this State of Being, of Pure Consciousness, so that this State is stabilized there in this mechanism, in this organism... a work - which is the work of the Kundalini – it begins to happen in that body and in that mind.

So, we have in an evidential way, in an experiential way, the beauty of the Perception of non-duality, of the non-separation between you and Life, between you and God, between you and the world, between you and the other.

Therefore, this is our invitation here, in these meetings: a direct work in yourself. And this work must happen here and now, not in a space reserved for it. Every place is the place where that Consciousness is present, because You are that Consciousness, but you do not have that awareness about the Self, as you are confusing yourself with what You are not.

This whole structure of psychological time is supporting the illusion of this false “I,” this conflicting mind. The human being lives within this condition. The mind is in conflict, and it is natural that when we talk about conflict, we have to accept the truth, the fact, that when there is conflict, there is no Love, there is no Peace, there is no Happiness, there is no Truth. And the psychological state of human beings, trapped in this time created by thought, which is the psychological time, it is an internal state of confusion, of disorder, of unhappiness.

The Beauty of this meeting is that I can tell you that Real Liberation comes from within, Real Liberation comes from within, your Real Cure comes from within. And here I am referring to all of these psychological problems which a human being carries. Your purely mental state of consciousness is, in fact, unconsciousness. In this unconsciousness, what predominates in human beings is insanity, given all forms of expressions of violence.

This is present because there is suffering.

Because of this suffering, human beings are aggressive and violent. There are several forms of expression of suffering due to the presence of this psychological time, this unconscious condition to live, to be in life.

Patterns like anxiety, depression, hurt, guilt, resentment, pain of rejection, of loneliness, all the different forms of violence against yourself, against the other, it is possible to put an end to this with the Awakening of your Divine Nature, of your Essential Nature, with Awakening of this Power that You carry within You, which is the Power of Consciousness, what Ramana calls Kundalini.

Kundalini, according to him, and Consciousness and Jnana are basically the same thing...

Ramana Maharshi says: “They are different words to point to the same thing.” And he goes on to say more: “And here the word ‘God’ is included.” Why? Because there is only One Reality with different names. This One Reality is non-dual, it is the same Presence, the same Power. To assume This, here now, is to go beyond the illusion of the sense of separation. This is the Power of Consciousness, this is the Power of Liberation, this is the Power of the True Cure that comes from within, that is born of your own Being, that is born of this Consciousness.

So, we are here putting into words That which is beyond all words; we are putting to you the possibility to go beyond all conflicts, all pain, all suffering, by Realizing your Divine Nature, your Real Nature, your Essential Nature.

We are working this out with those who approach. We have these meetings here on our channel, we have online meetings… We also have a link in the description. You can join our WhatsApp group and participate in online meetings, and we have face-to-face meetings. Plus, we have retreats! And here is that invitation for you.

Enjoy, leave your "like," subscribe to the channel and, if this is interesting for you, let's work on it together. OK?

Thanks for the meeting and see you next time!

Ramana Maharshi: the Sage of Arunachala and Advaita Vedanta | Personal development | The Jnana

Hello everyone! Welcome to another meeting here on our channel.

You all know that on this channel, our purpose is to discover this matter of Spiritual Enlightenment. How to Realize This here in this life? How to discover the Truth about who we are? How to find This within ourselves?

Human beings want to develop personally, they want to grow and change, they want to find something within this development, this change and growth, that can really satisfy them for their personal development, and here I want to question that.

First, it’s important you discover the Truth about who You are before you go in search of that development of the person, of that “person” you believe to be.

So, the question should, first of all, be this: “Who am I? What is the truth about me, about this ‘me’ that I am?” Or: “Is there really a ‘me,’ an ‘I’ to evolve, to grow, to change?” This is important because this issue of development is explained and elucidated.

Here, I want to reveal something about it. You are Consciousness. As Consciousness, there’s no change in What essentially You are, and each and every apparent change within this “person” you believe to be, which is basically that personality, will never represent What you seek, What you, actually, seek with this personal development.

I know what you're really looking for. All of us are looking for basically the same thing. A human being is in search of Happiness, in search of Love, in search of Completeness, something that can only be realized in your own Being, in Acknowledging the Truth of who You are. And for that, we don't need personal development, we basically need the Self-knowledge.

Understanding the Truth about Yourself - This is Self-knowledge. It’s not about the knowledge of this “person,” this “me,” this “I,” this personality, but rather the Knowledge of your Divine Nature, your Essential Nature. So, this Knowledge, the Self-knowledge… Ramana Maharshi was the greatest exponent of all time on This - Ramana Maharshi, the Sage of Arunachala. Knowledge according to Vedanta is Jnana, and Ramana was the greatest exponent of this important matter: the matter of the True Knowledge.

It’s not about common knowledge, ordinary knowledge, knowledge based on experience, memory, remembrance, experimentation, on ordinary life, scientific life or on so-called “science” as we know it.

Here, we mean Jnana, the legitimate, the true, the ultimate Knowledge, which is the Knowledge of Oneness, of non-separation, non-duality, the knowledge of the Divine Truth of all manifestation. What is the origin of This? What is the Truth about who I am, what life is, who God is? Where does this Reality exist? Where is this Truth called God, Presence, Consciousness?

So, the Jnana is about this Knowledge, the Ultimate Knowledge, which basically is the only Knowledge that can give you the Truth of the Revelation about who You are, and therefore, the end to suffering. Suffering ends when the sense of separation between you and Life, between you and God, ends. So, This is something much bigger than this personal development. Then, this Self-knowledge is the Knowledge of Yourself, the Jnana about Yourself, the Knowledge of the Divine Truth You bring.

Vedanta is the last part of the Vedas, and there you have access to the theoretical aspect, the verbal aspect of the Vision of all Sages. I mean Advaita, Advaita Vedanta. So, that Advaita Vedanta, which is the last part of the Vedas, reveals the Truth of who You are, the True Jnana, the Real Knowledge.

That's what we deal with here on the channel, and also on online and in-person meetings since, basically, Life reveals in Itself, in this direct Knowledge. Otherwise, there’s no revelation at all. The basic revelation of Life is in the Revelation of who You are. In this Oneness of being, there’s Completeness. Then, there is no one to develop; there is no development of the person, but rather the Verification that there is no “person” to evolve, to grow, to change.

The contact with the Truth of who You are is the end of all knowledge, the end of the illusion of the experiencer, the thinker, the one who believes in existing as a separate entity. Why is This fundamental to human life? Because This answers each and every question. The basic, primary question, the primary… if it’s not answered, many other questions arise, and the Truth of this Revelation of that primary question, This answers all other questions. “Where is the encounter with Happiness? The encounter with Love, where is it? The encounter with Life in Peace, where is it? Where do I find What will represent the end of all suffering, of all psychological misery, of all this internal contradiction I am living in?” Thus, the answer to all these questions is in the answer to this primary question: “Who am I?”

And that's what Jnana is about. Ramana put that as the basis of Truth, of Revelation for that Truth.

Therefore, the direct path to the Acknowledgment of the Truth about who You are, is in this self-inquiry: “Who am I?” So, this is what matters to be apprehended, understood, experienced. In this sense, the Jnana gives you access to the Yoga of the Revelation of your own Being. Then, the Jnana Yoga is what you can practice everywhere, anywhere, anytime, in any situation of everyday life. The practice of Jnana Yoga lies in being here and now, aware of all this movement of the mind present, all this movement of this “sense of person,” of the personhood thought is producing within you.

Then, the Real Revelation of your Being is at the end of this illusion, the illusion of this “sense of person,” something that lives and depends on the psychological time - I refer to this as time created by thought. Basically, the end to that time, the end of psychological time, is the Revelation of your Being, which is Consciousness. And what is psychological time? It is this movement of the mind based on memory, on thought.

Human beings are either in the past or in the future. Their lives reside in this context of psychological time, of remembrance, of memory. Basically, thought upholds it. Thought upholds this condition, the psychological time condition for this entity, for this “person” you believe to be.

So, human beings live on recollections, on remembrances, on memories; they mistake themselves for these memories, for these remembrances, these recollections. They see themselves in time; they move in this so-called “present, past and future” as a separate entity, in this mistaken notion of being “someone,” in this illusory notion of being “someone.”

Then, the Self-knowledge gives you the Vision of the Truth of your own Being, and there is Completeness, and there is Peace, and there is Truth, and there is Spiritual Enlightenment. Then, it’s not about this personal development, but rather about the Realization that there is no entity present to achieve something, to accomplish something.

Truth is present here! You are full, complete, in What You are.

All you need is this Awakening to the Truth of your own Being. All we are proposing within these meetings, within this Vision of the Real Knowledge, of this Ultimate Knowledge, of this Final Knowledge, is that you Awaken to this Divine Reality of your own Being.

Then, through Self-knowledge, you have access to this self-inquiry, because from this moment on, you are investigating this illusory “me,” this sense of ego identity, and discarding the egoic life, ending this illusion of all this time created by thought.

Notice, thought is telling a story about who you are and molding patterns of behavior, moving you every day into feelings, emotions, giving you sensations, perceptions, and all of this based on the criteria thought has.

Thought doesn’t deal with Life as It is, thought doesn’t deal with Reality. This behavior of thought is of ignorance. So, the illusion of the egoic sense, that sense of separation, that has upheld this psychological time for this entity with which you mistake yourself for, it’s within that foundation: the foundation of ignorance. In India, they call it the illusion of ignorance, and what can break this is the Vision of Knowledge. And here, it’s not about theoretical, verbal knowledge, but rather about the direct, experiential Knowledge of your own Being.

Then, your Being needs to Awake, to Awaken; this Consciousness needs to take over this body-mind. This egoic mind condition is of mental consciousness. Unless there is the Awakening of that Consciousness, that old and ancient pattern, that old and ancient movement will continue. Thus, the Awakening of your Being is the Awakening of Consciousness. And there’s a mechanism in the body there, a whole mechanism capable of realizing this process of the Awakening of Consciousness. In Yoga, this is called Kundalini.

So, this Kundalini goes through an Awakening process - this Kundalini Energy. When it Awakens… it’s settled in the body, at the base of the spine, and when it goes up, it creates a change in this structure, in the body and in the mind. So, this is the process of Kundalini Awakening, which is the Awakening of your own Being, which is the Awakening of Consciousness. And for this to become possible, the Vision of Discernment, the Vision of Real Knowledge is proposed to you.

Then, our encounter… in it, here, we propose the practice of Jnana yoga, in your living, in your daily life. This can be done anywhere, anytime. Here on our channel, we have a playlist about Meditation. And there are two very full ways for it to happen, very perfect, very complete for this to happen for you. One is through True Meditation, this self-inquiry. In this self-inquiry unfolds the True Meditation, the process of Meditation here and now. The question is “who am I?” This is the self-inquiry put by Ramana Maharshi. This is called Atma Vichara.

The question “who am I?” brings you to this instant, to this moment. It makes you question all these patterns of behavior; it makes you break this model of psychological time pattern, of conflicts and contradictions produced by thought inside you. So, for example, you are challenged in an argument, and in an argument… no one wants to lose, but no one wonders why it’s so important to win an argument. It’s the nature of the ego to always seek to prevail, to win, to gain, because it feels null, empty, powerless, unable, if it loses. Thus, the desire to argue when challenged and win is very strong, and this is a purely egoic propensity. A human being doesn’t want to be annihilated - this is a typical egoic movement. Then, you need to investigate who is it that cannot lose. For whom is this victory so important, this pain that arises when your ego is defeated, annihilated, for example, in an argument, in a debate?

Here, I’m giving you an example. You can find many examples of how much the ego feels diminished when it is offended, when it is hurt, when it is injured, when it is challenged in its foundations of certainty, of self-confidence. So, they are patterns present in the ego. We are envious, we are jealous, we have our self-image hurt or offended, and when you ask yourself the question “who am I?” you have entered this process of direct Acknowledgement of the Truth about who You are. At this moment, you are in this question, observing yourself and realizing that all this movement is of pure reaction, of pure egoic reactivity.

So, when this happens, at that moment, without resisting, without fighting, without condemning yourself, without censoring yourself, also without defending yourself, looking inside and realizing all this resistance to this movement of life, seeing this “me,” this “I,” this ego, this egoic pattern… this direct look at this reaction, this breaks this process of continuity of an ego safeguarding itself, protecting and defending itself. This is real renunciation of illusion. I’d say that this is the real spiritual practice, which is present in this self-inquiry “who am I?”

Therefore, Meditation, the True Meditation, is that which must be done here and now, in each and every situation, in each and every circumstance, this looking within yourself, moment by moment. That’s the first way.

And the second way is in Guided Meditation. On the playlist, I put for you a form of Meditation and another I call True Guided Meditation the contact with this Consciousness bringing that guidance to this Meditation, showing you by its Divine Grace what it is like to enter that State of Meditation, becoming aware of the egoic movement, becoming aware of the movement of the “I.”

This happens when you are in some space, somewhere, and in contact, for example, with something in nature, it creates a tremendous impact within you and there is a Space, a new Space opens up. Your mind stops at that moment before a sunset, before a full moon, looking at the sea… and at that moment there is a Space, your egoic mind is kind of swept away and you get in touch with something inside you beyond the egoic mind, with a Silence, with a Beauty, with something outside of what thought can explain. Then, there’s this Space, there’s this Stillness, there’s a Joy without any reason present.

So, this is another form of this contact with Meditation. This is Guided Meditation. This serves… This can happen in contact with nature, this can happen in contact with a Realized Being… something that touches you: a speech, a look, a moment of encounter, then there’s a power present and this natural process of Perception of Reality outside the ego takes place, outside this center of self-defense, of desire and fear. Then, this new Space is revealed.

The contact with a Realized Being, in India they call it Darshan - the contact with the Divine Presence. In Existence everything is full of this Presence… in all Existence!

You are alienated from this Presence and you don’t get in contact with this Presence because you are involved in this psychological time, in this egoic movement, and you don’t do this work of self-inquiry, this work of Meditation.

So, here, I want you to understand that it is possible to Realize your Self, your Divine Nature, the Truth about who You are. This happens when the Kundalini Awakens. Then, this Energy takes possession of that body and that mind, in True Meditation or the True Guided Meditation. So, the process takes place in that organism, in that mechanism, for the Awakening of Consciousness. It’s this Awakening of Consciousness that every human being needs, and he has the Truth within this Revelation of Self-knowledge, which brings Meditation, and in this Meditation there’s something outside the ego that is revealed, which is your own Being, taking on this body and this mind! Ok?

This is the subject we address to you. Leave your “like,” leave your comment… We have online and also in-person meetings. If this touches you, let's work it out together! Ok?

See you next meeting!

Vedanta | Advaita Vedanta | Prison of psychological time | The Advaita (Non-Duality) | Jnana

OK, guys! Welcome to another meeting here on this channel. We are going to discuss the matter of Vedanta. Vedanta is the final part of the Vedas. The Vedas are Indian scriptures within Hinduism that address this matter of God.

And there are a lot ritual and ceremonial aspects present within the Vedas...and the last part of the Vedas is called Vedanta.

Vedanta deals with the pure Knowledge. Here, it deals with the Pure Knowledge, of Jnana, of direct Knowledge, without rituals, without ceremonies… And we like to delve into this matter of Advaita Vedanta, something within Vedanta. I would say that it is the fundamental part of approaching that Pure Knowledge revealed in Vedanta.

The word Advaita means “non-duality,” and we want to work on that with you, to show you that there is only one Reality present, always. And, now, I always speak to you from my experience. It is not something theoretical here, we won´t deal with theories. Theories you find in books.

We can have a direct contact with Advaita Vedanta, more specifically with the matter of Advaita, which is non-Duality.

Advaita is the revelation that there is only one Reality present in all manifestation. This one Reality is the Reality of God or of Consciousness, as some call it. Here, it is about You, your Natural State, your Real and Natural State of Being. You, essentially, are Consciousness. The body, the mind and the world are apparitions within this Consciousness. All this manifestation is a manifestation of this Presence, this Supreme Non-Dual Reality. So, this Non-Duality, this Supreme Reality, It manifests itself in a multitude of ways, It unfolds in all this manifestation.

The direct contact with the Truth of your Being reveals your Non-Dual State. This means a State free of contradiction, free from fear, free from suffering, since your Real Nature is the Nature of Truth, it is the Nature of God, it is this Non-Duality, this Nature which never separates itself from everything that arises, all that appears for a while, as a phenomenon, and also disappears afterwards.

The human being does not know the Truth about who he is. He is confused with the mind; he is confused with the body. Because of this, he suffers. All this bewilderment of this illusory identity which he believes to be, based on an image you have of yourself … All your approach of life becomes completely false. I have called this an approach of mental consciousness.

Your consciousness, this so-called “present consciousness”… and this happens now, here, in this waking state, happens also in dream and happens also in any other state that you experience within this waking state, like anxiety, fear, loneliness, guilt, remorse, sadness and also states apparently free of suffering, like joy, pleasure, that so-called “happiness” or personal fulfillment.

All of these states appear within this ordinary condition of mental consciousness here, in the waking state, which is also experienced in the dream state.

Only in the deep sleep state are you temporarily free from this mental consciousness. There your contact is with this Non-Dual Reality, which is the Reality of your Being, which is Pure Consciousness. But as soon as you wake up again, this mental consciousness arises and with it the sense of separateness, the sense of duality. In this sense of duality, there is you and the world, you and God.

Advaita Vedanta points to that Pure Knowledge, that Ultimate Knowledge, that the only Reality present in all this manifestation is the Reality of this Consciousness, is the Reality of Being. This is your True Identity, this is your Real Identity.

So, when we talk about Spiritual Awakening, we are talking about this Non-Dual State of Being. It is the only possible state for man for radical, complete, absolute Liberation from all suffering, from everything that suffering represents. Buddha's steps towards the Natural Buddha State - the word "Buddha" means "awakened" - were steps being taken towards the end of suffering, that is, towards that Final Recognition of his Real Identity, of his True Nature, and this is the proposal here for you, within these meetings.

The Realization of the Truth of Advaita Vedanta, which is the Truth of Non-Duality, which is the Truth of Pure Advaita, of your Being as One with Life, One with Existence, One with God, is something possible for you. That's what we're dealing with here in the channel.

Your work in this life is to recognize Yourself. This Recognition is actually a Self-Remembrance of your Divine Nature, your Real Nature. The steps towards This are in the Revelation of What, here, I have called the Real or True Self-knowledge. When there is Self-knowledge, there is the Revelation of the Truth of who You are.

As long as That is not present, the condition of the mind, this ordinary mind, this mental consciousness, as I have called it, is the prison of psychological time.

The whole problem is what the egoic mind is producing, and everything it produces is within this mistaken notion of time – present, past and future. So, you believe yourself to be someone – someone who was born, someone who is living and someone who is going to die. These are all experiences for the body and mind, not for You. Essentially, this Divine Nature of your Being is immutable.

The end of the illusion of this psychological time, which is the time produced by thought, creating this imagination… because all this is within this imagination. It is thought that has been imagining this story for this entity that you believe yourself to be. You are confused with the body and you are confused with the mind, and you see yourself in time – present, past and future –, subject to being born, getting old, getting sick and dying. Maybe that order will not even be carried out, may not happen exactly like that, and all this is within this notion of psychological time for a “person,” for this “someone.”

The work of self-investigation, advocated by Ramana Maharshi, puts you in front of this Self-knowledge. That Self-Knowledge is something that will reveal to you the Vision of Non-Duality, the Vision of Advaita, the Vision of Advaita Vedanta, which is actually the Vision of Vedanta, is the Vision of the Sages of who You are.

All Realized Beings, all Sages, of all times, are unanimous in this Truth. It is not a concept, a belief, it is a fact: the Truth of your Being revealed within this Vision of the Vedas.

This is experiential, you experience your Nature, you experience the Truth about Yourself, and when That is present, this Consciousness has awakened. That's why the word "Buddha" means "the awakened one." That which awakens is your Essential Nature. The Awakening of Consciousness, the Awakening of your Divine Nature… This is because of a work that takes place here and now, inside this body, this mechanism.

This body needs a change. We have, in our body, the whole possibility of this Realization, we have a basis for This. I refer to that Energy. It enters and creates balance between body and mind, and puts this mechanism in a condition for this Consciousness of Oneness, of Unity, of Non-Separation, to appear, to arise. Some call It Spiritual Enlightenment – it is when You, in Your Being, are the same Reality of Life.

Our job here is to show you how this is processed, how This becomes possible, how it is possible to Realize this State of Happiness, Peace, Consciousness, Intelligence, Non-Dual Vision, and This is something present here, in What is You, here and now. This Realization is the Truth of your Being, this Realization is the Truth of your Divine Nature.

It is important for you to understand that Life happens as It is, and the mind, in this state of psychological time, producing ideas, beliefs, imaginations, trapped in systems of ideologies, trapped in motivations centered on this supposed separate identity, is in complete resistance to Life.

When you approach this work, when you approach this meeting, you find that your job here is to investigate the nature of the mind, to investigate the nature of the egoic mind. And here, when I say “investigate,” it is not analyzing, it is simply becoming aware of what it represents, of how it presents itself, realizing this illusion that it creates between Life as It is and what it idealizes. This is a work that must necessarily happen within you through self-observation.

So, self-observation gives you this basis, as I said just now, of Self-knowledge, for understanding this whole process of the end of this illusion of psychological time. By the way, notice, this psychological time created by thought is the cause of all the internal, psychological disorder that the human being carries within his egoic state, within his state of illusory separation between himself and Life, between he and God.

So, when there comes a work towards that, the Awakening of this internal Energy takes place, putting this mechanism, this organism, within that balance, within that perfect condition. Then, what is part of that pranic body enters that order and the Awakened State, the State of Consciousness, the State of Presence, or the Buddha State, or the State of Enlightenment, takes place.

So, that's what we're dealing with here with you within this channel. In fact, these speeches are for the deepening of this, but nothing compares to online meetings we have and also face-to-face meetings.

We have several videos here on the channel. You can and if you're interested, you should go deeper into it. We have some playlists here on the channel. The videos are organized in playlists, so I would recommend you to visit these playlists, especially this playlist about Meditation, about the True Meditation, because it is True Meditation that gives you the key to make this work occur, happen, there, inside you. Then there is the Flourishing, the Awakening of your Divine Nature, of your Real Identity, of the Truth about who You are.

This is our work together, and this is our proposal to you. OK?

If this interests you, leave your “like,” subscribe to the channel and, if you feel this, let's work on it together in online and face-to-face meetings. OK?

Thanks for the meeting and see you next time!

Kundalini Awakening | The psychological disorder | Darshan | True Guided Meditation

Hello guys! Welcome to another meeting here on our channel.

I want to talk to you about Kundalini Awakening and the end of psychological disorder. Kundalini Awakening represents the Flourishing of your Divine Nature, your Real Nature. Some people call This Spiritual Enlightenment or Spiritual Awakening, and that's our subject here today. I want to work this with you for a few minutes.

I want to show you how to make yourself available for this work. We need to understand this very well. People ask: “How to activate Kundalini?” The correct question would be: “How is Kundalini activated?” That would be the most accurate question, even because you’re not the one doing it. All you can do, and naturally need to do for Kundalini Awakening, is to be still! That's right, be still!

You need to understand that you are dealing with a Power capable of realizing absolutely everything! And all the person - this "person" you believe to be - can do, is to interfere and get in the way. Thus, your job is to be still; your job is to turn to this attention over yourself.

Then, we're going to talk to you here, for a few minutes, about how Kundalini is activated, how it finds space for its work within you, and all you need, I repeat, is to discover the art of Meditation, which is basically being still, not interfering, not intervening, not getting involved with this process.

You do need, indeed, a change in this organism, in this mechanism, in this body-mind, and what I’ve shared to you here, on this channel… and here we have several playlists on this important subject about Self-Realization, Enlightenment, Awakening… There are several names for This. And everything we’re talking about is based on this experience, this direct experience, also in this contact with my master Ramana Maharshi, with his Grace, with his Presence.

The work of Kundalini Awakening, which is the work of Awakening, of Spiritual Enlightenment, is something that happens when you make yourself available to this work.

So, Meditation is what facilitates This, and there are basically two forms of Meditation: one, I call True Meditation, or Practical Meditation, or Contemplative Meditation - three names for the same thing, for this art, the art of Meditation - and the other Meditation, I’ve called True Guided Meditation, the encounter with the Presence of your own Being in another form, either in contact with nature or in contact with another Realized Being, a human being who is already within this New Consciousness, this Reality of his own Being. In India, they call it Darshan, the contact with a Realized Being. Darshan means “see,” “see and be seen.”

At that moment, in that contact, it is possible to flow, which happens, in a very natural way, what I consider True Guided Meditation. You don't need a song, you don't need a voice, someone else… all you need is to see and be seen. There’s something present - in India, they call it Shakti…

There’s something present in this contact with a Realized Being so that something new happens. This new thing is the mind finding a space of stillness, a space of silence, turning inward… in a spontaneous way, in a natural way, without any effort. Only in that contact with a Realized Being does Darshan happen, and in that Darshan, the flow of the True Guided Meditation.

Thus, Meditation, whether Real Practical Meditation or True Guided Meditation… we have here, both in one and the other, the possibility of experiencing in a direct way this Event, which is the Appearance of this Presence, is the Emergence, the Flourishing, the Awakening of this Presence within you.

In the science of Yoga, it’s said it’s at the base of the spine and it ascends. Here, for example, at this moment, we are in the moment when it’s possible, if you just remain still, if you just follow both the speech and silence, the pause, the interval between one word and another… There’s something here greater than this speech, there is something here greater than this pause – it’s this Presence, this same Shakti, this same Power, this same Kundalini that is inside, and according to Ramana Maharshi, also outside.

That's why there is facilitation here in this meeting, in these meetings. You get in touch with the Reality of your Being when there is Meditation.

Meditation is basically being still, to be still and observe. You observe the movement of thought. Thought arises and you don't reject it, you don't fight it, you don't identify with it either, you don't tangle with it, you just observe, witness.

The real basis for Meditation - I mean True Meditation - is this contact with your own Being, regardless of where you are. You can be in a quiet place, you can be in a noisy place, you can be driving your car, you can be walking or in a park, or watching TV… at the same time you are looking inwards, looking at yourself… this direct look at yourself, in which you relax, in which you are still, in which you just observe without getting entangled; I repeat, without mistaking yourself for thought, feeling, emotion or even a sensation. It can arise and you just witness it, without mistaking yourself for it, without putting an identity to that experience. This is the true art of Real Meditation and you can do it anywhere!

Life flows, It happens here and now, at this moment, with no identity present, and Meditation reveals This to you, True Meditation reveals This to you, Guided Meditation reveals This to you.

Interestingly, we always have, simultaneously, in these meetings, this double opportunity, which is one single opportunity: the opportunity to have an encounter with What we are. I said “double” because the first one is: here you have the opportunity to be in this True Meditation. At the same time, you also have the opportunity to be here, in this True Guided Meditation, because there’s only One present here - this One is this Presence, this Consciousness.

I am putting to you in a direct way, how it is possible to be still so that this Kundalini, so that this Divine Power you carry within you, can start moving, start working there in that body, in that mind, in that organism, in that mechanism.

Thought can be observed, feeling can be observed, emotion, sensation, whatever perception is happening, it can be observed from that impersonal Space that is your Being, which is Consciousness.

What has happened until this moment is that you have mistaken yourself, you have identified with these phenomena, with thoughts that come in, with emotions, with feelings, and you have held this illusion, the illusion that there is an identity present, this “me,” this “I,” this ego.

The pure and direct observation of this is what I’ve called here the True Self-knowledge. You have a Real Acknowledgement of the Truth of your Being – this is the True Self-knowledge. It’s not knowledge about the "person" you believe to be; it’s the recognition that there is no "person" internally. All we have here and now is this Oneness, this non-separation. This is Real, Practical Meditation, and this is what favors this Awakening.

So, this Energy finds a space to move. Before, all this space was occupied with the psychological time, which is the time created by thought. In general, human beings live either in the past or in the future. They, psychologically, idealistically, move within thought… their body is here, and they are in the past; their body is here and they are in the future. They seem to be in the present, but it's just the body, because their mind is always being thrown into this psychological time condition: past, present, future.

And as we approach this meeting here, I want to show you that it’s possible for you to Realize your Being, your Divine Nature, the Truth of who You are, when there is this Awakening of Consciousness. And Kundalini is the mechanism, in the body, doing the work in the body and mind, for the Awakening of that Consciousness, and the Awakening of that Consciousness is Spiritual Enlightenment!

The beauty of it is that the Realization of this Spiritual Awakening… and I want to emphasize this a little more: this art of Real Meditation and True Guided Meditation.

We have a playlist on Meditation, and I put it very clearly how to do it, just as we are doing right here and now. You can and need to go deeper into This, because This is something that is decisive for the end of unhappiness – yes, for the end of human unhappiness – the Realisation of the Truth of God, the Realisation of the Truth of your own Being.

Then, this work here has This as a proposal.

Another playlist we have here on our channel is about Kundalini Awakening.

So, our work together is to become aware of the Truth of who we are, and here on our channel we have these two playlists: the Meditation playlist and the Kundalini Awakening playlist, and we have other playlists. We investigate this subject widely and how it becomes possible to Realize This here, in this life: the Truth of your own Being, the Divine Reality You are.

This is the end of the illusion of psychological time, this is the end of the illusion of a separate identity, full of desires, full of fears, trapped in this notion of time created by thought, which is this psychological time, where you are in the past or future. This is a psychological prison in which this "me," this "I," this ego, is positioned.

Our job is to become aware of the Truth about who we are and to assume that. Then, that Energy, when it ascends, it takes on this body-mind and all this psychological notion of time disappears. That's when your life is here and now, established in this present moment. Then, there’s no longer this psychological disorder within you, all this confusion created by thought, producing internal states such as anxiety, depression, various forms of fears, worries, insomnia, all kinds of frames linked to this psychological, emotional disorder the human being lives, the human being has.

So, all these inner states of unhappiness disappear, when you Realize What you were born to Realize, when you Realize your own Being, when you are living within your Real Identity, your Divine Nature.

This is our proposal here for you, within this channel. If this is interesting, subscribe to the channel, leave your “like” …

Remember that we also have online and in-person meetings.

Ok?

Thanks for the meeting and see you next video!

What is Spiritual Enlightenment? | How to attain? | Kundalini Awakening

Hey, guys! Welcome to another meeting here on our channel.

People ask: “What is Spiritual Enlightenment and what can we do to attain Spiritual Enlightenment?” So, what is Enlightenment and how to attain it? First, we need to understand something. Enlightenment is not an attainable state...it is not an attainable state. All states can be achieved and lost. Notice that thoughts appear and disappear, also feelings, emotions and perceptions. All this concerns states.

Humans know internal states of thoughts, feelings, emotions, also sensory perceptions... all this concerns states, but states have an appearance, remain for a while and disappear to give space to another state.

When we are dealing with Spiritual Awakening, or Spiritual Enlightenment, we are not dealing with a state, of something to be attained. So, we can work in this way. First, it is necessary to understand that what appears and disappears cannot be permanent, and because it is not permanent, because it is not something immutable, it cannot be real; so are all these states!

When we are talking of Spiritual Enlightenment, we are talking of something outside of all that are known as states, which appear and disappear – we are talking about the Nature of Being. So, Consciousness is not something that comes and goes.

What we have called “consciousness” are appearances within states – the mental consciousness, the physical consciousness, the emotional consciousness, the consciousness of the waking state, the consciousness of the dream state... All these are states which arise for a time and then disappear. And where does this occur? In That which transcends all states, which is Consciousness.

So, when we are dealing with Awakening or Enlightenment, we are talking about that settling into your own Being, of this Realization of the*Truth that You are. To settle in your Natural State of Being is to go beyond all states – This is Enlightenment.

I will give you a very, very simple example of this. You are not always happy; you are not always sad. To be sad or to be happy represents something that comes and goes, they are states which arise and disappear. You are not always worried, afflicted, suffering. Sometimes you are relaxed, happy, enthusiastic. These are states.

What You are, as Consciousness, is not a state; therefore, This does not change. The beauty of Spiritual Enlightenment is to face What within You that doesn’t change. What is You does not change, is by nature Love, Peace, Happiness, Freedom and Intelligence. This is the Nature of Consciousness, this is the Nature of Being, this is the Divine Nature in You.

So, suffering, notice, suffering is a state, it is not always present. It appears for a while and then disappears. Suffering is something that is cultivable. Notice this! A human being does not want to suffer, and yet he suffers. And he doesn´t do it intentionally, he does it unconsciously. The absence of his Natural State of Being shows itself in this identification with the egoic mind, and in this identification with the ego, with this illusory sense of being “someone” in the experience, in this so-called “consciousness,” which I call “mental consciousness,” suffering is present.

The point here is that, unconsciously – it is not voluntarily, it is unconsciously – human being appreciates suffering. There is pleasure in suffering. And this may sound strange, but it is exactly this way. For example, when you are sad, you have a pleasure in sharing this with others, this pain, this sadness. You talk about this to other people, or when you try to hide it, also internalizing, you are always verbalizing to yourself these same frames, you are always repeating to yourself these same frames, which are representative in the emergence of this pain.

So, we are cultivating thoughts of psychological pain, psychological suffering. So, there is a certain unconscious pleasure in that. So, there is cultivation of this state of suffering, because, if you cultivate these remembrances, these images, these memories and thoughts of revenge or guilt, there is a certain unconscious fulfillment in that for this ego identity, in this experience, in this sensation, in this state, which is pure unconsciousness.

There is no consciousness in that, it is not voluntary, but it is present as a programming, as an addiction, as a compulsion.

So, suffering has been cultivated, human being has been cultivating this condition. Although one doesn´t appreciate suffering, there is a pleasure in cultivating this condition, the condition of these worried states, of fear, of desire, of jealousy, of envy... all this is suffering, but there is a certain reward, which is a reward of the sense of being “someone” within this experience.

The point is that the ego fears emptiness, because, in the emptiness, it does not exist, it disappears. So, it fears death. As long as it continues to exist as a separate identity, suffering, that´s fine! Not only in pleasure, but in pain as well, and all this occurs in an unconscious way. Because of these states, there is a contradiction of not wanting and, at the same time, wanting; of not appreciating, but, at the same time, still feeling pleasure within this condition. I repeat, it is not conscious at all, because that would be conscious insanity, and unconsciousness is the sign of insanity, and this insanity can only occur because of this unconsciousness.

When you approach this work, you approach the possibility to go beyond this ego identity and, therefore, to go beyond these changing states of the egoic mind, which, here, I have called “mental consciousness.” Human being believes to be conscious, and, in fact, he is conscious in this “consciousness” of the mind, but he is not Consciousness – I am talking about this Consciousness in his Natural State of Being – when he is identified with thoughts, when he is being moved by projects, by idealizations, by beliefs, by imaginations of thought. And this is the condition of the ordinary consciousness of everybody, this is the condition of human insanity.

So, the human illness is the sense of separateness, it is the sense of ego identity, which is that experience common to everyone, this “mental consciousness,” where all these states appear, appear and disappear, and the human being identifies with this, not conscious of the Truth about who he or she is.

So, our meeting has that purpose. I want to speak to you about the possibility for you to transcend this limitation, this condition of egoic mind, of this condition of this “mental consciousness.”

It is interesting, because some use the expression “expanding consciousness” exactly to the end of that which here I call “mental consciousness.” But even when we speak about a consciousness which has expanded, we are still limiting that to a belief, an idea, a concept, another form of thought, because Reality of your Being, which is Consciousness, is outside time and space, outside of mind, outside of limitation or expansion. That what You are transcends all this. So, You in your Being, as Consciousness, already experience this Unlimited State, outside of all states.

So, our work, our point here together, the direction here is towards Truth of That what we are, and therefore, transcending the egoic state. This becomes possible when there is a change in this structure of the body and mind, in this psycho-physical structure, and this change is possible when there is Awakening of this Divine Potential, of this Power of Silence, which is the Power of this Consciousness that is dormant, in this organism.

In Yoga, it is said that this Power is dormant at the base of the spine and when this Power moves, which is the Power of Kundalini, a change for this body-mind structure takes place, a change that makes this mechanism capable of this settling, of settling this Consciousness, of this Divine Presence.

So, when Kundalini Awakens, which is the Awakening of this Consciousness, it takes over this organism, and when this occurs, there is a change in the very physical, biological and psychic structure of this organism, this mechanism, this body-mind.

Then, something beyond all states settles down. In India they call it Turiya, the State beyond all states. We have the waking state, we have the dream state, and we have the deep sleep state, and within those 3 states, we have several other states arising.

So, emotions, feelings, thoughts, perceptions, they all denote states arising, they all signal states arising in this mechanism, in this organism. However, when you Realize your Being, when that Kundalini Awakening takes place, that State above all states, which is the Turiya State, which in India is called the “fourth state” possible to man, in India it is called “Samadhi” or “Sahaja Samadhi,” the Natural State of Presence, of Consciousness, is settled in this mechanism, is positioned in this organism, then Spiritual Enlightenment, Spiritual Awakening takes place.

This State does not exclude the state of waking, dreaming and deep sleep, but this State, in this mechanism, in this body-mind, puts an end to unhappiness, to all forms of suffering, to all forms of psychological fear, to everything that has no reality, because that is the end of illusion, it is the Awakening of Wisdom, it is the Awakening of Compassion, it is the Awakening of Love, it is the Awakening of the Truth of who You are, which is basically Happiness, Peace, Love, Silence. And This is not a state. This is the Nature of the Truth of who You are.

Here, when I refer to the word "Happiness," it is not happiness that the mind knows; when I refer to the word "Peace," it is not peace that the mind knows; “Love,” it is not the love we know.

We are talking about something that you can experience, but there is no way to put This into words, because this transcends the world of the mind, transcends the world of the ego, transcends this "mental consciousness," transcends all experience of various states that man has lived, experienced, until today.

So, This is Kundalini Awakening, This is the Awakening of your Being, This is Awakening of Spiritual Enlightenment. Then, the end of the sense of separateness comes, the Liberation of your Natural and Divine State of Being. This is the experience of those who Realized the Truth about themselves, like Krishnamurti, Ramana Maharshi, Eckhart Tolle, Mooji, like Papaji, and all the others. Here, it refers to the Truth about who You are, here and now. That is the end of all illusion, the end of all suffering. OK?
