Joel Goldsmith | The Thunder of Silence | How to spiritually awaken? | Master Gualberto

GC: Hello everyone! We are here for another videocast. Again, Master Gualberto is here with us. Thank you very much, Master, for your Presence.

Master, today I'm going to read an excerpt from Joel Goldsmith's book called: “The Thunder of Silence.” In this book, Master, Joel makes the following comment: “At any moment of our earthly experience, no matter whether it is at nine, nineteen, or ninety years old, we can undertake the return to the Father's house.” Master, how to proceed with this return to the Father's house? How to Spiritually Awaken?

MG: Very good! It is the only subject we discuss here with you. We are exactly pointing to this Place, to this Space. Here, complication arises when we believe that this Space is something that can be visualized on the screen of our mind. Here, when I say that we are pointing to this Place, the difficulty arises when you start to believe that this Place can be imagined by thought, as we generally do.

The idea of this encounter with God, or this Realization of God, or entering the Father's house, or returning to the Father's house, when thought begins to idealize This, we, naturally, get lost. In fact, we are already lost based on thinking. So, the truth of an approach to this Realization, this Awakening, this return to the Father's house, in Joel's language, here it is about becoming Aware of the Reality of What we are.

The first thing here is that This cannot be seen in the future. Here is the biggest obstacle, the biggest difficulty, because we are dealing with this instrument, which is the only instrument we have, which is the mind, and all it does is maintain itself within a continuity – I refer to this mind egoic. It remains in continuity, in this movement, always in time, in the idea of reaching, of becoming, of accomplishing, of becoming. So, it is implied here, always, to this egoic mind – which is how the thinking within us works – that this Realization is in the future.

Here, the first thing is to abandon this “future,” this idea, because it is an imagination produced by thought in this movement of “tomorrow or in the near future I will find God, I will realize God, I will get there.” So, all of this is nothing more than an imagination constructed by thought. Here, the work consists of becoming aware now, here, in this instant, of this movement that is the movement of the “I”; including, mainly, this movement that thought constructs around this idea of finding God, of reaching God. Reality is the one that finds you, Truth is what arrives, Truth is what takes over Its space; It's not about going to It, it's It that comes.

So, putting it in very religious, very simple language, you don't go to God, it's God who comes to you. You do not approach Grace, it is Grace that approaches you. The point is that when That approaches you, it is to nullify this idea of “someone” present. The point is that when the Reality of God arrives, it is to nullify the idea of “I.” The Reality of God nullifies the idea of the “I,” this sense of a present entity that separates itself. So, this separate “I” is part of a dream, of an imagination constructed by thought. From there, we can delve deeper, explore and discover Reality, but understand one thing: it is always from this moment on.

So, we dispense with the entire ordering movement based on a discipline designed and built by a system of what should be done, what should not be done, what I have to do, what I don't have to do, what I should practice, what I cannot practice, what is, what is not... This whole model in which thought has been established throughout life, in this movement of positive construction, that is, this construct to reach a purpose, is completely false here.

The detail is that, in a way that we receive within organized religion, in this so-called “search” or “search” for God, we are told what to do and what not to do, we are told what we need to do. So, we were given rules, we were given commandments, we were given meditation techniques, prayer techniques, all kinds of things were taught to us to have this encounter, as if the Reality of God, the Divine Reality, was in the future, and through this movement, which is the movement of the “I” itself, of the ego, we could reach Him. This is completely false! Now on, we can investigate the thing, So, let's go!

GC: Master, within this theme, we have a question here from subscriber to the channel. She asks the following question: “Master, is the spiritual seeker the ego?”

MG: Every search, Gilson, presupposes the notion of time. Search is only possible when there is time. There is a distance between what is here, what is here, what is present here, and what is there to be found. So, search presupposes movement in time. This is the first aspect: this movement takes place over time. Number two: it's the movement from here to there. This movement is from someone, who is the “I,” towards the Divine Reality. So, the Divine Reality is far away, it is distant. There is this “I” and this Reality, but It is far away, distant, and it takes work to get there, work that takes place over time. So, there are two completely fallacious things here. The first is that Reality is not here, It is somewhere and needs to be found there; this requires the presence of time. The second is someone, who is the “I,” in his own movement, to find It. And I didn't even include a third thing, which is the address. This “I,” this “me,” this ego, this person, has to know the address.

So, you see, this is not Reality. Reality is: God is the only Present Reality and this sense of “I” is an illusion, which, when investigated, when understood in a clear way, this illusion breaks down and this Reality Present shows itself. All this movement is, of course, a movement created by thought. It's as if it had an address, needed to move from here to there and could, in time, find it. Therefore, this is a creation, Gilson, of the egoic mind itself. So, to this question, the answer is: yes, the sense of the present “I” is what creates the seeker.

Divine Realization does not come by your search. It occurs despite the confusion of your search. It occurs through a mysterious action of Something that approaches and takes over the space that belongs to Itself. This whole search is the search of the ego. In fact, this search is present due to dissatisfaction, due to some level of discomfort or suffering. Note that it is only like this, with difficulty, that human beings are inclined towards this quest or this search, but this quest or this search is not the reality of the search for an encounter with the Truth. What human beings are looking for is relief from this pain and an end to this suffering. This makes them move, but where do they move? What is the movement of thought, if not within itself?

So, all the ego can do is search, and that search is still within the known. Yes, it's its move! This is not decisive for this Realization. See, what is decisive for this Realization is the presence of this Divine Grace, this movement of God here, and not any movement from here to there. I don't know if that... it seems to me that this is very clear! You cannot find Reality, Reality is what can realize itself and manifest itself, and make itself ready, and become real as, in fact, It is, in this space that is already Its, here and now. It is not the “I” that will do this, it is not the movement of the search that will determine this.

GC: Master, with myself, I searched a lot, I searched in religion, in doctrine, in philosophy, but restlessness and suffering were always present. Until I became exhausted from the search, because many practices, meditation practices, techniques of this, techniques of that, and still there was… although, occasionally, there was a comfort or something that seemed to be a peace, internally there remained a restlessness, a void. Until, by this Grace, the Master found me, and then I really felt the end of the search, but a work to be done, this work of being in that attention that the Master talks about so much. Can the Master tell us a little bit about this?

MG: This encounter with Reality, you see, is not an encounter in the sense of someone encountering Reality. It is an encounter of Reality in Itself with Itself, for the end of that “someone.” So, the work consists of becoming aware of this movement, which is the movement of this “someone,” this “me,” this “I,” this ego. It is work that takes place in this body and in this mind, and the instrument of approach for this work is the mind.

The mind needs to self-investigate, to get closer to itself within this direct observation, to become aware of its own movement, which is the movement of conditioned thought, within this model of society, culture, world, where there is this mistaken principle of separation, of duality, this illusion between someone present and God distant, between someone present and the separate world, someone present seeing people. It is the illusion of someone in a relationship with the world, as being the center, as being the one who is present, separate from the world; someone present in a relationship with another. So, there is this pattern of separation.

When the mind gets still, it discovers this art of getting closer to itself through Meditation. And Meditation, here, the basis for Meditation is the understanding of its own movement, which is Self-awareness. Then, when the mind approaches itself, it begins to become aware of its own illusory movement of beliefs, opinions, judgments, certainties, doubts. Then, this entire pattern of behavior begins to reveal itself in the mind, which is the behavior that supports this movement of separation, where there is – in this model of behavior, which is egoic behavior, in the mind – this sense of “someone” present: someone thinking, someone talking, someone acting, someone relating, someone wanting to get rid of fears, problems, difficulties...

The awareness of the movement of the “I,” which is the awareness of the movement of this ego… that is the work! This awareness occurs when we have an approach to the Truth of Self-knowledge. One important thing, Gilson, that I have been saying lately is that this Self-awareness is not self-awareness as I have heard people say. Here, I refer to a Self-awareness that reveals the Truth, not a self-awareness for personal development, for the improvement of the person, but for the realization of the illusion that constitutes the person.

This illusion of which the person is constituted is this conditioning model known to all of us, which is the conditioning of this egoistic, separate identity, which sees itself as an entity in time, in space, and desiring for itself, and seeking for itself something, due to a dissatisfaction that it brings, an internal confusion that it has, due to all this movement of thought, chatter, within the human being. So, one suffers from all kinds of conflict, of all types of psychological suffering, due to this model, which is the model of this egoic identity. Becoming aware of this is going beyond this condition, which is the illusory condition of being someone within this movement, which is the movement of life.

So, an approach to the movement of the mind requires that the mind discover a space in it capable of having a quiet and silent approach of this movement, which is the restless and disturbed movement of the “I,” the ego, this “me.” Therefore, Gilson, there is nothing better than having an approach in Satsang, because in Satsang there is a space that opens up within the human being, so that he can become aware of this disorder, this confusion, and this space opens up due to the Power of Presence, of the Power of Grace itself.

So, this is where the work takes place. It is a work of awareness of the reality of what is here, at this instant, at this moment. And I continue to say: it is not a movement of searching for something, but it is the awareness of realizing, here and now, what is present, configuring itself as this illusory identity that sees itself as separate, that feels separate, that moves in an egocentric and separatist way, and in suffering, of course, because that is the condition of egoic identity, that is the condition of the unobserved mind, when there is no work in oneself. That´s it.

GC: Master, you mentioned Satsang... As soon as I met the Master and started participating in these weekend meetings, these intensive meetings that are called Satsang, I had a complete identification with thought. And as I was undergoing a religious, spiritual study, I was always reinforcing spiritual thoughts: “I and the father are one,” etc. And upon arriving in Satsang with the Master, in the first meetings I participated in, it became very clear how I had this complete identification with these thoughts that I brought as “spiritual.” And there was no Silence, there was chatter wrapped in spiritual thoughts: “I am what I am,” etc. Can the Master talk a little about this?

MG: Yes, Gilson, we all went through that. In this search, in the mind, in the ego, all that we managed to do was accumulate theoretical, bookish information, this so-called “spiritual life,” this aspiration for spirituality. And, of course, this gives us a wealth of information, knowledge, naturally, of thoughts about it. So, in fact, the mind is agitated. People in the world, or who do not have an inclination to seek, have their minds agitated by worldly matters, by worldly thoughts, while religious people have their minds agitated, and very agitated, but what prevails are religious thoughts, thoughts so-called “spiritual.” But, see, it's the same thing, because, theoretically, you can understand all that, but they're just thoughts. As a thought, this takes you, in the “I,” in the ego, to this imaginary world, of a future spiritual realization, in this search, but you continue searching and with your mind agitated.

The Truth of your Being is Divine Awareness, and there is no thought in this Divine Awareness, there is only Wisdom. It is exactly the absence of the movement of restlessness that thought sustains. So, what happens is that, when we approach work like this, something new begins to happen internally, within each of us. It's like troubled waters calming down. The human being – I will put it again – is inclined towards worldliness. When he becomes a spiritual seeker, his inclination is to read sacred books, listen to speeches, lectures, teachings. He collects all of this and it becomes a set of images, memories, concepts and beliefs within him. And when he learns to make affirmations, using these words, this may even bring a certain tranquility at times, within his so-called “search” or “spiritual practice,” but this does not solve it.

We need to have access to the Silence of this Being that is present in this moment. However, the Silence of this Being reveals itself when this “me,” this “I,” this ego, the conditioned mind, especially within religiosity, is removed. As long as this conditioned mind is present, this movement of restlessness is present, there is no awareness of Reality, there is no way to have an approach to the Truth of Meditation. It is Meditation that reveals this Silence of Being, which is the Divine Reality, but this chattering mind, with religious thoughts or without religious thoughts, this chattering mind needs to disappear, do you understand?

It seems to me that this is what happens when we approach the work of investigating the movement of the “I,” the ego. Then, it starts to become clear that all of this is still part of this movement of the egoic mind. All the information, all the knowledge, all this learning, this remains at the level of conditioned intellect, it does not cause any real impact of change, of transformation that is necessary. Do you see? This is the point.

GC: Master, at this point, within the studies I have had, it is often said that, at an intellectual level, there is no change, but when there is a feeling of what is being studied, there would be a change. Can the Master bring the Master's view on this point?

MG: This model of feeling is linked to an already-known model of thought, notice, it still has a background of conditioning. If what you feel is explained or justified by an intellectual model of knowledge that you bring, what you are feeling is something still induced by that learned model.

See, this is very delicate, Gilson! Each person, within their knowledge program and, therefore, conditioning, has specific experiences of this background of knowledge. This only shows us one thing: that what we are having here is a dream. Note that when you dream, you dream within the sphere of the known or that which is recognized. If it is recognized, it is because it is already known.

Divine Reality is not revealed by thought or feeling. It is something that is beyond thought and beyond feeling. And It does not reveal itself to someone. This “someone” is the one who identifies the revelation. If revelation is identified, that revelation is just a recognition of his background. So, this is still part of what is known. Divine Reality is a breaking of the known. So, when It reveals itself, it doesn't reveal itself to someone; it is the end of “someone” present. Therefore, it is not something that someone catches, someone understands, someone perceives or someone feels. We are still within a model that is the model of the known, of the mind that recognizes. See, it's so simple! That which is Real cannot be within that which is not. The movement of thought has no reality other than the reality of time. It only deals with what is known. It does not have access to or cannot recognize that which is outside of itself.

So, all experience is within the experiencer, still part of time, still part of the “I.” It's not that! It's not that! Truth cannot be within the known! If it can be known or recognized, experienced or felt, it is by someone. This “someone” cannot be Reality, this “someone” cannot be in the experience of Reality. Reality is outside this “someone,” it is exactly the end of this “someone” with all one’s experiences. OK?

GC: Master, our time has ended. So, gratitude for this videocast. And for those of you watching the video, leave a “like” and leave a comment with questions for us to bring to future videocasts. And for those of you that what the Master is saying makes sense, we invite you to participate in the Satsangs, which are these intensive weekend meetings. In the first comment, pinned, there is the WhatsApp link to participate in these meetings.

Master, gratitude, for this videocast.

Kundalini energy. What is Kundalini Awakening? Mindfulness Meditation. Advaita.

In general, our living condition in this world is somewhat monotonous, routine, and this is what drives us to fill ourselves with knowledge of all types, to seek information, to read books, to participate in events, to seek different forms of entertainment. This occurs due to an internal state, present in each of us, of dissatisfaction, of incompleteness. So, there is an absence of something, and we really don't know what it is that is absent.

I would like to delve a little deeper with you here into this issue of this dissatisfaction present within each of us. This model of human existence as we know it, is something repetitive, continuous, something that remains exactly the same. What is it that has made our lives, or made our lives like that?

A careful approach will show you that the only movement present in us, notice, is the movement in which the impulse to action or to that model of life is the impulse that thought produces. Thus, our life has been shaped, adjusted, led and driven by thought, and we know nothing else.

We don't know why we are living within this psychological condition, where what matters to each of us is this model of existence, where we are just repeating the common pattern of common life for all of us. So, there is no originality, there is no creativity, there is no awareness of anything outside of all this. So, all we have is exactly what we have. Other than that, we have nothing. Other than that, we are nothing.

So, it would be interesting for us to start discovering what it is to have an approach of what is really outside of this, outside of all of this. What would be a contact with that which represents being nothing? Because, look, we are stuffing ourselves with all kinds of experiences and we are living within a model that is the common model guided by thought, and yet we continue within this condition, where, for most of us, what prevails is a dissatisfaction that nothing satisfies, a lack that nothing fills.

What will be the truth of being outside this pattern? What will be the truth of actually encountering this nothingness? Let's put aside this search for fulfillment, let's put aside this pattern. Note, this pattern is the standard of humanity, it is the standard of human beings. It is the model of an existence focused on the search for external achievements.

So, we are educated, trained, formed within this culture for envy, ambition, the search for material achievements, fulfillment in terms of emotions and feelings, in search of spaces where we can enjoy this. So, we go to the theater, cinema, and concerts. All we are looking for is, in fact, the search for fulfillment. And we are only looking for this fulfillment because we don't want to come across the fact that, apart from this, what remains present, when this type of thing is not in our lives, is a void.

What is the contact with this void? What is the truth of this void present in each of us? What will be the truth of this tedious condition, which is our life? Unexciting, that is our life? And that's why we're looking for all kinds of distractions, fulfillment, entertainment, to bring a certain meaning to it. See, is there anything beyond all this?

Here we are approaching with you an encounter with something outside the known. Because this is the known model, where all this is present. Only when we come across what is outside the known, do we have the opportunity for something new. But we cannot access what is outside the known as long as we maintain this pattern of continuity, of searching for the known, of searching for what all this represents, in this model of the “I,” in this model of the person.

Here we are exploring with you the awakening of something new. This something new is the presence of Real Consciousness here and now. Notice: it is this Real Consciousness that the sages in ancient India called Kundalini. We are working with you here on the flourishing of your Being, which is Bliss: this is the truth of Real Consciousness in each of us, and the nature of that energy, which is Kundalini energy. Let's understand this expression here.

There is a lot of mystification out there about this. People want to have sensations, experiences, contact with the so-called spiritual world or parallel worlds. So, they engage in some esoteric, spiritualistic, mystical techniques or practices, and they call it “the search for kundalini awakening.”

So, we are mythologizing this thing. What we call Kundalini, in people's minds, is something mythical and is also something mystical. So, there is also a mystification about this. In other words, there is a lot of fantasy, there is a lot of imagination about what you bring in your Being as you, which is this Consciousness, which is the presence of God, which is Kundalini.

So, what is Kundalini awakening? What is the awakening of this Real Presence, this Real Consciousness? It is the flourishing of the Unknown. In the egoic mind, the entire movement in search of the known, of all these things, is the search for fulfillment, it is the search for satisfaction, for external fulfillment, for completeness on the outside. So, we go to theaters, cinemas and concerts, we go to watch games. We are doing everything in an attempt to find a brief moment of fulfillment, see, of satisfaction, of joy.

There is, in each of us, an incompleteness that completes nothing. So, we're always chasing something. And now we are pursuing an experience. When we talk to you here about Liberation in this life, about the Realization of That which is you in your Being, we are talking about the flourishing of Kundalini. But this is not an experience, it is not a sensation, it is not something linked to this movement of emotion, extraphysical or so-called spiritual perception. It's not something you can report on later, tell someone about.

So, let's make this clear to you here. What do people call Kundalini energy? There is enormous confusion. We believe that the presence of this energy, which is Kundalini energy, we associate Kundalini with a presence of power, so that when this energy awakens, you become someone special. And it's not that!

The flourishing of this energy, which is the energy of Consciousness – see, it is the energy of Consciousness – that is Kundalini energy. When it has the freedom to work on this body and mind, it makes a psychophysical change in this structure, in the mind, body and brain. So, now there is something new present, but it is not the presence of an experience and an experiencer enjoying it. It is the Reality of That which is indescribable, which is beyond names, therefore, it is unnamable.

The awareness of this Being that we are is the awareness of the Reality of That which is God. So, when we are afraid of moving away from this psychological condition of the world, in this search for something out there, having the belief that this nothingness is the end of joy, it is exactly the opposite. The presence of this contact with the Unknown, which in thought, in imagination, is nothing, is being nobody.

Notice, here we are proposing the end of the ego, the end of the “I,” the end of the sense of someone seeking experiences or living experiences. So, thought idealizes this as the end, the end of everything. And in fact, it is the end of the known. But there is something new present that is beyond all description. It is the presence of Divine Reality; it is the presence of your True Self. Not this psychophysical being, not this movement, which is the movement of the mind.

It is something that is not part of this thought model context, where we are stuck with an idea of always achieving something. So, we want to get rid of what bothers us, what makes us suffer, we want to achieve something that fulfills us and gives us pleasure. Notice, this is the movement of thought.

This movement of thought places you within a condition, which is the condition in which the human being, in a common way, is living. Notice, all this movement of the ego present is in search of pleasure and in an attempt to get rid of pain. So, we are always in a movement of reaching, of obtaining or of getting rid of, of giving up. This is the movement where, in itself, there is the importance of thought moving.

Observe your mind, how agitated it is. It passes from one thought to another, from one feeling to another, from one emotion to another. All of this is part of the movement of the mind, made up of thoughts, feelings, emotions. So, this entire movement of this center, which is the “I,” is a movement that takes place in this notion of past, present and future.

Here we are becoming aware of the truth about who we are, we are getting closer to the Realization of God's Truth. There is something that becomes fundamental here in this approach: it is the approach of Meditation. This is our approach to the truth of Meditation, Mindfulness Meditation. The awareness of this moment eliminates the movement of thought that places you in this time “past, present and future.” Contact with the reality of this Being requires this Mindfulness at this moment.

Life is here, at this moment. This internal, psychological movement of the ego, of restlessness, is a movement of time, it is the absence of the awareness of Being. Having an approach to the truth about Meditation... Note, Meditation here and now, in this instant. It is not a technique or a meditative practice, it is the awareness of the truth of Meditation revealing itself here and now, in Mindfulness.

So, our approach is to this alertness, it is to this awareness. This reveals the absence of this movement of dissatisfaction, of restlessness, of desire to obtain sensations, something so common in egoic identity, in this false center, in this false “I,” in this idealized “I,” in this one who sees himself separate from experience and wants to enjoy an experience in this pattern of duality. Are we together?

Maybe this sounds a little strange to you here, at first contact. I want to invite you to get to know the channel better, to enter here. We have several videos, many videos, both here on this channel and also on our other channel called “Marcos Gualberto.” You can then take a look there; the link is in the video description.

An approach to life is an approach to Bliss, it is the end of this old condition of boredom, of routine, of searching for something to fill an existential void, a condition of existential pain, present due to the presence of the illusion of duality. Our subject here is Advaita, non-duality, the awareness of the truth of your Being revealing itself as Spiritual Awakening, as the Awakening of God Consciousness.

So, that's our topic here with you on this channel and also on our other channel. But we also have something beyond these videos, and we want to invite you to come closer to our Satsang meetings. The word Satsang is a Sanskrit word that means “the encounter with your Being, with the truth of your Divine Nature.”

So, we have online meetings, which take place on weekends. Saturday and Sunday, we put our minds and hearts involved in this investigation of the truth about ourselves. You can find our WhatsApp link here in the video description to participate in these meetings. It is clear that we have something greater within these online meetings than what we have in a video.

In addition, we have face-to-face meetings and also retreats. If what you just heard makes sense to you, touches you in some way, this is an invitation. Leave your like here, subscribe to the channel and post it in the comments: “Yes, it makes sense.” OK? And we'll see each other. Thanks for the meeting and see you soon!

Advaita Meditation. Atma Vichara Ramana Maharshi. Practice Self-Awareness. Avidya.

What we are seeing here with you is the Truth of life without contradiction, without conflict, without the suffering present we know. I said exactly that: the Truth of life, when the “I,” the ego, this sense of being someone, is no longer present within living, in events, in situations. We have emphasized here the importance of the non-“I,” the absence of this psychological condition in which we find ourselves, due to a psychological conditioning we bring. This is what some call “Spiritual Awakening.” This is something that is the result of the Vision of Reality.

Becoming aware of this in a direct way – that's how we are working here with you – it's what Ramana Maharshi called Atma Vichara. The sage of the mountain of Arunachala, from southern India. “Atma Vichara,” some translate this as “self-investigation,” I prefer it as “self-observation.” Learning the art of observing yourself, becoming aware of the movement of the “I” … This is the practical, the most direct form of contact with the Truth of That which is you in your Being.

So, here we are always working with you on the truth of the practice of Self-Awareness. You can theorize about it, read books about it, listen to lectures about it, without directly experiencing what it means, what the meaning of that is. But here we are showing you what it is to practice Self-Awareness, what it is to live practicing Self-Awareness. Once you come closer to self-observation, to Atma Vichara, to this looking at the movement of thought, you come into direct contact with the illusion of a center within living, within life, within experience. Notice that your contact with him or her is based on an image you create, of an experiencer you feel you are, in this contact with him or her.

Then, you have a revelation of the truth about yourself, and you perceive that this “you” is nothing more than a set of images, memories, and remembrances – notice – of something that comes from the past, seeking to have, in contact with this moment, with life as it happens, a relationship, and that is what is establishing conflict, problem, and suffering. You cannot become aware of the Revelation of God through this “I.” Every contact you can have with life from this “I” is the contact of the experiencer with a given experience, seeing itself separate from that experience.

Note the implication of this: people want to have so-called “spiritual” experiences. They seek mystical experiences, extraphysical experiences; they want to have contact with something mysterious, with something outside of what their lives have consisted of, of routine, continuity, boredom, repetition, of monotony... so they go in search of an experience, and the most desired one of all is the experience with God.

The idea behind this is that you are present to contact God, to meet God, even to become enlightened or receive Enlightenment. Note, it is the pattern of a viewpoint in duality: there is you and God, you and that given mystical or spiritual, or esoteric, or extraphysical experience... This pattern of separation is the pattern created by thought. Notice, it is thought that supports the idea of someone present: someone with will, with choice, someone with desires, with fears, someone who lived the past, is living the present and will live the future. Notice, all of this is part of a structure constructed by thought.

The Truth of the Revelation of your Being lies in the end of the “I,” of the ego and, therefore, in the end of this illusory separation between That which is you in your Being and life, That which is you in your Being and what is happening, and experiences, and events… and a thought, and an emotion, and a sensation… All of this is part of life, of this vivacity of it, of what it represents, but there is no “I,” there is no such person separating itself from that. This is what is discarded when it occurs – and it only occurs at this moment – within a vision of Reality, when the end of the “I,” of the ego occurs.

Our emphasis here is to work with you on exactly that: the perception of Reality, which is why we are emphasizing Meditation with you. This meditation is Advaita, is the vision of Reality, of non-separation, of non-duality. When there is no separation, when there is no duality, we have the presence of Meditation. The Truth that there is only one Reality present, without anything else. This Reality is the Divine Reality, the Reality of this Being – Consciousness – Bliss.

Here our work consists of approaching the Truth, the practice of Meditation, Real Meditation, I have called it Real Meditation in practice. This is Advaita Meditation. This way of approaching Meditation is mindfulness. The awareness of this instant without the element of the thinker, the observer, the experiencer, is the awareness of life without this center that separates itself. All we need to become aware of Self-Awareness is the annulment of duality, of separation that thought has produced when it tells us about a thinker, when thought tells us about an experiencer, when thought tells us about someone feeling that feeling, that emotion.

When thought tells us about someone seeing, there is what is being seen and there is someone seeing it. Note, this is a prank of thought, it is a playful model of thought. I refer to this thought that I have called “psychological thought,” which is what sustains duality, it sustains separation … When there is, at this moment, attention to that movement, which is the movement of that pattern of thought, psychological thought, that creates separation and that also creates time.

We have already talked to you here – in several videos, you can delve deeper into these subjects here, which we are dealing with you – this psychological thought creates time too. In fact, this notion of past, present, and future, this is just a reality of thought, it has no reality outside of thought, there is no such thing as psychological future, nor psychological past. We only have the future of the calendar, the future of the clock, the future tomorrow for a new sunrise, for a new sunset… the future of the calendar. But there is no such thing as the psychological tomorrow, as the psychological future, this is something that thought produces.

So, “I was someone in the past, I am someone today and tomorrow I will be someone different.” This idea of someone is an illusion, which moves only in that time imagined by thought. Notice how interesting it is to have this approach, because it gives you the feeling that you were someone, that you are being someone and that you will be someone. There is always this “come to be,” this “ceased to be,” this “I will be,” or this “I was.” Something totally false, because there is no such person, there is no time, there is no model of psychological thought that supports this condition of “someone.”

This model of psychological thought can only sustain this condition of “someone” when there is absence of attention. Our life, notice, is being sustained by this psychological condition, by this model of psychological thought. So, there is this feeling of being someone indeed, but only in the absence of this attention. We need to become aware of what is here, at this moment, supporting this condition of psychological thought and, therefore, this idea of someone present in life, in living, in experience.

So, the presence of Meditation is mindfulness. Note, here the word “Meditation” is not linked to any technique, any practice, any specific moment of 15 minutes or 30 or 45 minutes of crossed legs, breathing in a certain way. We are talking about this awareness, this attention here and now, then we have the presence of Meditation. Therefore, this Meditation is Self-Awareness, this Meditation is Advaita, the Meditation of non-duality. It is the Truth revealing itself at this moment as your Being, as your True Nature, as that which is present being the Reality of life, without any illusion.

This is what we are working on here with you: presenting to you the Truth of What we are when there is no more illusion. This illusion has been sustained in us due to ignorance. There is a good word in India for this ignorance, which sustains this whole condition of the model of egoic mind, of egoic consciousness, of psychological time. The word is “avidya.” “Avidya” means “ignorance.” It is this ignorance that sustains suffering; therefore, it is the ignorance regarding the truth about ourselves, about what we are, what we demonstrate to be. Not investigating it, not understanding it, is avidya, it is ignorance. When there is an end to this ignorance, we have the Truth of Revelation of That which is beyond what we demonstrate to be, what we appear to be.

This is our work here with you, both on this channel and on our other channel called “Marcos Gualberto.” Here, in the video description, you can find the link to check out the other channel. In addition to these videos, here on this channel and also on the other, we have something even more relevant, which are our online meetings that take place on weekends. Saturday and Sunday we are together, through questions and answers, immersed in this Silence that is Meditation, becoming aware of That which is beyond the “I,” beyond the ego.

Here in the video description, you have the WhatsApp link to participate in these online meetings. In addition to these meetings, we have face-to-face meetings and also retreats. If this made sense to you, if it touches you in some way, please write it here in the comment: “Yes, it makes sense.” Go ahead, leave your “like,” and subscribe to the channel, Ok? And we'll see each other. Thanks for the meeting and see you.

What is Spiritual Awakening? Observing the mind. What is meditation? How to practice meditation?

The question is: “What is Spiritual Enlightenment or Spiritual Awakening?” What is Spiritual Awakening or Spiritual Enlightenment? We are working with you here to put an end to the illusion, the illusion of this sense of “I,” this “me,” this person present in life.

We have been programmed to believe, trust and live as persons, each carrying this sense of personality, something very personal, very particular, very unique in each of us, within this psychological model of being someone. The interesting thing here is that, despite this singularity, this personality, this person in each of us, we basically have the same movement.

We are within the same movement: it is the movement present in this sense of someone, in this “past, present and future” time, where we have and where we are basically the same, as separate entities. We have unique behaviors indeed, but in general, all forms of confusion, psychological disorder and psychological suffering are common to all of us.

Thus, as human beings, we carry fear, anguish, sadness, pain, guilt. We carry all kinds of psychological unhappiness with us as part of this behavior, this movement common to all of us in this psychological model of being, in this sense of being, in this idea of moving through life as being someone. So, this is the model of this entity that separates itself from life, that separates itself from existence; it's the model of the “I,” of the ego.

Here, we are together investigating this issue of the end for this condition, since this is a condition of problems. There are many problems within this person, this personality, this sense of being someone. The good news here is that we are facing a dream, a mirage.

When you encounter a mirage, it appears to be real; when you approach the mirage, it becomes clear that it isn't there. Your contact with the mirage is distant, removed. So, there's you and the mirage. Once you get close to the mirage, it becomes clear that there is no mirage. This proximity is the end of the separation between you and the mirage. When a dream happens, there's you and the dream. When the dream ends, we have the end of the dream. And when the dream ends, we have the end for the dreamer.

Thus, when we talk to you here about Spiritual Awakening, Spiritual Enlightenment, we're talking about the end of the mirage, the end of the dream, the end of the illusion. This is the end of the “I,” it's the end of the ego and, therefore, of this person, of this sense of personality and all that it brings, and all that it represents. Then we have the end of all that.

There is an incompleteness present, there is a dissatisfaction present. There are countless problems that this person has, that this sense of “I,” of the ego, carries. The flowering of your nature is essential, of what is indescribable, unnameable in you. This Reality is the Divine Reality. The flowering of this Reality, the flowering of this Presence, taking on this body and this mind, is the end of the dream, the end of the mirage, the end of illusion, the end of ignorance. This is what some people call Spiritual Enlightenment or Spiritual Awakening, although many also use this expression – spiritual awakening – in various other senses.

Here, we are being very specific with you when we approach and use this expression. The approach and the expression are put in a very specific way. We're not talking about this spiritual awakening or spiritual enlightenment that people generally use out there. We are talking here in this sense, in the sense of the end of the “I” of the ego, where there is no longer any separation between the dream and the dreamer, between the one who sees the mirage and the mirage.

We are facing something indescribable, which is the Reality of your Being. And this is where another frequently asked question comes in: “What is meditation?” Notice, Meditation is something else that we present here differently from how people present it out there as a technique, a practice, something you do to achieve a certain result, to silence the mind, to quieten and calm the nervous system, to relax or to achieve goals, purposes, targets, in this so-called material world or spiritual world. It is not in this sense we use the expression Meditation here.

For us, Meditation, the truth of Meditation, Real Meditation, is what is present when the sense of the meditator is not present. Therefore, it's not something that someone does. Meditation is something that happens naturally, when there is attention to this whole movement, which is the movement of the consciousness of the “I,” this “me,” this ego.

When there is this truth of the revelation of this consciousness of the dreamer, we have the understanding of the illusion between this dreamer and its particular dream, between the one who is present seeing its particular mirage. So, there is the presence of attention. This already gives the answer to another very common question: how to practice meditation?

Notice, Meditation is the awareness of this Being, something that occurs in a very simple, direct and natural way when there is this attention to this instant, to this moment. If there is attention to this moment, there is an understanding of the illusion of separation between the thinker present and its thought, between the experiencer and its experience, between the one who is feeling something and what it is feeling.

Note, we are touching here, putting in a different way exactly the same thing between the dream and the dreamer, between the mirage and the one who sees the mirage. We need to approach this separation, this duality, when attention arrives at this moment, when we learn the art of observing the movement of the “I,” this “me,” this ego, which is the movement of the mind.

Observing the mind, learning the art of looking at each and every internal movement that occurs within this consciousness of the “I”: this is possible in this attention, this is an approach to Meditation. Not the practice of meditation through a technique, a system, where you sit down, cross your legs, breathe or do something. Here, the approach to Meditation is practical, here, in living. So, there is a difference between the practice of meditation and Meditation in this simple and direct format, practical Meditation, here and now. Looking at this movement of the “I,” of the ego, is Meditation.

Now, you see, you can't and it’s not possible to approach this Meditation without looking directly at yourself at this moment, at each and every movement of thought, feeling, sensation and perception. Now, what does it have to do with crossed legs or sitting in a quiet place listening to music? Absolutely nothing! It's here at this moment, it's in living, instant by instant, moment by moment, becoming aware of the movement of the “I.” Notice, it's not something you do, it's something that is present when there is this attention.

Notice, this attention is exactly the annulment of this “me,” this “I.” When there is attention, it's just a look without someone to do something with what arises, with what appears. Here, we have innumerable videos on the channel showing the difference between doing something and this attention being present, without someone. Learning the art of getting closer to yourself, without this “me,” is to look without the one who looks, to feel without the one who feels, to listen without the one who listens. The sense of “I” does not enter, the sense of the meditator is not present.

The truth of Meditation is the presence of Meditation without the meditator. There is no meditator when there is Meditation. When there is pure observation of the movement of the mind, there is no observer. That's the end for the observer, that's the end for the meditator, that's the end for someone present doing something.

So here, when we use the expression “the truth of Self-Awareness,” we refer to what we're putting here for you: the awareness of this “me.” This is present when there is this attention, this looking without someone looking, this perception without someone perceiving, this awareness without someone being aware of it. Because that someone is the “I,” that perceiver is the “I,” that observer is the “I.”

That's why all these meditation techniques or practices only work temporarily, during the time when the meditator is quiet, but it's there and then it comes back. When the minutes of meditation are over, it arises again.

Here we are talking to you and showing you that the art of Being is possible. This art of Being is Meditation. But it's not someone who does it, it's something that happens in the blossoming of your Natural State of Being, through self-observation of the movement of the “I.”

Thus, what we need is an approach to the truth about Spiritual Awakening... I'm going to touch on this a little more: the real Spiritual Awakening, not what some people say about an experience they've had or obtained. We're talking about real Spiritual Awakening, like real Spiritual Enlightenment. It's not about an experience that someone has or that someone has had and can talk about later.

When there is real Spiritual Awakening, real Spiritual Enlightenment, we are only before this simple, direct and natural state, where there is no one awakened, where there is no one enlightened, there is only this Natural State, free of this sense of the “I,” of the ego. The experiencer is not left with their experience, the experiencer is not left with their memory to relate their experience. This is the end of psychological time, the end of an identity present in the experience and the end of an experience for someone. It's something indescribable, something that is beyond any words, any form of expression.

Thus, these expressions really don't do justice to the reality of your Natural State of Being, which is the Divine Truth, the Truth of God. So, these words of spiritual enlightenment, spiritual awakening or God-realization, don't do justice to this Reality of this Natural and simple State of Being, where there is this real and true Consciousness, beyond this ego consciousness, beyond this “I” consciousness.

So, that's our subject here. We also have another channel, called “Marcos Gualberto,” you can put it here on YouTube, we also have a link here. Please visit the other channel too, we have lots of videos. We're going deeper into this subject with you, addressing this issue of the blossoming of your Natural State of Being on our other channel too.

So, we're working on this with you. We have online meetings that also take place on weekends. You can find our WhatsApp link in the video description to participate in these online meetings, through questions and answers. Of course, it's something greater than a video like this. Through this contact with Silence, we spent two days together investigating this. Thus, here's an invitation for you. Okay?

We also have face-to-face meetings and retreats. If what you've just heard makes sense to you, please leave your “like” here and subscribe to the channel, OK? And see you. Thanks for the meeting and see you next time!

Joel Goldsmith. Awakening Mystical Consciousness. Understanding the Truth. Master Gualberto.

GC: Hello everyone! We are here for another videocast. Once again, Master Gualberto is with us. Thank you very much, Master, for your presence.

Master, today I will read an excerpt from Joel Goldsmith's book called: “Awakening Mystical Consciousness.” In this book, Master, Joel makes the following comment, “The Real Truth is something not related to the mind.” Master, what is your view of what Real Truth is?

MG: Reality, Truth… it's interesting when he says it's not something related to the mind. It's interesting, because when we are in contact with What is Real, that which we are, that which is what we believe ourselves to be, is no longer present. So, what I could call Real Truth is the end of the illusion of a person in this encounter with something they call “Truth.” Reality is present when illusion is not. Any definition we have of It, any verbal, intellectual approach to It, is completely false.

When there is Reality, when there is Truth... There is only Truth, there is only Reality if This is Real; and if This is Real, nothing is known about It, nothing can be said about It. When there is Truth, Silence prevails. The presence of this Silence is pure Understanding. This is Reality, This is Truth, This is Real Truth! Reality is Real Truth, Truth is Reality. If That is present, there is no more illusion, there is no longer anyone present to say anything, to describe anything. So is this Awareness of the Reality of God.

In these meetings, I have called “the Nameless,” “the Indescribable,” this Reality, which is the Reality of God. So, God is this Real Truth, but not what thought says, not what thought frames within spiritual, philosophical, religious teachings. So, this whole description is a limitation of the intellect itself, it is the attempt of the intellect – which, in reality, is conditioned by patterns of beliefs –, trying to place or frame the Divine Reality, That which is nameless, indescribable, within a model that the intellect feels comfortable with. So, that's not true.

The Truth of That which is Real or the Reality of That which is the Truth, is present when the “I,” the ego, this conditioned intellect is no longer present. Then, all knowledge disappears, all the so-called “knowledge” disappears. We stand before That which is the Unknown, which is the Nameless, the Indescribable. That's it.

GC: Master, we have a question here from a subscriber to the channel, Marta. She asks the following question: “When we assume ourselves as we are, does everything around us disappear or take on another meaning? Is that so?

MG: No, that's not it. The present Reality is the absence of this sense of someone assuming oneself. So, when you say “when we assume ourselves” … We who? “Everything else disappears,” so what remains? If everything disappears and we assume ourselves, do we continue? Notice the statement: “Everything else disappears, because we assume ourselves.” We who?

Here, we are faced with an illusion! This is exactly the end of this “we”! When this “we,” when this “I” disappears, Reality remains, but Reality is beyond what thought can describe. So, this type of question or approach is very simplistic, it is a very complicated, very dangerous simplification, because we fall into an intellectual trap. People often use expressions like “we have to assume.” We who? What we need is to understand what this “we” is, what this “me” is, what this “I” is. Once this is present, in this Understanding, this “me,” this “I,” this “we,” disappears. When there is the Understanding of the Truth, Truth is present and illusion is gone, and illusion is exactly this “we,” this “me,” this “I.”

We cannot achieve this, Gilson, through intellect, because this intellect that we have, no matter how applied it is, no matter how sharp the blade, the capacity for logic and reasoning do not reach this Reality, because this is still within an intellect conditioned, mainly within religious, philosophical, mystical and esoteric principles. All of this has to disappear. Reality is present when we break away from the conditioned intellect.

Here, at this moment, we use speech and, to a certain extent, we can follow this in a deductive, plausible, reasonable, logical way, but this is insufficient, because we are pointing out, exactly, beyond the conditioned intellect, beyond this logic, this reasonable model of thinking so common in all of us, which is this very Cartesian thinking, which is this model within which we were trained to live.

That's why I've been very insistent on the importance of ending this conditioning, because that's when we go beyond these boundaries of intellectualism, intellectuality, and, naturally, of all knowledge, which is just a heritage of humanity's culture. This does not represent Reality, this is still within this border of the “I,” this border of the ego. Reality, Truth reveals itself in Silence, in the direct understanding of the truth of the awareness of Meditation, which is when the conditioned intellect is emptied of all its contents.

When the conditioned mind dissolves, disappears, then something reveals itself, and that something that reveals itself is the Truth. It reveals itself when there is this new space of Presence, of Consciousness, of Silence. So, the Reality of That which is Being, is not this “my being” or “your being,” it is the Reality of Being! This is not mine, it is not yours, nor is it ours. It is the Divine Reality, beyond this condition of identity, of a person, living in time and space as someone separate from others, from life. So, we are talking about something that is of another order, something that is outside the conditioned mind and the conditioned model that we know. Therefore, the true way of such approach is through the revelation of Self-awareness.

See, Gilson, here, this Self-awareness is not the self-awareness of psychology or philosophy. This is Divine Self-Awareness; it is Supreme Self-Awareness! This Supreme Self-Awareness reveals itself when there is an emptying of this sense, this pattern of being someone, of egoic identity, something formed in time and sustained in a time that thought knows very well. In fact, a time that thought has constructed. So, the Reality of Wisdom is the Reality of your Being. If This is present, this “your Being'' is not someone's being, it is not our being; it is Divine Reality! That´s it.

GC: Master, I remember that, in this approach, when I started this work with the Master, naturally, within this conditioning, the Master was talking and I was trying to link it with things that I already knew from this author, from that author. In other words, as the Master said, I was intellectualizing and wanting to understand what the Master was saying. However, later, maintaining this proximity to this work, participating in Satsang meetings, both online and in person, soon this activity of wanting to fit into what the Master says, understanding what the Master says, began to diminish, because, in in reality, the Master talks a lot, but this Silence that the Master lives... There are moments when this Silence is very clear, there is something unique. And then there are moments of Understanding the Truth that is beyond words, this Reality. Can the Master tell us a little about this, about wanting to intellectualize this Truth?

MG: Our greatest inclination, Gilson, within this model of the world in which we were educated, is the attempt to adjust within a plausible, reasonable logic, what is here beyond the intellect. So, that's the difficulty. This encounter with the Reality of this Being, which is the Divine Truth that we bring, is not within this pattern, which is the mental pattern, which is the pattern of the intellect, which is the pattern of the known, which is the pattern of this conditioning model of human history. Truth is what reveals itself when there is Silence.

Gilson, we need Silence for Understanding. Understanding is born from Silence, but it is not from the silence of the absence of sound, it is from the Silence that is beyond sound and silence. We are talking about this Silence of the absence of this conditioning movement, exactly, of the intellect. Notice that every moment of Understanding, when it arrives, there are no more questions, because Silence is present. Observe this in yourself: in the moment of Silence, there is no answer and there is no question. There is an Understanding, but outside of the intellect, outside of the need for explanation, for conclusion, for passing it on, for passing it on to others, for teaching… There is none of this when the Silence of Understanding is present. It is this Silence that reveals Truth. This Silence is present when we approach Truth, the Flourishing of Meditation, which is the Awareness of this Being, which is the Awareness of God. OK?

GC: Master, on this subject of meditation, can the Master talk a little about how to meditate? What is this Real Meditation?

MG: Ok. Meditation is the presence of the absence of a center, of an entity, within a given experience. When we are in an experience, we have the center of the experience. So, there is the experience and there is the center of that experience, the basis around which the experience is happening; this is the center, as I have called it. This center of experience, when it is present, between this center and experience, we have a distance. This distance occurs because there is a separation between the center and the experience. So, what is Meditation? It is the Reality of That which is present, without this center.

This is why the Truth of Meditation is not possible with someone in the practice of meditation, because that “someone” is the meditator, and the meditator is the center, while meditation is the periphery. Meditation is the experience and the center is the meditator. So, what is Meditation? It is the awareness of Reality without this “I,” without this meditator. This is Meditation! Meditation is present when there is no one who meditates. Meditation is present when a Reality that is beyond the known reveals itself. This is Meditation.

So, look: it's not about someone meditating, it's not about someone having an experience, it's not about a center around which experience happens. It is exactly the Reality of That which is present when the “I,” the meditator or this center is no longer present. So, we cannot put into words what Meditation is; we can investigate what Meditation is not. For example: what is not Meditation? It is seeing yourself as being, for example, someone thinking, feeling, acting, doing, speaking, listening. When there is this feeling, we have duality, separation. This separation is, exactly, the absence of Meditation, because separation is between a center and an experience.

When people want a technique or a practice, the only thing I have to say to them is that it is not a technique or practice that the person needs, because the person receiving a technique or a practice, from then on, one is the center, and the technique or practice is the periphery, it is the experience. When you practice meditation, you are looking for a mechanical result, because the practice is mechanical, there is someone involved in the practice. Practice is experience and the one who practices is the center. This is not Meditation. What I can tell people about Meditation is that they discover what Meditation is when the sense of “I” is not present in this moment and Silence takes its place. So, the experiencer and experience are not left, the meditator is not left meditating, the practitioner is not left in practice. That which is present is outside the “I,” it is outside the center, it is outside the ego.

So, what I've been saying to people is: pay attention to this moment, to every thought, feeling, emotion, sensation, perception... But paying attention is just looking at what's here, because any intention to do something with that thinking, with this feeling, emotion or sensation, is already placing the sense of duality present, where there is the observer and the thing observed, where there is thought and the thinker, where there is the feeling and the one who feels, where there is the experience and the one who experiences it. So, the true approach, Gilson, to Meditation, is in this attention. And attention is something simple: just look.

The difficulty here is that, as a matter of addiction, we are so used to intervening, interfering in the experience, from that center, which is the observer, the experiencer, that we are unaware of the beauty of Meditation, but Meditation is the awareness of looking without the “I” at whatever is emerging here, in this moment. So, for example, in these meetings, our work together, here, is to show you that it is possible to just listen, without “someone” who agrees, who disagrees, who accepts, who rejects, and soon something happens.

When listening to a speech like this, this very listening, without “someone” listening, is direct listening, so Meditation is present here. It's just not present when thought comes in to say “I agree,” “no, I don't agree with that,” “no, that's not how it is,” “ah, but I learned another way.” When we are searching for something in the background of memory, of all the information we have, to evaluate, compare, accept or reject a speech like this, for example, this is the absence of Meditation.

I have been telling people that Meditation is here and now; It doesn't require crossed legs, it doesn't require a specific place, it just requires that look, that attention, free from a center, free from that sense of someone to do something with this moment, with this instant. So, whatever is occurring now, here in this moment, can be experienced from this looking without the observer, can be felt without “someone” in that feeling, can be heard without “someone” in that listening.

So, Meditation is here, it is in this instant, it is now, regardless of what you are doing: you are talking to someone, you are taking the child to school, you are working... At the same time, you are aware of your reactions, just becoming aware of these reactions, without getting confused with them, placing an experiencer in them, an observer in them, a sensor, which is the one who judges, evaluates, criticizes, accepts, rejects. Meditation, Gilson, is the most valuable art in life, it is the most important thing in our lives. This requires a dedicated heart for this direct Understanding to flourish. That´s it.

GC: Master, but meditation practice is very widespread. Before meeting the Master, I myself had been practicing for years, and then, instead of paying this attention every moment, as the Master says, I separated it into certain moments during the day. So, early in the morning, I meditated, in the middle of the day, at night, before going to sleep… Even when I had uncomfortable situations, as I already mentioned in another videocast. I'm a father... when the children were playing, fighting or making a mess, I would say, “Oh, dad is going to meditate!”, and I would run to my little room, lock myself in the little room, then I would close my eyes, sit down… And a detail: as it was a practice, and I had to practice, because it was my duty to practice…For example, on the days when I didn't wake up early to meditate, I was left with the guilt process, the day didn't flow... And then, after meeting the Master, it was Grace, because in the first video I saw of the Master … In fact, there is a playlist on Master Gualberto channel, there is a playlist talking about Real Meditation. I listened to that entire playlist and never practiced meditation again. And then, I started to follow the Master's work and, especially, in the intensive meetings, which are the Satsangs, the Master ends up, in this sharing of Presence, giving us these moments of Real Meditation, and we are able, in fact, to understand what is this Real Meditation, this attention on this movement of thoughts, feelings.

MG: Meditation, Gilson, is our Natural State of Being. We don't learn this from someone, we don't need to learn it from someone. This is a discovery; this is a finding! When there is a real interest in understanding the entire process of this thinking and feeling of this “I,” when we just become aware of the basics – which is the understanding that we are, as people, little creatures conditioned within a model of feeling and thinking, trapped in a psychological conditioning of human culture – when we simply have access to this, the importance of learning to look at this movement becomes clear. As this is something natural, it only requires the interest of looking and not intervening.

So, we don't learn the Art of Meditation from someone, we observe and discover, flourishing from within ourselves, out of the real interest of going beyond this model of psychological conditioning, of human history, of human creatures, trapped in this condition, naturally, of ignorance. That is why it is processed in a natural way, within Satsang, because it is naturally our State of Being. A speech like this facilitates, the power of this Presence here, within an encounter like this, facilitates this Natural State, which is Meditation, flourishing from within each one of us, in a very spontaneous, very simple, very direct way. Now, it is clear that this requires a hearty, true, genuine approach, a deep approach, for this to happen, for this to take place. OK?

GC: Master, gratitude, our time has already ended. For those of you watching the video: leave a “like,” add a comment with any questions. And also, mainly, for you to whom what the Master is pointing out here in the videos makes sense, in the first comment, pinned, there will be the link to the WhatsApp group with information about these meetings, these Satsangs. There are online meetings and also in-person meetings; and in these meetings, it is possible to understand and perceive something beyond what is being said by the Master, so it is a blessing.

Master, gratitude.

MG: Okay, Gilson.

What is Spiritual Awakening? Spiritual Enlightenment. How to practice meditation? Self-image.

Here, the point is that we are together seeing some things that are fundamental to our lives. Here, if your interest is real with regard to this flourishing of your Natural State of Being... This Natural State of Being, the flourishing of this Natural State of Being is what I have called Spiritual Awakening here on the channel.

People often ask, “What is Spiritual Awakening?” Here on the channel, we put this matter very clearly, but naturally putting it this way, not what some out there understand by this expression – the expression “Spiritual Awakening.”

Here we put this very directly, we put it in the sense of the end of this illusory identity, which is the “I,” the ego. When your Natural State of Being flourishes, we do have the presence of the Divine Reality, which is the reality of your Being. If This is present, there is no more disorder, no more confusion, no more suffering.

When people have the question, “How to practice meditation?”, for that question, here we also have another way to approach this subject. For most people, meditation is a practice where you take a moment, close your eyes, sit cross-legged and practice some technique, some model of meditative practice. In other words, you are there doing that technique, that practice.

Here is our answer to the beauty of Meditation... See, there is nothing more singular, more unique, more extraordinary in life than the awareness of Being. This awareness of Being is Happiness. Being is Happiness, and this awareness of Being is Meditation. So, Meditation is not a technique or practice, but an awareness of full Consciousness of your Real Nature, which is the Divine Nature in you, here and now. This requires you to have a real approach to yourself.

It is necessary to discover the beauty of being free from any idea you have about who you are. This idea you have about who you are is supporting an illusion, the illusion of self-image. See, this is a subject – self-image – that is discussed a lot in psychology, but no one really knows what this represents in terms of contradiction, conflict and suffering present in our lives. Because it is this self-image that is sustaining the sense of someone present within this experience, the experience of life. And if that is present, there is no Divine Realization, there is no God Realization, there is no Spiritual Awakening.

So, contact with the reality of What You are is the end of this self-image. The person in you who is hurt, sad, upset, annoyed, who carries guilt, fear, remorse, regret, desires, jealousy, envy, the person in you who carries this chatter of thoughts, is part of that self-image. The one who is distressed, depressed, carries the weight of anxiety, all forms of fears, these different fears, all of this is part of this self-image.

Therefore, the flourishing of your Real Nature is possible when there is a realization and an emptying, naturally, of this psychological content that has given formation and sustains this self-image. The end to this self-image, the emptying of this content is the flourishing of your Being: this is Meditation, real Meditation.

This is what we are bringing here for you within this channel and also on our other channel, called “Marcos Gualberto.” It is another channel where we are also working on this with you. You can find our link here in the video description to check out our other channel.

Our contact with the reality of who we are, here and now, is the end of self-image, of someone who is present, in control, looking at life from a place where there are different beliefs about how life should be or could be. And it's natural that this maintains all this foundation for all this kind of disorder in this self-image.

Our relationship with life based on self-image is the relationship of a center, which is the “I,” the ego. Getting closer to the truth of your Being is the end to all of this. So, the real way we get closer to life as it is, is fundamental. Looking at this content, all this movement, which is the movement of this center, which is this “me,” which is this self-image, is to see very clearly that all of this is part of a conditioning in the history of humanity.

So, we are just continuing this whole old movement in human history when we have our lives centered on this “I,” this ego. Here it becomes essential for us to approach this moment as it is without the idea of how it should be, as we generally do.

Note that your contact with people is a contact based on the image you have. You have an image of the people around you. The idea you have about who he is, about who she is, notice, it's an image, it's a concept, it's a preconception. This is part of this self-image; this makes your contact with him or her not real.

Our relationship is a relationship between images. Notice this: you have an image of who you are, who you believe you are, who you want to be. Either you like this image or you don't like it. So, if it's an image you have about yourself, about who you want to be, you have a projection, an idealism. But who is this in this projection if not this self-image itself?

And if you have an image about yourself of someone you don't like, your look at yourself is a look of depreciation, of self-punishment, of censorship, of criticism, of guilt, of fear, all of this is an image, an image built by thought. So, in addition to the image you have about yourself, you also have an image about the other person, within a relationship. This is how relationships are happening; they are relationships between images.

So, there is no real contact between you and her, there is no real contact between you and yourself. There is this very separation, there is this very duality: you and yourself, you and the other. So, this has been our model of life and existence that is egocentric, isolationist, separatist, and, therefore, generating problems of all kinds, suffering of all kinds, confusion of all kinds.

Our condition of existence is in this model, where this center, which is the “I,” sees everything around it based on its conclusions, certainties, doubts, evaluations, comparisons, judgments. So, all the disorder that we are seeing in the world, in fact, is a disorder present in each one of us. There is no separation between this confusion in the world and this confusion within each of us. This is the absence of Truth, it is the absence of Awakening, it is the absence of the flourishing of our Divine Nature, because we are living within a personal, private, egocentric model of being.

So, in these meetings here, we are working through this together, investigating the truth about ourselves. To become aware of each and every internal movement taking place, here and now. A thought that arises, a feeling that arises, an emotion that arises, without putting an identity present separating itself to like or dislike, to try to adjust that thought, that feeling, that emotion or sensation to something that it wants, that it desires, or to a condition that it does not want, that it does not desire. In doing so, the sense of separation from egoic identity is confirmed and maintained.

When we become aware of this, we have an end to this condition. So, the true way of an approach to Meditation is a look free from this center, this observer, this person who always makes these choices. So, if we want to discover how to practice Meditation, we have to be aware that Meditation is what is present when this center, which is the meditator, is not.

So, here it is about getting closer to the end of that, which is the “I,” the meditator. So, the flourishing of your Being is present when there is this awareness of Self-knowledge, which is Meditation. Note that this is not separate from this moment, it is here in this moment. Moment by moment, as you become aware of your reactions, of this whole model of an identity emerging to judge, evaluate, accept, reject, do something with what is here, with the experience. The nullification of this egocentric movement is real Meditation.

This is what we are working on with you here on this channel and also on our other channel, called “Marcos Gualberto.” You can find the link here in the video description to check out our other channel. We are deepening this with you, making very clear to you the possibility of, in this life, this awareness of this Divine Truth, which is You in your Being, free from this self-image, therefore free from the “I,” from the ego, for a life in Love, in Happiness, in Freedom, in Peace, where there is this presence of pure Consciousness. This is your Natural State of Being, which is actually Meditation. Therefore, it is not a practice, it is this awareness of Being, here and now, free from the sense of “I.”

So, for this purpose, we also have online meetings, in addition to these videos, they take place on weekends. So, we have Saturday and Sunday, where we are together investigating this, exploring this with you, through questions and answers, through this contact with Silence, with a new approach to this question of Meditation.

So, if this is something that makes sense to you, I want to leave this invitation here for you. Here in the video description, you have our WhatsApp link to participate in these meetings on the weekends. In addition to these meetings that take place on weekends, we have face-to-face meetings and also retreats.

So, if this really makes sense to you, go ahead and leave it here in the comments: “Yes, it makes sense.” Leave a “like,” subscribe to the channel, and also take a look at our other channel. OK? See you. Thanks for the meeting and see you soon!

Advaita. The renewed mind. Atma Vichara: Ramana Maharshi. Meditation: higher self. Self-Awareness.

Here, when we come together, in these meetings, it is to investigate the Truth about who we are. This requires an approach to ourselves, where there is a mind free from this old condition of repetition, of continuity, of this ancient and old movement we know. Thus, without a doubt, we need a renewed mind. Now, the renewed mind, as we put it here, within this channel, is a new mind, a free mind.

It's strange to say this, but our way of approaching words is very dogmatic. We are very sectarian when it comes to language; we cling to the word, we cling to language and remain stuck to it. And why am I saying this? Because, the word “mind,” we need to understand too, what we need is a new state of Being. This is, indeed, a new mind. But this new mind also represents the end of the mind, this mind of the “I,” of this egoic mind.

Here, in these meetings, we are showing you that a life free from the mind is possible. I refer to this mind of the “I,” this mind of the ego, this egoic mind. Here, we are approaching a new model that does not fit into any pattern within the known for life. So, this new model is not a model, it is something beyond all modeling. An approach to life from your Being is the recognition that there is no separation between you and God, between you and life.

The sage of Arunachala, Ramana Maharshi, showed us a way to approach this vision of life, where there is a single reality present, which is the Reality of God: it is Atma Vichara. “Atma Vichara” means self-enquiry, the investigation of the “I,” the investigation of the nature of the “I.” To become aware of the movement of consciousness, of this egoic consciousness, is to become aware of the structure and nature of this old mind, this egoic mind.

Here together, we are investigating this. This approach to the Atma Vichara of Ramana Maharshi is the approach to the Freedom of the Awareness of Being, without separateness, without duality. It is what is known as Advaita, non-duality, this is straight from the Vedas. The sense of separation between you and life, between you and the other, between you and a thought, between you and a feeling... the idea that there is this “I” separate from what happens here, at this moment... this duality, this model of separateness, this pattern of separateness, this is broken, this is undone, this vanishes when you become aware of the nature of your Being.

There are expressions that people use, which we also need to investigate here. When they want to get involved with so-called “spiritual” practices, they get involved with techniques, for example, of meditation because in their opinion a mystical or so-called “spiritual” experience can enrich them. Note that, in general, our life is a life of repetition, boredom, routine, where we carry countless forms of contradictions, conflicts, problems and suffering.

People, in search of an answer to this condition, in search of an end to this condition, engage in meditation techniques or practices. So, this so-called “seek” or search for meditation of the higher “self” – we must have a careful approach here, for example, with expressions like these, this idea of the higher self – notice, it is just a thought, and that involvement with meditation on the higher “self” is an involvement with a practice, with a system, with a method to have this approach to the higher “self.”

Notice, we need to become aware of Divine Reality, but this thing of naming, classifying and getting involved with techniques need to be investigated. The pure revelation of Self-Awareness, which is this awareness of how we function psychologically, internally, the vision of this awareness already reveals what we need to get closer to, we need to get closer to that, that who we are. What we really need to be aware of, what we need to be fully aware of is how we function.

Here our emphasis with you is on showing you what the truth of approaching meditation is, how to approach the Truth of the Revelation of your Being, through the awareness of Meditation, but there is no technique, there is no method, there is no practice. An approach to Self-Awareness reveals this awareness to you. Note what we are going to say: any technique, any practice, any model of representation in this search, in this affirmation of the search for Reality, is something that still keeps you within a mechanical model of behavior, where there is this “I” that sees oneself as separate from one’s objective and sets out to technically, mechanically, sustain a pattern of practice. This is something mechanical!

Contact with Self-Awareness is the revelation of That which is here at this moment. And what is here at this moment is something very alive, it has a dynamism and vivacity present at this moment, which does not fit into any mechanical pattern of behavior. It is something to be seen at this moment, apprehended, understood at this moment. When you separate yourself for a meditative practice, you look for a method, you look for a way, a formula, then you sit down, cross your legs, start repeating a mantra, put on some soft music – or through some other technique – but you are separating yourself from the moment, separating yourself from this vivacity of this moment, this dynamism that life represents here.

This involvement with a technique is an involvement with something mechanical. Yes, this can bring benefits, as we have said countless times here: relaxation, a certain psychological stillness, a stillness of the mind... but as soon as the meditation ends, everything comes back. We are within a mechanical practice, the result, naturally, is a mechanical result; what arises from mechanicalness is a mechanical result. So, you can calm down, calm your mind, bring some control, for 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 50, but soon you have to take your child to school, you have to go back to work, you have to deal with your wife, your husband, you have to get back to your routine.

We need to discover what this contact with this dynamism of the present moment is, here, in living, in life, in life as it happens, bringing to this moment the awareness of Self-Knowledge. The awareness of Self-Knowledge, therefore, is the basis for Revelation of the Truth of Meditation, here and now, in living. We need this perfume, this aroma of Silence, Serenity, Stillness, Freedom in living, in this dynamism of life, taking care of the most trivial matters such as working in the kitchen, making food or driving your car, or working on the computer. The perfume, the aroma, the Grace of Meditation at this moment is present when you learn the art of understanding yourself, of understanding this entire process that occurs within you, of thoughts, feelings, emotions, perceptions... in contact with him, her, in contact with working in the kitchen or in the office, in the consulting room. Then, we have an approach to the Truth of Meditation.

We have here, on this channel, a playlist clearly presenting you what Meditation is. In fact, we are working with you on this truth of Self-Awareness, and it is never separate from Meditation. So, any technique, practice, or moment set aside for this so-called “meditation” without the basis of Self-Awareness, of this entire process of perception, of vision, of listening – in this listening oneself, seeing oneself, perceiving oneself, feeling this “oneself” in the relationship with the moment, with the experience of living, day by day – anything done outside of this is not real.

Here, we are dealing with you on the end of the “I,” the ego. We need to go deeper into this, so here's an invitation: take a look at this playlist, the Truth of Self-Awareness and this contact with Real Meditation in practice, in your living. So, when we talk to you here, work with you, address this subject with you, we are inviting you to feel, to think, to act free from the “I,” free from the ego, in life, here and now, at this moment. So, Meditation is what reveals itself at this moment when the sense of the “I,” of the ego, is not present. It doesn't matter what you are doing, you are talking, you are dealing with someone, watching TV, doing anything! Why the presence of this “I,” this ego, this “me,” this element that separates itself as being the one who is present, as being the judge to judge the experience, as being a censor to interpret, to evaluate, to like, to dislike?

Notice that the presence of the “I,” when it arrives and is present – and this is the pattern of psychological conditioning in which human beings have been living for millennia – this sense of the “I” being present is constantly intervening, interfering, evaluating, comparing, moving within a movement already centered on this pattern of seeking pleasure, satisfaction, acknowledgment, acceptance... There is every model of action or activity centered on this egocentrism, “me.” So, we live within a classic egocentrism without any awareness of all the confusion that this represents. This explains all the suffering, all the disorder, the inability to deal with situations, to deal with people, to deal with ourselves.

Is it possible to have a life free from suffering, free from problems, free from all this confusion that the “I,” the ego, represents? So, this is the presence of non-duality, this is the presence of Advaita, of non-separation. The word “Advaita” is “the one without the second.” The Reality of your Being is the Reality of God. This flourishes when there is this approach to the Truth about who we are. The observation of the movement of the “I,” the awareness addressed, taught here by Ramana Maharshi, becoming aware of this movement is the Real approach to Meditation. Here, it is about just observing, observing without separating oneself. The Truth of Meditation reveals itself when there is a look without the one who looks, when there is a listening without the one who listens, when there is a feeling without the one who feels. This is the end of this censor, this judge, this model of being someone at this moment, at this present moment. This is the end of this condition of continuity of the “I,” of the ego.

So, this is our subject that we are addressing here with you, investigating here with you. We have several videos, also on our other channel, you can take a look later. We are working with you to end the illusion of the sense of the “I”, of the ego, to a life where this presence of Divine Reality has taken its place. This is the Realization of God; this is Spiritual Realization. It is in this sense that we use the expression “Awakening of Consciousness,” it is in this sense that we use the expression “the Truth of your Being,” that which is present when the sense of “I” is no longer present.

Therefore, here is an invitation to become aware of this Reality. We have videos here on the channel, we also have videos on our other channel, and more than that, we have online meetings that take place on weekends. Saturday and Sunday we are investigating this together. It is a unique opportunity to enter into this encounter with the Silence of Meditation, this recognition of this Reality present in each of us, outside this sense of “I.” Here in the video description, you find our WhatsApp link to participate in these online meetings on weekends. In addition, we have face-to-face meetings and also retreats. If what you have just heard is something that makes sense to you, here's this invitation, go ahead, leave your “like” here and subscribe to the channel, Ok? And see you. Thanks for the meeting and see you next time.

Advaita Vedanta. Self-Awareness psychology. How to deal with a narcissist. Restless mind. Self-image

Here, we are investigating together the truth of the awareness of what we are. Becoming aware of this is what we refer to, here on the channel, as Self-Awareness. However, our approach here to the issue of Self-Awareness is perhaps a little different from that approach within psychology. So, there is this self-awareness in psychology, but here our approach is perhaps a little different.

Here we are approaching the truth of this awareness, this study of ourselves, and not the application of some technique to adjust ourselves to a pattern, a format, a model of behavior, as some people generally approach this issue of self-awareness.

Here we are talking about an awareness that is born from self-observation, discovering this psychological movement of being, becoming aware of this movement. It's not about doing something with it. Once you become aware of it in a direct way, by learning what is this awareness of Meditation, you realize that this awareness of Meditation is part of this awareness of Self-Awareness.

The very approach to Meditation requires a direct look at what this psychological “I,” this ego model, represents. And this looking is enough for a new action to take place. The interesting thing here is to discover that this action occurs in a very direct, complete, unique way, without the intervention of the will, the desire, the volition of the “I” itself.

This is what we'll be discussing with you here. We need to approach ourselves in a very direct way. Thus, Self-Awareness is of fundamental importance, and that's what we're addressing here, working on here with you: the importance of Self-Awareness.

The approach of looking without this center, which is the “I,” is a look free of the one who sees, the one who observes, the one who is present and sees itself as separate from what it is seeing. So, there is a new way of approaching what we are. Studying this is studying ourselves.

So, it's not something that you theoretically, intellectually, approach. You must have a direct, experiential, real approach to it. Thus, you have the revelation of the idea you have about who you are.

In general, people get involved with the issue of self-awareness in order to adjust this idea they have about who they believe to be. With this adjustment, there is a new pattern, a new model of a person, this is what they call self-awareness.

Here, we are discovering together what it is to have a vision of that person. A vision of that person, becoming aware of what that person represents. It's not about adjusting that person to a new model of behavior. So, this person is the idea you have of who you are. This idea is an image you have formed about yourself.

When you become aware of this image, you can get rid of it. Once you're free of that image, you're free of that “I,” that ego. Because what you are as a person is just an image. Yes, exactly that. Whatever you're feeling in that you, that you is a belief about you, in that feeling within a relationship with the other, with life, with what happens.

So here we've already touched on the issue of separateness. There's the person and their experience, the person and their relationship: this is the model of duality. An approach to this study of ourselves takes us beyond this duality because it takes us beyond this center, which is the “I,” the ego, which is the person, which is this self-image.

So, this center, this “I,” this ego, in the relationship, whether with people, objects, places, situations, circumstances, with itself, with the thoughts that are processed within ourselves, there is this “I” and the thought, there is this “I” and the feeling: this is duality.

Here, we are together investigating this, the end to this duality. So, it's one of the most relevant subjects here with you. The end to this duality is the emergence of Advaita, non-duality. The word Advaita means non-duality, “the one without the second.” This is straight from Vedas, straight from Advaita, from Vedanta.

We need to approach life without this ego, without this “I,” so we stay with life as it happens. Notice the beauty of this. The end of the ego present there, of this “I” present there, of this self-image present there – notice, it's a self-image present, it's the image you have of who you are – this is the end of duality.

This psychological condition of being someone places you in an internal condition. This being someone is this self-image, is this “I,” this ego – it's in this sense that here, we use the expression “being someone.” This puts you in a condition where you're trying to solve problems within relationships. Then, you have a problem with the world, a problem with life, a problem with yourself and a problem with others.

People have questions like: “How do you deal with a narcissist?” We want to deal with others without first having an understanding of how we function internally. If you don't understand this process of self-image, of the image you have of who you are, in your relationship with the other... Notice, the other person has an image of who they are, and that image makes them live in that format in which they are living.

So, human beings are indeed... It's not just him or her who is bipolar, who is narcissistic, who carries this or that condition, diagnosed or not. The human being, while carrying this self-image, this sense of the “I” present, which is the ego, is living a psychological condition of disorder, mental confusion, suffering, insanity. In this sense, neurosis is something common to everyone, psychological disorder is something common to everyone.

Can we get rid of it? Once you are free of this self-image, free of this “I,” this ego, there is a profound Freedom present. The presence of your Being – note, this is not the presence of the “I,” of the ego, it is the presence of God – the presence of this Being, which is your Being, is the Divine Being, is the Being of God. This doesn't carry any problems or difficulties in dealing with the other because there is no other. This sense of the other is within this projection of the sense of “I,” of the ego.

We need to approach life without this self-image, without this ego. So, this approach to life requires the presence of the revelation of oneself. Becoming aware of yourself, of this movement that operates in these relationships, the awareness of this performs a natural action of eliminating this psychological condition of being someone. This is the end of the self-image, this is the end of the ego. It is the Reality of this Being. Get this calmly.

So, our vision within Self-Awareness – here, we're talking to you about the importance of this because all this restless mind that is present in you, this restlessness, vanishes, disappears. This is the way to deal with a narcissistic person.

Get this clearly. Is this person out there or is this person inside each one of us? Is it possible to relate to the other without the image we make of them, being fully aware of the disorder that is here, right now? By understanding the disorder in oneself, there is an understanding of the disorder outside oneself, in the other.

The beauty of this Awakening of Consciousness is the end of this restless mind, this chattering mind. Also, this is the end of the difficulty of dealing with life since the difficulty of dealing with life is something present when there is this model of separation, where there is you and life, where there is you and the other, where there is you and your thoughts and your feelings, which are disordered, conflicted, restless, problematic.

Note our approach here, what we're investigating with you. Our proposal to you is the end of the illusion, the illusion of this identity present in life, in living, at this instant.

Notice that the image you have of who you are, the model of psychological representation of being, that you translate into experience, that you demonstrate within experience, this model of being that demonstrates itself, that presents itself, that is in this relationship, notice, there is no real contact, it's a contact between images. You have an image of him or her, she has an image of you. So, it's a contact between images.

We can create adjustments between images. In general, people are using these expedients, but these are all tricks that don't solve the problem. People spend years of their lives in a relationship, in marriage, in the family, in dealing with the world around them, but within this strategy. All the ego can do is to adjust itself.

Here, our commitment, our concerns are different. We are offering you an end to the “I,” to the ego, to this model of self-image, a life free from the past. Because, you see, it's the past that brings the experience that was in order to, at this moment here, make a reading of what is here, of what is happening here.

When you meet your wife, you're bringing of her an image of all the moments you lived alongside her, or of the husband, alongside him. The moments of pleasure, of pain, of affection, cuddling, adjusting ideas, but also the moments of criticism, of harsh, bitter words, of rejection. So, the moments of pleasure and pain in the relationship are present, and this is being resurrected here in this contact, again and again, something from the past.

Our proposal here is the end of the past, which is the end of the experiencer, which is the end of the ego. This is the end of the self-image. Is that clear? Is it possible to live a life free of the ego and therefore free of what was gone? Free from this notion of what will be, of what could have been? So, we're eliminating that time, which is the time that thought creates. This time is eliminated when the “I,” the ego, is no longer present.

That's what our meetings consist of, and that's what our work consists of, here on this channel and also on our other channel, called “Marcos Gualberto,” where we have lots of videos. Here's a link to our other channel.

We're exploring with you this subject of Blossoming, this subject of Realization, this subject of the Awakening of Consciousness, or whatever you want to call it. We're basically talking about the Realization of God in this life, the end of this disorder, the end of this confusion.

So, besides these videos here on the channel, as well as on our other channel, we have online meetings that take place on weekends. Saturday and Sunday are dedicated to this investigation. It's a contact, through questions and answers, with the moment of Silence, learning this art, which is the art of Meditation. This Meditation that discards this illusion.

And so that's our work, which you have here. Here's our link to take part in these meetings, here's our WhatsApp link. We also have face-to-face meetings and retreats.

If what you've just heard makes sense to you, here's the invitation. Go ahead and leave your “like” here, subscribe to the channel and please take a look at our other videos on the other channel. And see you. Thanks for the meeting and see you next time!
