The questions are “How to know God?” or “How to find God?” Notice how interesting our questions are with regard to this Reality, this Unnameable, Indescribable thing, this Truth that is beyond everything thought can reach. We are talking about this Reality, which is the Divine Reality, the Reality of God.
Look at these questions “How to know God?” or “How to find God?” To find something we have to have the address or clues as to where it is to actually get closer. So, notice we already have an idea about God, we just need to find Him, we just need to know Him. That's how we formulate all this. That's how we have this question being asked. What is the truth about this?
Notice, we don't know who we are, but we want to know God. We don't know the truth about ourselves, but we want to know the truth about God. Here we want to work on this with you, how to get a Real approximation of this. Because, in fact, human beings have been looking for something, it has been like this for millennia.
Human beings are looking for something beyond themselves, beyond what they are. It's as if we wanted to get out of ourselves into something beyond what we are at this moment. Notice, here is the Real approach to this matter of the Revelation of What God Is. Here we come across the Truth of the acknowledgement of What God Is.
Note that this is not about “finding God” or “knowing God,” but rather about verifying the Truth of God. The Truth of God cannot be found, cannot be known, cannot be known within what can be recognized, and cannot be found somewhere, in some place. So, our intellectual approach to this subject – which is also sentimental and emotional – is entirely wrong since this is an approach to investigating what is happening here with us.
And what is happening to us here? Why do we want to go beyond this condition we're living in? What is the reason for this? Notice that everything stems from dissatisfaction, from deep dissatisfaction. Human beings are not happy, they are not satisfied, they are not complete. That dissatisfaction has led us to search for something. What is behind this search? It's really an attempt to find something beyond this “me,” this ego, this “I.” That's what we're dissatisfied with. It is here, in this sense of “I,” of the ego that we are unhappy.
So notice, there is dissatisfaction and a search for a reality beyond that dissatisfaction, so that's the first point. The second point is that because we don't know the Truth of God, we are mistaking this encounter for Reality, for an encounter with some greater satisfaction. You see, the human being is not actually in search of Divine Reality. Although they carry within a dissatisfaction that will never be satisfied by anything other than the Truth of God, they are nevertheless searching for a greater satisfaction.
Then, this is the search of human beings. They are mistaking this encounter with the Truth, which is the unique Reality that can complete them, make them truly Be what they Are, which is Happiness, Love, and Peace. They are looking for greater satisfaction in their life. So, human beings are looking for something that is not this Reality of God. It's quite paradoxical.
Thus, there's a search for fulfillment. In the egoic mind, in this confused mind we bring, we are mistaking this for achieving satisfaction. So, human beings are looking for love, looking for peace, looking for freedom, looking for happiness, but they have an idea of what this represents. Therefore, they project this onto what they actually imagine. Consequently, it's still something within the known. Then, their search is for greater satisfaction, not for the Reality of God. However, they are looking for something that they don't know what it is, because That which is the Reality of God is beyond the known.
Thus, you see, we don't know what the Truth of Completeness, Peace, Love, and the Happiness that we are looking for is, but we are looking for an idea about it, a concept about it, a satisfaction for this model of dissatisfaction that is life in the ego, which is life in the “I.” I don't know if this is too confusing for you.
To put it very simply: we don't know the truth of our dissatisfaction, and our search for satisfaction because we don't know the reason for this dissatisfaction in us; it is not the search for Truth since we can't be searching for Truth within this confused, disoriented, unhappy and complicated condition in which the egoic mind finds itself. So, to simplify everything here: Divine Reality is the Unknown, and what we are seeking in the mind is still within what the mind knows.
What we need to see together here is the possibility of the Realization of Truth, of this Truth of God. However, this only becomes possible, this “knowing God,” this “finding God,” which is actually acknowledging God, becoming aware of the Reality of God, this is something that is possible when the sense of the “I,” of the ego, is no longer present.
And for the elimination of this sense of the “I,” of the ego, which is the real basis of dissatisfaction, of all contradiction, of all suffering, of all this human existential pain... Here we can put into this package all kinds of suffering we know, fear, jealousy, envy, everything that the human being wants to get rid of and asks questions like “How to overcome fear? How to overcome envy? How to overcome jealousy? How to overcome this pain, which is the pain of loneliness?” All of this is part of this package, this condition, which is the condition of the “I,” of “me,” of the ego, and when this ends, we have the Divine Reality, the Reality of God showing itself.
This Reality of God is present at the end of this “I.” Thus, this is the acknowledgement of the Reality we are seeking. So, what do we really want? What are we actually longing for? What are we actually yearning for? What are we really searching for? We seek, long for and desire the Truth of That which, when it is present, this dissatisfaction ends.
The problem here is that we don't know This, and This is beyond the known. And to be acknowledged, notice, this is the Real “knowing God,” this is the Real discovering God, this is the Real acknowledging God. When This is present, Something new is present, the Unknown is present, it is the Reality of your Being. This is something we haven't been told and we're telling it to you here on this channel, exploring this subject carefully with you, through dozens, hundreds of videos.
What we are telling you is that, yes, it is possible to Realize the Truth of God. The Realization of the Truth of God, Realizing God is the Real knowing God, is the Real seeing God. It's not you becoming aware of who God Is, but the Reality of God taking its place in this body and mind. This is the Truth of your Being Revealing itself in this life, the Truth of life free from this center that is the “I,” the ego.
And here we are together more than in these videos, we are inside online meetings, face-to-face meetings and retreats, working on this with you. These online meetings take place on weekends – here in the description of the video you have our WhatsApp link to take part in these meetings. In these meetings we have a more direct question-and-answer approach, as well as the awareness of what IS in a practical way, showing you what it's like to be in this Natural State, which is Meditation.
So, the Truth of Self-Awareness requires this awareness of Meditation. Then, Meditation is the awareness of Self-Awareness, and Self-Awareness is the basis for the Revelation of this awareness of the art of Meditation, and that is what makes this Truth of revelation, of Divine realization of God, possible. It is the manifestation or expression of That which is Unnameable, Indescribable, which is present when the sense of “I,” which is that sense of person we carry, is no longer present.
Thus, the Awakening of Consciousness, Spiritual Enlightenment, is that awareness. It's a common question to ask: “How do I achieve Spiritual Enlightenment?” The awareness of this Revelation of what Spiritual Enlightenment is lies in the acknowledgement of the Truth of this Being, which is the Nature of God, which is the Nature of each one of us when this sense of separation, of duality, is no longer present.
This sense of duality is the affirmation of that illusory center, which is the “I,” the ego, that thinker within us who sees the world as separate from itself. This thinker sees thoughts as something it is producing. This thinker sees feelings, which are feelings separate from it, so the thinker is the one who feels these feelings, the one who deals with these emotions. This is false. This is a way of seeing based on an illusion, a mistaken identification, something learned within this concept of the world we have received, which here we have called psychological conditioning.
This psychological model of thinking, of feeling, is a conditioning. This is what has sustained this condition of dissatisfaction. Thus, human beings are trying to achieve something beyond themselves because, in reality, they are dissatisfied.
At first, human beings believe that they will find this satisfaction by achieving something externally, which they call “happiness,” “love,” “peace;” then, they begin to realize that it hasn't worked, and so they turn to religious or spiritual life in search of this mysterious thing, this indescribable thing called God. But still, all of this within this context of dissatisfaction and this program, still, of knowledge that thought has, that the egoic mind has possessed. And we need to break with all this, only then will this Reality be present.
So, this art of Self-Awareness and True Meditation – and this is our proposal in these online meetings, as well as in face-to-face meetings and retreats – is the end to all of this. The awareness of this Being is the awareness of the Truth of God. Then, this is our work with you. Here we want to bring you this invitation. Here we want to offer this invitation to you, the invitation to investigate the Truth of it all.
So, that's our subject here with you. As we've just said, we have these online meetings on weekends, you can find our link to take part here in the video description. We have face-to-face meetings and also retreats. If this is something that makes sense to you, go ahead and leave your like here and write in the comments: “Yes, it makes sense.” OK? And please subscribe to the channel. Thanks for meeting us and see you!
