Spiritual awakening. Approach life with different vision. Psychological accumulation.

We often ask the question “how do I find God?” or “how do I Realize God?”, “What is the truth of Self-Awareness or the importance of Self-Awareness?” The Realization of your Being is the answer to all this, because the Realization of your Being is the end of the illusion of the “person” as you see yourself in this context of life.

So, in these meetings here we are investigating this with you, exploring it together. Here we are getting closer to the truth of who we are. So, our subject, always, here, within the channel, as well as in online meetings that take place on weekends – you can also find the link here to our WhatsApp group to take part in these meetings on weekends –, our purpose in these meetings is to have a revelation of the Truth of What we are when what we seem to be is no longer present. So, we're facing Something really fascinating, Something really wonderful, extraordinary, because That is the end of the search for the one who is in this search for God.

So, here, for example, we have to have a very clear approach to what experience is for the one experiencing it. Notice that our lives consist of experiences happening, but see something: they are experiences happening when they are recorded. If they are not recorded, they remain at the level of experiencing. So, notice how interesting it is to approach life with a different vision, with a vision free of this background of common mentality, of personal mentality, of egoic mentality, which has been our vision, which has been our mentality.

Life is happening now, here, but it's not happening for an experiencer. So, life happening here, in this instant, is not an experience, it is the experiencing, and yet we are in this instant, because of this experiencing – which is the “I”, the ego, the “person” in us – we are always transforming this moment into an experience. Life is what happens now, it's not what you can have a memory of, a recollection of, a remembrance of, without the experiencer. We uphold the presence of the experiencer because we can't deal with the present moment just by experiencing it.

Look at what we're putting here for you: the beauty of living in this moment is the Beauty of having an encounter with Divine Reality, with the Reality of your Being, with the Reality of God. This may sound very strange, but we're going to look at it together over the next few minutes. Life as it happens is a Divine Revelation. It is precisely when the “person”, the “I”, the “me”, the experiencer enters that transforms this moment, which is a unique moment of pure experiencing, into a mere personal, egocentric experience, particular to this “me”, to this “I”, to this ego.

So, how is this “I,” this ego, this “me”, this experiencer, born? Simply by transforming that moment of experiencing into a memory, a recollection, a remembrance. On a practical, objective level, when we go through moments of experiencing, yes, we need to, and yes, we can, and yes, we must, transform this into an experience, because, on an objective, practical level, learning on this level only represents accumulating information, knowledge, and experiences. This does require the presence of an experiencer. Driving a car, for example, is something that, as you go through the experience, is stored in your memory, so experiencing driving becomes a memory experience. So, it's knowledge at this level that is necessary for this technical, functional brain. So, at this level, knowledge is necessary, experience is necessary, the experiencer is necessary.

Notice how interesting this is. The use of speech is a learned thing. Through the experience of hearing that word, it was stored in memory and became an experience for this experiencer. So, at the level of brain function, the experiencer is practical, it is objective, it is direct for very practical functions in life. In that sense, I would say that this experiencer is not a present entity; it is a model of how the brain operates, how it functions. So, the brain records the experience, and it is now part of the brain's knowledge. When needed, it is in the motor memory to drive a car or make use of speech. So, at this level, the brain needs to accumulate, it needs to learn, it lives on these experiences and it evolves through these experiences.

So, all human progress is due to a brain that has been developing, has been evolving in this model of experiencing, transforming this into knowledge because of the record, and making use of this knowledge in a practical way. This is something important in the context of the dream of life, as I've called it. The problem here arises when, psychologically, we are suggesting an experiencer, sustaining an experiencer. The whole problem with us, the whole problem in us, in this “me”, in this “I”, in this ego is that it is this psychological experiencer, it is this psychological entity that is psychologically registering the experiences. So, the sense of “I”, of the ego, this self-centered element in us is a fraud, it's an illusion; it's the one that is producing a quality of life in suffering, in conflict, in contradiction. So, we're always going through the experience and transforming it into something personal, egoic, for this illusory center.

When I talk to you, I'm not actually talking to you. I'm talking to the image that this “me”, this “I” has registered of who you are. So, this contact I have with you is a contact with an image, with a self-projection. I have this “like” or “dislike” of you, which is something egocentric, centered on this “me.” This is what is producing conflict in our relationships, suffering in our relationships, problems in our relationships. So, we're living in this illusory center, this false center, this “me”, this “ego”, this experiencer. The question here is: can we get rid of this, this illusory center, this false center, this experiencer? Because as long as this is present, there is no awareness of the Reality of God. That's the problem with the seeker, he seeks from this illusory center, from this ego, and all he can find from this illusory center is a projection of himself. So, our idea, our image, our belief about God is a projection of the “I” itself. You see? It's a projection of the ego itself.

So, to understand this movement of the “I”, which is the movement of the ego, is to strip oneself of this experiencer, to go beyond this “I”, this center. That’s when our brain can function in a very practical and objective way in the world, with its technical, functional learning, but we no longer have this model of psychological accumulation, of psychological learning, of identity that separates itself from the other on the basis of an image. If you praise me, I like you; if you criticize me, I don't like you. This “me”, this “I” is the whole problem. So, the whole problem with us is this “me”, this illusory center.

So, what is this encounter with Truth? What is this encounter with Divine Reality? It is the realization that in this instant, in this present moment, we can dispense with the illusion of this false center, which is the ego. So, the Truth of Self-Awareness lies in understanding that this illusory “I” is sustaining in our lives this illusion of separation between “me and life”, “me and the other”, “me and God”, because this “I” is the illusion. Allowing life to be what it is, living free from this particular center, from this projection that has as its principle experiences that haven't disappeared to this illusory center, getting rid of this is the end of suffering, the end of confusion, the end of illusion. So, at that moment, we can have an approach to what this encounter with God is, which is this encounter with Life free from the “I,” which is this encounter with the “other” free from the “I,” with the world free from the “I.”

Thus, an approach to oneself is the end of the illusion of this “me” through Self-Awareness. This is where the awareness of the Truth of Meditation becomes fundamental. Getting rid of this psychological content, memory, history, recollection, images about who I am, about who the other person is, about what life is. The end of the whole programmed model of thinking, feeling and acting, which is the conditioning model of society, of the world, of culture, and egoic life. The emptying of all this content is the approach to the Truth, the Truth of Self-Awareness, the Truth of Real Meditation. When all this psychological content, which is the “I,” disappears, something new is present.

So, all we need to do is find out what this present moment is without this content from the past, what a contact with this instant represents without this element that separates itself from this present moment in order to record it, to transform this instant into a memory and then act from this memory. So, it's a process that takes place in what I've called psychological time. So, this present moment becomes very important for the ego, because it transforms this moment into a collection, into a memory, into a past, and when it is always faced with the next present moment, it is faced with this moment based on this past. So, in the ego, we are always acting from the past in this instant. That's when we turn this present moment of pure experiencing into a mere personal experience. Thus, we are always being personal in our relationships, personal in our actions, personal in our behavior, personal at every moment in this life, in this extraordinary movement that is Life in its Grace, in its Beauty, in its Wholeness. We are always in this psychological time – past, present and future. This explains the whole internal state of suffering present in the ego. Anxiety, the anticipation of a psychological future for the ego, anguish, depression, frustration, is this psychological past for the “I”, for the ego here, in this moment. And for the ego, this moment is one of conflict, contradiction and therefore of suffering, because it lives in time: past, present and future.

The realization of the Reality of God, the realization of the Reality of your Being is the end of this “I” that is the experiencer, that is the element that lives in this cultivation of memories, of psychological memories. I think it's already clear: on one level, memory is necessary, on another level it's the problem.

Here in this work, we are becoming aware of the Reality of God, aware of the Reality of your own Being, of Divine Truth, which represents the end of psychological time, the end for this ego-identity. So, this is God-realization, Spiritual Awakening or Spiritual Enlightenment. To have an approach to the movement of life without this psychological movement of the mind is to live without conflict, to live without suffering, to live without illusions. So, we are together investigating this, exploring this, working towards the end of this illusion of this person, of this “me”, of this illusory center.

We have online meetings here for this purpose. They take place on weekends, as mentioned. You can find our WhatsApp group here in the video description to take part in these meetings. We also have face-to-face meetings – including retreats – where we work on this with you. So, if this is something that touches you, if this is something that makes sense to you, go ahead and leave your “like,” subscribe to the channel and put “Yes, it makes sense” in the comment, OK?

So, that's our invitation, and we'll see you. Thanks for the meeting and see you next time!
